Im visiting from Cslifornia. I parked my car near a tree that can spread its tree sap 15 feet away from the tree.Anyway I have tree sap all over my car and windshield. I thought that Auto Zone would ha e a car wash solution that would address my problem. I asked for assistance. It was recommended that I take the car to the car wash. It would be faster and better. I really appreciate the recommendation. I hate it when someone tries to push a product on you when they know of a better way. My hat is off to those fine folks at Auto Zone. 😀

If you dont drive a new vehicle, youre in trouble because they dont carry any parts for older vehicles, which is very unhelpful when youre stranded in their parking lot from five states away

This store did a great job installing my light bulbs and we very helpful.

Jessie was SO helpful today with my headlight! She took the time to come and replace it in my car for me even though we had some difficulty removing the cover. She was so kind and helpful, we will be back for any future needs!

Dawn is Awesome! We needed a break light and went to Dawn for help. Instead of her telling us where the light was she just went and grabbed it. My husband told her how sweet she was for that and thanked her for her customer service. Dawn then offered to switch the light out for us! It took just minutes!! Thank you for helping us today in the rain!

Went to Autozone because I have always had a great experience with them. Also because google said they were open. I arrive and a female got out of her vehicle said we open at 10. I understand about businesses being closed during the bad weather, but the weather is over. She was rude. All I needed was to get my battery tested and possibly replaced. I have worked a 14 hour shift and go back to work tonight, being a public servant, and this I did not need.

There was one employee that was very rude, would not practice social distancing and was not wearing a mask. I would highly recommend not going to this location, during the covid-19 season. That being said, the person that helped me with the batteries was very polite and installed the battery quickly. I would give that part of the visit a 4.

The staff is always so friendly and helpful at this Autozone. I have replaced two batteries on my car with them and each time they were amazingly helpful. I highly recommend this autozone to anyone.

Today, me and my husband went to the Auto Zone on Eldorado in Little Elm. My vehicle has a MAF issue. There I was greeted by Henry. Henry is the epitome of customer service. Knowledgeable, professional, engaging, helpful, and a perfect ambassador of the AutoZone brand. He made a hectic day better and I learned something new. He is awesome!

I just stopped by for buying one small light bulb for my 2006 corolla and all the staffs over here were so kind and nice especially Franco(i hope i spell right). What happened is my car trunk has an issue so I cannot open it. He came outside to my car with me and tried to help me out how to access the trunk. It was busy hour but he was trying to help me like small guy. Absolutely more than 2 thumbs up!!! Thank you guys!!!!

Good place to get oil and other fluids. For everything else, you should go for Duralast Gold (if available) over just Duralast.

Kudos to Dawn and Bruce for taking such great care of me last night when I needed a new battery. A lot of times when you get to a store late in the day you find a ho-hum staff thats watching the clock...but not these two. So friendly and helpful and went the extra mile to insure that I had a great experience. The embodiment of customer service! Thanks guys!

I went to buy a headlight for my car at Auto Zone. And not only did I pay under $20 bucks, other places had it for much more. But a young man by the name Alex put it in for me. Here it was raining, and he let my daughter & I stay in the car while he stood in the rain changing out my headlight not charging me penny for putting it in. I would definitely recommend AutoZone to anyone.

Steven and Claudio at this location were incredible people. They are helpful and caring and helped myself in the rain and my mum.

Zach was amazing helping me. I went to OReally. And PepBoys and they could not help me to get a little reservoir cap for my car. Auto zone neither carry that part; but Zach asked me to see my car and amazingly he was able to recover the cap from behind the engine. That’s why I love Autozone!Thank you very much Zach! Every time I come here the staff are always helpful and friendly. I dont feel like they try to get me to buy unnecessary parts, its just about how they can help their customers the best. I love the person to person help. Always ask how they can to help you as soon as you come in the door. Today I was helped by Earnest who was great, help and friendly. Keep up the great work guys!!!

Was sold a head light and a small glove and grease kit to put the new one in. Come to find the grease wasn’t electrical grease and burned my new light bulb out. Had to go to mieneke to take a look at what’s going on. They figured out the problem and cleaned the grease out of the connectors and replaced the bulb. ($20 fix turned into a $100 fix because of uneducated employees)

Customer service is dead. Staff did not want to help. Failed to notify me before purchase that they would not be able to install part. Acted as if didnt want to wait on me, tried to walk off after prior customer, refused to hand me my receipt, placing receipt on counter with item. Not even placing item in bag, when they couldnt install. No customer service. Due to behavior of staff, I instantly returned item.

If you need to fix or replace something simple(battery, wipers, air filters, etc), then do it yourself and save yourself some money. It is always much cheaper than what an autocare company would charge. The items I always need are in stock and the employees are helpful!

I didn’t get his name,but I’ll describe him. At the Lil Elm location Saturday 3/30 about 2:30. Shoulder length black hair,wearing a dark color wedding ring. I was trying to get a stripped screw removed from my license plates,that was in pretty bad shape. He tried about four different tools to remove. Finally w/a lot of elbow grease(under statement)he got it out. With all that said and done he even put my new plates on both front and back. Employees like this don’t hear enough how much women like me apperate them. Thank You keep up the great job....

I went with my husband to get the alternator he needed. I asked if they would give a discount for my AAA membership, and they agreed to even though they dont typically do so. A+ customer service.

Convenient location and they can order items quickly. I do not like their rewards program, if you lose your original card its almost impossible to get your previous points transferred to a new card. I prefer OReillys reward program.

Does anyone even work here? I stood in what I perceived as the place to stand in line, not one person greeted me, not one person acknowledged me standing there with a basket full of products. I was there for 20 minutes and a few workers passing by not even looking up to check me out. Don’t bother coming here, save your money and time.

Dirty parking lot due to all the oil leaking and shade tree work going on. Its like trying to navigate through a land mind field. The inside is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful.

I needed a headlight replaced, normally I would do it but have an elbow injury. Brandon replaced them for me, he was extremely nice. I felt bad because he was dripping sweat. Autozone will continue to be the only place I shop for auto parts.

What can one say about autozone, they ran out of one of the items I came in for but had the other. Oh yeah, the line to check out can take forever, one person is trying to help everyone, another replacing wiper blade for 30 mins and if you are lucky the 3rd employee hiding out in the back. Other days they argue with each other...
