I really enjoy Luckys. In general, I like going to independent liquor stores though in general, they clearly wouldnt have the assortment of the huge places. I was surprised to find such a wide selection though and how many higher-end items Lucky carries.Also, its so refreshing to walk into a place where the staff is genuinely happy to see me. When Im there, I swear that it seems like every single person that walks in is best friends with the staff - Its crazy.Yeah, there are still times I need to pick up something at the big warehouse places where no matter how many times I go in, not a single employee seems to recognize me but this is such a different experience. Genuine customer service and appreciation? What a concept.Its so important to support local small businesses and its really easy for me to do so at Luckys. The selection is truly good and the experience is top notch. Whatever Im looking for, Ill always start there.

I didnt know the difference of the independent liquor store versus a big chain liquor store until shopping at Luckys. My adventure with them started months ago when I sent them an email to inquire about a specific product. They kept in touch with me and kept me updated via email. I was so happy to receive an email stating my product was in currently in stock and available for me to pick up. The personal service the follow-through has made me a very happy new customer. This place is totally my go to all around store. They didn’t have what I smoke and within a couple weeks David had it in the store for me. He has also gotten a few different beers for me that I can’t find anywhere else. Everyone here is extremely helpful and make you feel like family. I would give 6 stars if I could. When we moved to Little Elm in 2014 this place was a skeleton. The new owners have built this to a place that rivals Specs, Goody Goody, & Total Wine. The liquor selection is vast, the assistance always first rate & new, local product samples & vendors are great!5 stars no question! Thank you to the owners!!

Luckys is a great local liquor store that you can easily get in and out quickly compared to the big chain stores. The staff is always willing to help you find something or suggest something and they do it because they want to, not because they are told to.

Lucky liquor is great! Hes funny, his wife is super friendly, and the guy with the red hair who looks as though he just stepped out of his own micro brewery, are very good people. They went out of their way to carry what I requested. If they dont have what you like or you want it in giant size (like me) they accommodate!

You can enter a raffle or spend all your money at one store to get on their privilege list or come down and see store owner and manager Lucky. He’s a hard working, great guy along with his beautiful wife and Bourbon advisor Dave can fix you up with something special. Why buy out-of-state when you can come home to Little Elm and find the BTAC. No I’m not kidding.

Its not uncommon for me to call Tony on a Friday or Saturday and ask him to pick up some good bourbon or specialty beer. Lucky has always been accommodating, and will special order our favorites or Introduce us to something unique and new. This is a family owned and operated business that is truly special. We highly recommend!!

First time I stopped here after a bad day at work. I had passed it a few times but never stopped in, I’m glad I did. David cheered me up, he asked me what was wrong and talked to me for a while.
