Would recommend going to the dollar tree by the tollway down the street instead of this location. Shelves look near empty almost all the time.

The customer service is poor and new management rules are crazy. Employess are rude need to focus on getting better employess then worrying about new rules !

If I could give this place no stars I would! Dollar trees are dollar trees so you can’t expect anything much- However, customer service is customer service which is important anywhere thank GOD the woman with long “blonde/red” dreads doesn’t work anywhere important because she wouldn’t last long with her ugly attitude and ZERO customer service skills. We absolutely will not be back here. Ever. RUDE, UNFRIENDLY, and should not be behind a register interacting with customers. I’ll stick to going to the one in Aubrey!

They were out of number candles that i needed so had to go else where.But got some balloons tho.

I have to say the people that work here have been gracious and polite. The store can sometimes get cluttered with product as they fill the shelves, but they always get to the register quickly.

This is a publicly traded company that I have the freedom to go into without a mask. The Governor took off all mask mandates. They still have a sign on the door and the very rude cashier said I couldn’t come back unless I had a mask on. I won’t return to this store. They do not value our freedom of choice.

Convenient location and the manager Niesha is so helpful and nice. Niesha always goes the extra mile to help us find items, especially our Jamaican treats.🙂 Chandra is also fast on the register. We enjoy shopping in this store.

I shop here for odd and end things. I buy stocking stuffers at these stores. I also buy things around other holidays here. Most stores are always clean and the staff is always nice and friendly.

Nice, large, clean and well stocked. Cashiers are pleasant. Restrooms are reasonably clean and stocked with toilet paper and hand dryer. I feel all businesses and customers should not forget we are in a Pandemic and extra care is needed in and outside of businesses.

People there were friendly and helpful. The store was neat, clean and items were well displayed on orderly.I will be going back soon.

Please update store hours online. Stated online that this location closes at 10. I arrived at 9pm and doors are locked. There are no hours of operation at actual location.

I have loved the Dollar Tree chain for many years. But I have to say, this particular location has the nastiest bathroom I have seen in a long time. How a store is kept reflects the attitude towards it’s clientele. The cleanliness of this location needs serious attention.

I love Dollar Tree, but today I just left the store disappointed and outraged by the cashier guys service. I bought 7 small glass vases and he put them all together in one bag without any protection. I asked him to wrap each one in plastic bags or paper and he said he wouldnt do it, unless I bought gift tissues that he would do!I always shop at other stores including other Dollar Tree, and they always protect glassware before putting it in the bags! Deandra was a great help!!!!!!!! However, the older, olive-skin complexion, glasses, grey haired woman was a Witch-with-a-capital-B to me. To the White lady behind me, she was pleasant. I know the Man upstairs will handle her hateful attitude.

I come here for various things, but mostly for the cake holders. They keep them in good supply usually and has become my default location to check first for them. Clean and the nicest people work here!

Nice store. Usually has what I need or expect. Lets face it, you cant beat their prices! Sometimes they never have enough people working the cash registers to keep the lines moving. Overall, its worth the visit.

My experience was great! Had the right stuff I needed, great customer service and, not a too crowded place try it! You might like it!

Cashier was annoyed that there was a line and started getting quick / smart with the customers. Its not the customers fault that theres only 1 cashier. I overheard her telling a customer (joking) that she thought about not coming in today. Imagine if that had of happened. The lines would be longer. Thats inappropriate and uncalled for. Manager on duty was nicer and apologized for the service received. 8/2, 2;00ish.

This place was mess. The floors are filthy with stained carpet and clutter everywhere. Yes, I am aware that it is just a dollar store and I shouldnt expect much, but other locations are better.

The manager does nothing but complain . when the self is empty and you ask if they have some in back the manager just kept leaning on a basket saying i not even going to attempt to go look come back in a couple of days and some one one may put that product out. shop when its connvient for them thats a new one . Customer service at its worse . corporate needs to check this store out and fire the manger.

I was very sad that I couldnt find small size hot glue sticks at dollar tree. Dollar tree should really sell hot glue sticks at dollar tree to make customers happy. I would like if dollar tree would start selling hot glue sticks. I saw hot glue sticks at dollar tree 2 years ago, so I thought they would still have them. I was very exited that I would find hot glue sticks at dollar tree, but when I got there I didnt find any hot glue sticks. I asked someone that worked at dollar tree, and they told me they dont sell hot glue sticks at dollar tree. I was very sad. I went to Wal-Mart and they sell hot glue sticks. Will not return. Store was dirty and shelves were very cluttered. The biggest complaint is that I was in a long line at the register since only one employee was checking. There were 3 other employees, including the manager, who were standing around talking instead of jumping on a register and trying to help people. Very unprofessional!

My wife was in store 3670 in little elm store employees mistreated her in front of other customers yelling at her and talking down at her,manager called me after a complaint was put in he just made it worse no wonder employees have no respect if the manager is worse.Dollar tree needs to train the employees and specially managers not because you make $10 an hour you need to mistreat your costumers we keep you in business or a least in the past will never shop there again.
