Best coffee shop in NJ! The Good Morning brew, lattes (so many flavor options!), and new shaken espresso are the best coffees I’ve ever had. Baristas are always friendly and we love the amazing atmosphere + mission.

You have to try the iced honey lavender latte! Its delicious! Did I mention I love this place?! Best coffee shop around... its very inviting and unique... absolutely LOVE their mission... Im ecstatic to have an Ethan and the Bean only a block away from me...I just wish they opened earlier... Im late to work if I stop for my iced honey latte in the morning...They open at 9am and I go in at 9am but its worth it enough to be a few minutes late to work.

Amazing coffee, welcoming staff, delicious food and a noble mission....5-stars all around! We instantly felt happiness from the moment we walked in as the scent of fresh baked banana bread mixed with coffee-goodliness greeted us. Such a charming little spot, delicious coffee (they use Java Love Roasters for anyone who’s a fan, but needs a spot more accessible than Montclair.) We we’re so sad when we finished our coffees! Ethan and the Bean is a new staple for us. Thanks so much for such a great experience!

This place serves great coffee and the employees are very kind. The shop itself is very cozy and intimate. All their profit goes towards a good cause, so theres really no better place to give your business to.

Cute cafe with a nice selection of drinks and snacks and of course, the staff is excellent! I really love what they are doing and what they stand for as far as training and providing jobs for people with disabilities.

Just went there today great coffee and the people that work there are very friendly and outgoing. I enjoyed the music too great place to stop have coffee and relax I will be back.
