I made my first purchase through Chubzzy Wubzzy Toys and Collectibles this October of 2021, and I was extremely happy with my order! I purchased the Keeper Bobble figure from The Evil Within video game series and not only was it at an amazing price, but the package arrived quickly and in excellent condition as well! Recently made an online order from Chubzzy Wubzzy to complete an action figure collection and was impressed with their service, packaging and delivery. Not only did they carry a few items that had been hard to find in other stores, their pricing was very reasonable. While some stores make it confusing or difficult to order online, their interface was easy to use and straight forward.Upon arrival, it was clear they took care to package the items. The merchandise was in mint condition and the box allowed sufficient room for all the items. They took care not to damage the outside packaging of the action figures and added paper wrapping to protect the item during transport.Great job to the team and we look forward to return orders and a visit in the future.

Went yesterday for the first time. I am moving to Jersey next week and wanted to scope out some of the collectible stores. I am beyond glad that I stopped in here. Owners were SOOOO wonderful, social (I mentioned that I’m moving from Brooklyn and it sparked a wonderful conversation) and truly care about their customers and customers’ interests. Owner is also a collector so they truly understand the mindset. Despite the store being on the smaller side, it’s got PLENTY of variety amongst all genres. I would confidently say anyone can find something they’d like here. And the prices are literally the best I’ve seen at any collectible store I’ve gone to so far during my scope (which has been 15+ stores within a 25 mile radius). I truly hope this stays this way. I can see that being a reason for return for many collectors. Owners actively engage with the customers to gauge interests to make sure they are stocking the right products for the community. Absolutely fantastic! The owners truly care about the entire aspect of their business, right down to the heart of a truly wonderful customer experience. I am 110% a repeat customer. I Drove all the way from Brooklyn to New Jersey where the store is located and boy I wasnt disappointed!!!! Wall to Wall of the figures I love Chubzzy is a good dude we talked about old Brooklyn lol . I accidentally forgot to increase the number I wanted for a certain item I ordered off the website. Once I realized I emailed them asking if I could add the item so I wouldn’t get charged shipping. I got a reply back from their customer service department in less than 24 hours saying of course with a link to pay for the second item. The software automatically charged me the shipping by accident and when I informed them of the mistake, it was corrected in the same day. Great online customer experience, will definitely buy from them again! ^_^
