I helped them solve the problem they had with credit card payments. In the Little Falls location and the Clifton location there was a problem with their credit card machines. I called from the Clifton location because they had a sign on the door Cash Only. I didnt have cash to buy my Elderberry Lozenges. The Little Falls location was able to figure out the problem based on what I told them. However I was annoyed because they didnt have my Elderberry Lozenges in the Little Falls location. After all of that running around I ended up getting them from Whole Foods.😖

Every vitamin shoppe I have been to has had good customer service. However, this branch is exceptional. Every time I walked in, I was always greeted and provided immediate service. The staff is well knowledgeable and certainly patient with the service they provide. When I purchased items this though, Chris, the manager, was the prime example of great customer service and his patience and knowledge base is certainly commendable. I hardly write reviews however, I felt compelled to express my appreciation for Chris’s patience, knowledge and excellent service. Thank you Chris for your help and for leading such a great team.

Came here right after the farmers market to grab supplements to beef up my health kick. Great location and visible signage. The store is smaller than other locations but that was good for me as I was not overwhelmed by options. I was greeted upon entering and was helped by two associates and ultimately got what I wanted and tried some other things.When I went to check out the registers were down so it was a bit messy checking out. Luckily my transaction went smooth but not so much for those after me...will absolutely return so long as Im on this health kick !

Nicely renovated with many selections. Assistant manager David is so helpful and knowledgeable. He really knows his stuff! The entire team there is great. I highly recommend this store.

Cheaper than GNC and better brand selections. Best to shop online though. In the stores there sometimes certain items are not available. For cornona virus reasons I shop online for safety and free shipping with leaving the house. Convenience at your doorstep. Vitamin shoppe my favorite choice.

Well trained, friendly staff. Shelves empty compared to Clifton store visited same day. Quite surprised. However, Clifton is in a busier area with more staff. Call ahead, maybe?

This particular location is bigger than most Vitamin Shoppes, and therefore it has a much wider selection of more than just supplements, including even bath related items and more. Most important is that the employees are always very welcoming and very helpful. The only reason this location doesnt get five stars is because of the limited parking space, being theyre right off a major highway. Thats not their fault, though.

The store has a large variety of items in stock. Employees were helpful. Not crowded, and decent prices. I will return and recommend.

The recovery for the flood has half the inventory so you can find what you want much faster and all the things they sell a lot are there. Now easier than ever to find the best sellers.

I wanted a oil they did not have in store so the cashier insisted that he will order it in store and have it shipped to the store and when it arrives they will contact me. They also put a hold on my charge card but no problem Weeks went by so I decided to stop in omw from work went to the register ask them where is my oil especially since they told me it would be there in a couple of days. Well it was there but no email, call or anything to let me know that my product had arrived? Staff is Nice and helpful but next time you insist you order in store for youre customers make sure you let them know they dam order came in!!! Instead of sitting at the counter collecting dust.
