Horrible. I called to place to order ahead and the girl who picked up left me on hold for 8 minutes. I decided to call back and the same girl picked up the phone. I repeated my order to her multiple times and guessing by her tone of voice she wasn’t in a good mood. I go to the store to pick up my order when I go to open my order the bagel is burnt all around and there’s barely any tuna salad. There’s always issues with that same girl (black hair skinny). Not sure if its only towards me but she definitely needs to get her act together because this is not ok if I’m going out of my way to spend money at this place.

Clean and nice. Got a Taylor ham sandwich on wheat the sandwich was definitely worth the money a nice stack of Taylor ham. The coffee was very nice they serve their iced coffee with frozen ice cubes made of ice to keep it from ordering down staff was very friendly and definitely worth a trip here

Highly recommend this place for all catering needs. The owner and staff were extremely helpful when it came to my order and it was prepared quickly and everything tasted/looked great. Over 100 of my own clients left my event satisfied and that couldn’t have been possible if it weren’t for the Bagel Box staff. They will be catering my events for years to come.

The bagels are HUGE. Good varieties with flavors like blueberry, jalapeño, and even rainbow bagels. Courteous staff. Not crowded. Taylor ham & egg sandwich was also tasty. Plenty of parking. Will repeat if Im in the area.

By far the best breakfast spot in New Jersey! All the bagels are made fresh at the store unlike other places and the staff is extremely polite. Definitely will be coming back often. 10 out of 10

Excellent large clean place, lots of variety, awesome bagels with Lox “NY style bagel” capers red onion tomato the works. They even have jalapeño bagels so I’m hooked.

They are not just a bagel joint. The bagels are always fresh, taste great and usually quite a large variety of choices before 10am. The cinn/raisin/walnut is thee best Ive had and the other choices look good too. All at a reasonably low cost. Not just bagels? Nope they have fresh squeezed juices, a bit pricey but very good, small fresh bakery and cooler goods. So they also serve burgers, cheesesteaks, heros, appetizers and much more. Bagel box is making a name for themselves right on rt46 East (also I forsee as their biggest problem). This is a drive in park/out set up they have. No drive through. There is minimal foot traffic here. I believe they are assigned 6-7 parking spots, where employees seem to take up 3 regularly. As theyre popularity has been growing strong from what I see, people double park the lot and both side streets. Funny thing too is the biggest store of the mini mall has yet to open, well see how this pans out I guess.

I am a big bagel buff and have tried many places in Bergen county. This spot has caught me by accident and I am so glad it did. Manny was amazing as always. I order from here 4 times a week through grub hub. Cinnamon raisin bagel w cinnamon raisin creme cheese and a strawberry & banana shake w almond milk. It is always beyond amazing and I never once had a bad experience. Even the packaging on how they do for delivery is great. Triple wrapping the drink so doesn’t spill. I recommend manny 10 fold to everybody. The food is Fn amazing! Service is by the far the best and delivery is practically within minutes I feel. Deff need to try

Food is good but the prices indicated in the menu are different from the cash register, way more expensive! Like the NY style bagel which shows only at $8.50 and I was charged $11! Such a rip off!

Super fresh and soft bagels. Egg (cooked as I like) and cheese was simple and delicious! This Bagel French Toast was AMAZING!! Also orderes the Large Fresh OJ which was yummy. I ordered twice from here and it was so worth it!

I had a friend pick up 2 bagel sandwiches from there on Sunday morning and both bagels had hairs in them. So gross ! Would never go there or recommend this place to anyone.

Place is clean and people are friendly but they don’t listen to your order. I said what I wanted twice, she read it back to me. I went to pay and confirmed the number of sandwiches and she said yes. I paid and left and realized I was short a sandwich so I went back in and let them know, paid for the additional bagel. I got home and they were wrong. I ordered 2 egg and got egg everything, I ordered a plain toasted with cc and jelly, was not toasted and no jelly. Will not be going back which is unfortunate because they are so close. I don’t mind if there is a wait but to wait 20 minutes for 4 bagels with cream cheese/butter to get home and realize they all pretty much wrong is ridiculous.

One of the best bagels I ever had in a long time. Lately all of the bagels I have been eating have been doughy and soft and this was a nice crisp Bagel like I was expecting.

I have never seen a place like this before. It was a happy accident that I found this bagel shop on my way to work one day. I got lost my second day going to my new job at PTI Office Furniture and came across this place that sells fresh squeezed OJ right in front of you. They also have Apple, Ginger, Carrot and so much more that they juice right in front of you. It tastes so good. And the food is awesome. They make egg wraps and egg sandwiches that taste like they were made from home. None of that greasy residue from cooking a thousand other things at the same time. Also if you need fresh fruit for work they have a cold case that provides strawberries, yogurt, bananas and so on. Give them a try you will not regret it!

Went there today for the first time. There were 3 men out of all three, 1 was very helpful. He made sure I was happy with what I had and offered some pickles and peppers with my grilled chicken sandwich. I wish they had chicken cutlet but once I ate it I got to say best sandwich I had! He also offered me a bigger bag. Great customer service so far. Dont know if he is the owner or not but he was helpful.

My favorite bagel place!!! Today I had the best iced coffee I think I ever had!!! Bagels are always super light and fluffy! French toast bagels are probably the best in the area!!! Coming from the bagel queen... I vote 10/10!

I went in ordered a Jalapeño bagel, NO WHERE IS THERE A SINGLE JALAPEÑO! This is a CRUSHED PEPPER bagel! KNOW THE DIFFERENCE!

I ordered two bagels both plains one with cream cheese, and other strawberry cream cheese. Paid both as cream cheese. Came home and found out they put one with cream cheese and other one just bagel no cream cheese. Really bad experience

The white lady who works their gave me an attitude when I told her I was picking up an order. She told me I had to wait which was obvious. I guess because I wasnt really a in-store customer and just picking up which is ridiculous. Or maybe it was my skin color, who knows. Then I waited an additional 30 mins for 4 sandwiches and a iced coffee while they were quickly serving the people that were coming in with ease. The vibe was horrible. I will never pick up from this place again or go there myself again. HORRIBLE FIRST IMPRESSION.
