Nice looking lot with good looking cars. I always checked them out online and after hours because of my schedule. However when I toured the lot in my day off for like 35 min. No one ever approached me. At one point I saw 2 employees (1male,1female) smoking. After awhile I decided to wave. I looked around some more and left the premises. I guess I didnt look like a marketable customer. (Non white)I presently am in the process of purchasing a car at another dealer. Paying cash.Every other dealer in the area of rt 46 within walking distance of them greeted me kindly and without prompting. Interesting🤔

This place stinks, LITERALLY!!!. Walked in there and it was disgusting. Dont know were the smell was coming from but I had to get out of there and didnt go back. Besides the office the lot is a disaster. I saw two cars on the lot and they were filthy. Dont know what there doing there but for sure one thing they are NOT doing is cleaning.

I bought my first car from this place. I was super thrilled and I got the car back in March. I thought it was a great car until I realized what these people didn’t tell me about this car. It was a Honda Civic ex-t. The ac was broken. The brakes were super messed up. The panels were put back wrong so when I got it tinted it caused a bunch of unnecessary problems. It’s a huge and expensive headache. I have put 4K into this car because of all the stuff I had to fix after them saying the car was great. Nice people, but if you are buying a car, make sure you check everything out before you buy!! The car was super overpriced considering everything it had wrong with it.

It was a pretty good to average experience, i never have bad experiences buys cars, i maintain good credit, negotiated a price, left a downpayment, test drove, got my extended warranty and was out the door. I had dealt with Daryl.4 stars only because my car came with only one key and the one key had a dead battery and needed brakes. But the car was in ovetall great condition and they do have good service.

Ill start by saying Ive always wanted a BMW. I thought that I would never be able to afford to have one. However, on May 1st this dealership made it possible for me to drive off their lot with my DREAM CAR! It still doesnt feel real that Im driving this 2011 BMW with less than 45 thousand miles on it, this car literally looks brand new!! I think they really do their research before buying/selling cars. Let me tell you how easy they made this process for me, considering I live in NY. I walked in to test drive this car(Bernie went for a spin with me) He was my entertainment during this experience. He was so helpful by showing me features within the car and also helping me search cheaper insurance quotes(He gave me several contacts). One guy who knew A LOT about my car was FRANK! He showed me some really neat features on the car before I drove it off, appreciate it!! Then Brandon sat down with me to discuss my trade-in and payment options I could afford. I mean I would of liked a little more trade -in than what I got but hey, I upgraded to a whole notha level!! He had Sarah run my credit and just like that I was approved for a 72 month term in which I plan to hopefully pay off sooner. I was very nervous considering it was my first time buying a car but they eased my nerves by pretty much taking care of my NY Registration & Plates and switching the insurance over right away! Just waiting on my plates to be sent to me! The one main concern I had was a Warranty on the Vehicle, and they were able to add a 3-year 30 thousand dollar warranty for me(It wasnt cheap but with a BMW get a warranty$$) I can bring the car to any Certified Dealer if anything goes wrong with it before than, Fingers crossed. They also do your first oil change for you!! I look forward to seeing these guys again, for that! I will definitely be recommending this dealership to my friends and family! Such a shady dealership. Sometime in the second half of 2020 they cleaned house and kept one sale rep who is now a manager. They were smoking cigarettes with the front doors wide open. They showed me a car, it was slightly out of my price range, so they showed me a different model. When I asked what the differences in the cars were he (Daryl, the current manager and only employee they kept when they fired everyone else) yelled over to some other sales guy “it’s cheaper!” And they cackled. Cause that was so funny? And they were able to disregard and disrespect me at the same time? Such a win for these sleezeballs. To clarify ..no one ever answered my question/s they just laughed amongst themselves at my expense. They suggested we illegally lie on our papers to the bank so we could get a better rate. Talk about trashy lol my god these people should be in jail. The car we ended up getting from there (only because we needed a car that day and it had to be that specific car) smelled like cigarettes because they had their loan specialist using it as a temp and she smoked in it a lot. They just laughed and told us all of this. Like they’re so cool they smoke cigarettes and bend the law.. We returned the car that night I decided I’d rather not have a car than be involved at any length with this very sketchy business. We did everything by the book but they clearly did not and I was not willing to risk it for those clowns. For a dealership in jersey city there are a lot of customers able and willing to pay for their brand new vehicles in all cash too. If you are an upstanding citizen I suggest just going literally anywhere else. Anywhere else at all. Daryl seems to be presenting himself in a slightly more professional manner these days....idk how he worked out a deal where everyone there was breaking the law and he was the only one not fired and even got a promotion. So not only is Daryl a former and not great criminal, I can also only imagine what sort of scheme he pulled to be the last man standing when they were all breaking many laws every day. Bottom line: there are many LEGITIMATE car dealerships in NJ, no one needs this one.

Do not waste your time going to the place, I went to buy a BMW X1 for $17.995 and with all their fees, the price out the door was over $23.000plus the attitude of the sale person was so nasty.

This vehicle was not available for a test drive when I arrived, and at no point was I offered a test drive. The reponse also states a “significant amount of time was spent with me”- not true. He was rude and abrupt and maybe spent 5 minutes with me, maybe not even. The response cites COVID protocols, yet the “manager” I worked with had to be reminded to keep his mask on. When I asked for him to pull it back up he said “oh that happens all the time.” We’re a year into a global pandemic here, you should probably have a mask that fits by now.ORIGINAL REVIEW:Cannot believe this place has good reviews! Called to schedule a test drive for a vehicle I was interested in, and also mentioned I would consider other similar vehicles. When I arrived, I was told I could not have a test drive on the same day and that I would have to put in an offer and come back at another time if I wanted to drive the vehicle before buying (what??). Drove down 2.5 hrs to look at a vehicle. We waited 45 minutes after initially looking at the truck to talk to the sales manager, it was later on at night and there was only one other couple there. The sales manager was not personable at all. Didnt even say hi or introduce himself when he came over. While speaking to him he made it a point to say that they were used to dealing with much more expensive cars than the one we were there to see, he acted like we were beneath his normal clientele because we were there to look at a $14,000 vehicle. The truck we looked at was listed at high Kelly blue book value, when we got there we were surprised at how rough of shape it was in. There were scratches all over it, dings and dents and rock chips all over the front bumper and hood. Im not being dramatic, the paint was in pretty rough shape. I would have thought for a high end dealership they would have a GOOD detailer that would have tried to buff the paint and take care of the smaller scratches, it didnt even look like it was waxed. There was a gouge in the front fender that carried on a little into the headlight. Mechanically it seemed sound but I honestly dont think a mechanic ever went over it, the rear portion of the exhaust had rotted off and was hanging on the rear axle. The tires had maybe 25% tread left. Any dealership Ive been to in the past would have replaced the tires if they were that low. For a car in this kind of condition, you would expect them to be a little negotiable on price seeing as it was listed at high kbb value.. but the sales manager wasnt willing to haggle at all. It honestly didnt seem like he cared if he sold the truck, maybe we were just small potatoes to him. It was overall a terrible experience and I would not recommend Milan Motors to anyone. I would give zero stars if I could.

Beware of outdated sale tactics that consist of posting cars that aren’t even on the lot in hopes of getting you to apply and then once your approved they’ll try to sell you a different car. Disgusting, dishonest and unprofessional. This behavior was exhibited by the sales manager, Daryle, so it’s safe to assume the entire staff is trained with this lackadaisical unprofessionalism and discourtesy.

This place is a joke! Dave was great to work with other then that Watch out for their hidden fees . When you post a price online I expect you to honor that price and not add BS fees. At least tell me before I go in there. You don’t tell me after I work out a deal and hit me at the end. Total waste of my day. I understand tax and motor vehicles. But to hit me with a additional close to $2000 on top of the Internet price for some dealer fee is ridiculous. . If you do decide to get a car from there ask them about their extra fees. When something is too good to be true it usually is !!

What a joke stay away....... trying to scam people with extra fees......400 $ for temporary plates that cost maybe 60$ .and 500$ for transfer tittle from other state to nj but how this is my problem?...car came to 4950$ after all fees;was 7300$... this happened for real ..haha...hahah

I learned my lesson buying a car from Milan Motors, inc. from the beginning I have told them to transfer my old license plate and confirmed with them. It took two months and they couldn’t do it. Mailed me a new license plate. When I called they said I need to work with finance company to do it. If I had to do that then I wouldn’t have to pay them for dmv fees and waited for so long. The poor services I never received from any dealership like this before. I would recommend be careful if you are going to buy A vehicle from this place.It was my pleasure to meet JP and he was very nice person and knows how to answer to a customer. Want to start off by just saying I just purchased a 2013 Audi A5 from Milan motors, Keith was my salesperson and Sarah was handling the financing, I went to 4 dealerships before them and was just one headache after another when I was about to give up I noticed on the way home a very nice selection of cars and figured hey why not check it out it cant get any worse at this point, they are very welcoming very friendly and prices are fair and the condition of the vehicles they have in stock are in great condition for used cars. Deal was super smooth and one of the quickest deals I have ever experienced with dealerships. I want to go express again Keith and Sarah are A++++ go check them out you wont be let down! Was looking into buying an infiniti and was greeted by a very friendly but not intimidating sales person. He along with everyone else that took me through this process were friendly and willing to help with any and everything I had questions about.
