I went yesterday inside the place is beautiful my first time in that starbucks well i ask for a hot white chocolate I told the girl she gave me half of the cup what happen to the rest of it well she said do you want whip cream I said yes I ask for that too. When I left I didnt like the white hot chocolate it tasted just hot water with whip cream disgusting.Very disappointed π

Drive thru is always very busy and takes forever, but the staff is always very nice and friendly. The drinks always come out very good too, but sometimes there are out of certain snacks.I would say they are pretty good, and skip the drive through going inside is actually faster.
This Starbucks is hardworking and is one of the best starbucks Iβve been to. Many people come and go here because they are very short staffed and most customers donβt see that. Itβs a starbucks on the highway that gets overly packed and many people rush the workers. Some workers stand their ground some donβt. They should ban certain customers for their disgusting attitude.
At Starbucks you always get good quality coffee. Ever since I started drinking Starbucks I donβt ever go to dunkin because dunkins quality in coffee varies from location or time of day. Starbucks gives you great quality coffee no matter the location or the time of day. You get the same great tasting coffee. If you try Starbucks you wonβt ever drink anything else. At least thatβs how it is for our familyβs
Always an issue at this location. Almost never fails to fail. And itβs the one super closest to me. If you want to wait 10 or 15 plus minutes for your order every time then this is your place. They also constantly mess up my order. Especially since I canβt have dairy, messing up my milk choice is a big deal, if I catch it there itβs fine but if I leave and itβs whole milk, that incredibly not only upsetting but will make me sick. Iβve avoided leaving a review for a long time but enough is enough. Please get yourselves together!!!

Workers are kind and fast, but one of the girls with brown/blonde hair told me how theyβre short staffed because most of their workers are leaving and the boss is busy finding workers for other stores except hersβ¦. what kind of boss does that? The actual food and service is fair, limiting amount of food choices and many times little items to chose from. I am giving it a 1 star though just because I Found the staff always confused when I repeatedly ask for something like the amount of sugar, milk and heat amount, it always gets ignored. Thatβs the struggle inside. Outside via the drive thru is always wrong not matter what I tel the staff. I repeat it four time and the drinks still come out wrong. I always have to ask to re-do the same drink three times, lacking management I guess. Besides that, the place has plenty of parking and a drive thru. Is a small place. I also noticed the staff is unaware of what is going on, seen in the video you can see the staff texting and the rest just hanging out. This is why my drinks are always wrong and is just trusting to the point I decided to cut off this Starbucks for good and avoid the constant aggravation.

If I could put negative sign in front of the five stars I would. This establishment is terrible when it comes to customer service (Responsibility falls on manager Darlene). A culture of rude comments, poorly made drinks along with unsanitary conditions during a PANDEMIC. This establishment is not worth spending your money in. Usually, Starbucks are worth the price given their reputation worldwide BUT this Starbucks puts their reputation six feet under.
Last time Im coming to this location. Placed my order on line and went to pick it up like 30 minutes later. Waiting and waiting for someone to give me my order. Completely ignored by the people there. Then I get this girl giving me attitude. Screw this place.

Horrible customer service. I used to order the same drink every single day, and every day it would come out tasting differently! I told the employee to add a little extra ingredient that I already ordered but just wanted them to put another pump of it and he gave me the biggest issue in the world even though I had no issue paying extra for the drink! I donβt care about the money, I just want a good tasting drink!He was so rude and horrible and even with that I still remained extremely nice with him and still, his attitude was disgusting! Let me start off by saying that iβve been coming to this starbucks since I was a little kid. This has always been my favorite one and the location is ideal for me. After my encounter meant with their manager Rob today, I was in complete utter shock and most likely will never return again. I paid $8 for a drink for them to forget brown sugar and my caramel drizzle in it. I live 15 minutes roughly out so I did not notice till I came home since I had other drinks with me. By the time it is was too late so I left it to deal with the next day. I called the store 3x and they did not answer once. I went thru the drive thru and told them the situation, and asked if i can receive one on the house since itβs a $8 drink in which they messed up on. When I got to the window, they said their manager said no. I asked to speak to him, and Rob then came out and told me their policy is that I must apparently call the second I leave the drive thru. Like first of all, you guys donβt even answer your phone and second, there is no such policy stating that anywhere. Luckily, thanks to the EAST RUTHERFORD Starbucks management they happily took care of me and gave me a drink on the house. They were in shock when I explained to them what happen and said that there is no such policy stating what Rob from Little Ferry Starbucks explained to me. I just couldnβt believe it. Lost a a long time customer over a situation which is at your FAULT. Ridiculous.
Let me start off by saying that I have been coming to this starbucks since I was a little kid, but after my encounterment with their manager, Rob, I will most likely never come back here again. I was here day before yesterday in which I ordered two drinks, one grande and one venti brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso, and the venti had more modifications so that drink alone is $8. I get this drink almost everyday. I did not drink my beverage until I reached home because I like having convos with my sister, as for why I had purchase one for her. As soon as I reach home, I noticed neither drinks had brown sugar, and the venti was also missing a modification. I called the store 3x the next morning to speak to management, and NO ONE ANSWERED. I then went to the drive thru, I explained the situation and requested if I can get one on the house, and I ONLY COMPLAINED ABOUT ONE OF THE DRINKS, when they messed up on BOTH of them. When i go to the window, the employee said the manager said no. When I asked to speak to him, Rob then comes and explains that they have a policy that I must call for a complaint within the second I am gone from the drive thru. First of all, there is no policy stating that, second THEY DID NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. Rob was being so rude and just gave shoulder shrugs to everything I said. I then went to the EAST RUTHERFORD location in which the head manager Cindy granted me TWO free drinks and was in shock of what this policy Rob made up. East Rutherford is the best location for customer service and everything else. Thank you Cindy from East Rutherford Starbucks for cleaning up Robs mess from Little Ferry.

This is the nearest Starbucks from my job. I really wish the barista would focus and take their time with my drink instead of just making it quick and nasty to rush me out of the store. I appreciate them for saving me time but wasting money on nasty coffee sucks more.
They clise early now. I understand that its due to Covid-19, but at least let the customers know they are closed! I had to wait for 10 minutes in the drive thru to find out they are closed. And when I reached to the window, there was a staff organizing stuff, not trying to look at me. At least open the window and tell me, instead of ignoring!

Their digital order board never works and frequently they are closed yet have people inside and the lights on. When you do finally get them when theyre open, they always take forever to actually be able to scan phones. I dont understand how a Starbucks exists with such broken equipment and terrible management.
Go to this Starbucks 2x a day and the employees are just the friendliest people you could meet. They are super careful about getting your order right and if its not right for some reason they will not only remake your drink but in my case I was given a 5$ gift card also. Ive been to this SB hundreds of times and theyve made my drink wrong maybe 2-3 times over the years. Thats a pretty damn good percentage especially considering this is not the case at some other Starbucks Ive been to.
Iβm a very patient person but the drive thru line at this location is unusually LONGGGGG! I was the 5th car in line and in the drive thru for 25 minutes. The order screen here NEVER works and the staff always has an attitude at the drive thru. I asked to have my order repeated back to me because the order screen has been black for months and the barista acted like it was a crime. They donβt even greet you after youβve waited forever in the line itβs just like βwhat do you want.β I stopped coming to this location months ago because of poor service and only returned because the Rochelle park location is temporarily closed. No surprise that nothing has changed at this location! Take the drive to rochelle park where youβll be offered wonderful customer service along with a fast drive thru!

I go to this location fairly often. But if the line is too long expect a 15 to 20 min wait. They make the coffee one at a time. With multiple people just sitting around. Im not one to complain and I dont post many reviews but this is more to set expectations if you happen to go. The staff just doesnt seem to be trained enough.
I love this Starbucks location, in part because its the one in my area lol, but also due to the kind and friendly environment I always perceive when I go to get my daily fix of black tea lemonade. The staff here is professional and courteous but in a amicable/friendly way. Customer service is a 20 out of 10, staff is always respectful and cool. The store is always super clean and organized.

I try to avoid this Starbucks at all costs. There were 15 cars in the Drive Thru; inside 5 people behind me, all of us waiting for our orders to be taken. The girl said, βGive me one second,β and literally disappeared for over 5 minutes. Every single time I go to this Starbucks (which I try to limit), they take F O R E V E R to take and make my order. I donβt understand why theyβre so understaffed all the time. Today I ended up turning around and leaving. Drove to the new Starbucks that opened up at 160 NJ-17 (previously Burger King), and drove up and got my order in less time than I spent at this Starbucks. NEVER AGAIN. Go to the new Starbucks up the highway on Rt 17. Itβs worth the 5 minute drive. Youβll spend more time waiting at this Starbucks on Rt 46 anyway...
I usually go to this location, I prefer using the drive through for my lack of time =(. Today I decided to walk in to the shop, very bad experience with the stuff, no eye contact, no courtesy, a lot of people working all they do is bump into each other. and at the time to say thank you theyre just not polite enough to acknowledge the customer. sad!
The service was too rushed, there is a asian teen or lady that takes orders and is in a rush, when there is no line. Once I came up to the service window she had an additude when I requested something from my payment.
Love this Starbucks. Baristas are always very nice. Can sit here as long as you want and work on your computer. Music is quiet so you can concentrate. Doesnt get as busy as other Starbucks during the day. In the evenings you can usually find a seat but sometimes you have to wait.
This is a smaller Starbucks. The only good thing about it is that it has a drive through. It does not feel that clean or modern and there is not enough area for patrons to come in and hang out, unless you come in early.They do have outdoor seating though.
I just went in this morning to get coffee and an almond croissant. After already being charged for one and waiting, they told me they realized they ran out and offered me something else. Once I got the new item, one of the ladies gave me a gift card for an βitβs on usβ for next time. So, although I was disappointed for not getting my almond croissant, I was floored by how nice and generous they were. I will most definitely be coming back. Excellent customer service!! Thank you.

This is the most convenient location on my drive to work, but I order extra espresso shots in my drink all the time and they never put it in. To test my theory I ordered two of the same drinks one with 5 shots (my usual) and a regular for my wife and they tasted the same. When I did this at the one on 17 the taste is noticably different almost undrinkable, just the way I like it. The only reason I didnt give them one star is their service is great and everyone is friendly.

The only reason I go to this Starbucks is because I work and live 5 minutes away. 95% of the time they get my coffee wrong. HOW HARD is it to make an iced or hot coffee BLACK WITH NO SUGAR. I always order my coffee black and no sugar the only thing thatll change is if I want it iced or not. The amount of sugar they add to my coffee is disgusting. The wait time is oddly long since they have a bunch of people standing around looking at their phones.
