Someone close to me brought from here recently and they brought wrong colors, wrong furniture, and damaged products. They are not careful, and do not deliver what customers buy. They then say the original products that you ask for will not arrive for a long time. This is not the first time it has happened, another person i know brought couches & other things, but it was ripped, damaged, and broken. They also do not communicate properly! They do not check messages and do not do their job to change what they bring broken. They need to properly fufill the requests of their customers as they promise. I have nothing else to say other than I hope people think twice and make sure to properly double check everything they buy from here.

They brought the wrong furniture. I sent my dad all the way to their store and they told my dad i agreed with the funiture before they brought it in. There was damaged table top and dresser top. They were gonna replace it but never answered back. They blocked our number too. Never order from here. They are a ripoff.

This stored ROBBED my parents. They put a down payment of $1,000 back in February of 2021. It’s now August 2021, and the couches have never arrived! They supposedly told them, “that the couches arrived, but were damaged by cargo“. Then said, “they will air cargo them, therefore they will arrive asap”. It’s been 8 months! They disconnected all their numbers!BE AWARE People !!

I ordered storage bed and I absolutely love it! They were very professional including the delivery guy. Please disregard the bad reviews, proper communication is everything. You can’t please everyone and also keep in mind their furnitures imported from over seas.I will definitely return back and highly recommend this furniture store. Thank you for your service.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! I have never in my life experienced such terrible and disrespectful customer service. We ordered furniture from here OVER A YEAR AGO and still have yet to receive our correct furniture! They kept sending us the wrong furniture, broken furniture, and expected us to be okay with it until we got the new ones! Somehow every time we get the furniture, it’s the wrong one or it’s broken! They kept telling us that we would receive the “new ones” in a couple weeks. Couple weeks pass by and we call asking where our furniture is and they come up with lame excuses and get angry with us when we want our furniture that we paid money for! We finally decided to dispute our transaction because we’ve had enough of the waiting and the constant wrong items being sent. They try to pride themselves with professionalism but they are way far from that believe me! The owner Mehmet Sari called my mom and started harassing her and yelling at her for disputing it! He called her a bunch of names and then proceeded to insult her as well as my family members. I will never ever shop from here ever again and I will make sure to tell everyone else not to as well. Please save yourself the headache and do not give your business to these disrespectful people.

The most horrible experience ever. We had gotten really good reviews for this place but we got confused between the store in Clifton and the one in Little Ferry.The good reviews were from the Clifton store. The one in Little Ferry is a fraud. They said they will deliver our sofa in 8 weeks. It has been 21 weeks. They don’t pick up the phone, they don’t communicate, they don’t refund your money. They keep lying to you on your face. We live an hour away from the store but went there 4 times in 4 months just to get an update on our delivery but every time they would say it will be delivered next week. We had to call our credit card company to dispute the payment. I don’t trust them at all. They take your money and never deliver the furniture. Please please please don’t buy from them. We are going to the consumer court and the cops too. These people need to learn a lesson.

I went to buy 2 sofas, the price tag was 3x Higher then normal and then she offered me a whole living room set “If you buy more stuff I’ll give you a discount” so she made me buy more stuff, and in a whole total she made the discount still a couple of hundred dollars. I was excited for discount she gave me. She promised for next week, she gave me a time and date. I left the furniture store, I was happy for the discount she gave me. Then I searched around, I found out that it was still way expensive then the normal price. Then I was waiting for the delivery. It didn’t show up the date and time they gave me and then I called them like 4-5 times and they didn’t pick up and on the final call I left them a message. They called me back, and said “I’m sorry, our truck broke down” and that excuses and they promised me the next day at 11am it would come, they didn’t show up. I called them again and they gave some excuses, and the truck was still in the wear house, so then and they promised me for a couple more hours after waiting after 2 days of waiting for the delivery to come, I was so upset. Finally they made me cancel my order and and I have to drive 1 hour to get my money back.

These people are CROOKS !!! DONT TRUST THEM. They take your money and NEVER deliver your furniture. They never respond to messages, never pick up your phone calls and treat you like its your fault when you visit their store to complain. They keep lying everytime you contact them. NEVER TRUST THEM, NEVER BUY FROM THEM !!!

One of the best Turkish furniture in town, amazing quality, great customer services and sweet prices I furnished the whole apartment from them with low prices compared to other furniture stores they have the most comfiest mattresses great management I highly recommend shopping from them stop by you won’t regret it.

Horrible customer service. Please stay away from this place. Ordered my furniture on October 22 2020. They said it will take 8 to 10 weeks. Never received it. Waited with patience. After 3 and half months still not delivered. They kept on making lying and making up stories. End up getting my money back

The worst shopping experience I ever had. I purchased furniture using online system, they sent me a bill through Paypal and I made the payment. Since my order was custom built, they said it will arrive within 2 months. At the end of this period I started calling them regarding the status of my order but they totally ghosted me. They blocked my phones and didn’t even bother explaining the issue. I wouldn’t recommend buying furniture from here. Thankfully, Paypal returned my money after they figured out that the furnitures were not delivered to me. But overall it was an awful experience.

They are liar and very dishonest people they deliver the furnitures have damages on it and they dont know how to install them my dining table is not installed properly top part is moving. I have the sofa sets have no legs they promised to replace it but they never did I dont think any of the 5 stars reviews are real. If you are lucky you will receive your furnitures late and uncomplete. They never answer phones if you call them to complain and please check other reviews because its not only me everybody has similar problems. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

We bought a couch set about 8 months ago from Istanbul Furniture. But we had to wait for 7 months because they weren’t delivered (as a result of store’s negligence and COVID-19). We regularly called to see the status of our order but most of the time there was no one answering. Then when the couches arrived we were very sad because the color didn’t match our order. We live about 5 hours away from the store so changing the couches was very hard. We have waited for months and the result wasn’t even what we wanted! And in addition to that the furniture feet were forgotten. When we talked to them about this they told us that exchange was possible but just not now. They also said that they’ll send the feet but those never arrived as well! We realized that we needed to go to New Jersey ourselves. We went to the store and had to choose a completely different set from our first order because they told us that they couldn’t change the color. After we purchased it we were told that the couches would be delivered in a maximum of one week. But again, the couches weren’t delivered on time! It got postponed. After a couple of weeks they arrived. But we were told by the owner of the store that he would send us feet protectors to prevent the feet from scratching our floor, and no surprise they didn’t come. Later he told us that he would send it with another shipment. They never came and when we called him to ask about them instead of a polite answer he choose to speak to us insultingly. And, the worst thing is that the couches weren’t new! He sent us the display product, they got scratches and stains all over them. As a costumer we tried our best to be indulgent and kind towards them. But we got very sad when our patience was abused. In a nutshell, work ethic and costumer satisfaction is a very important thing!

Very poor customer service and communication.We bought furniture few months ago and after waiting 6 months they brought different items. They said they will issue refund and off course they are not answering. When they answer someone picks up the phone who does not know how to speak English and he says I am the delivery guy, he takes the phone number and no one calls back!!!The sales Manager at the store big liar!!!!BE CAREFUL!!!!!!!! Honestly wish I could give them 0 stars, this place is horrible my mother bought a kitchen set and a living room set last January. After about 7 months we finally got the furniture that we ordered BUT the couches was the wrong color and the glass on the table and television stand were all cracked! Everytime we call we get this lie that our new furniture has been loaded onto the ship/it’s on the boat/ we’re not able to get it off the boat etc(which we understood for 3 months because of covid) basically they used up all the lies they could at this point. fast foward to a year and 2 Months and we still have not received the correct furniture! It came to a point where I had to dispute the charges on my mothers card because of how annoyed we were, we just wanted our money back. And on top of that the customer services is worse! They are very disrespectful they have the nerve to yell at the customer! They will even lie and tell you that it’s coming on this day and it will never show up. If you’re looking for furniture stay away from this place! You’re better off getting ripped off with a higher price from any other store than having to wait for your furniture from this store and dealing with these people.

I got my dining room and bedroom set from them and it is great quality for a great price! Everyone at the store was very helpful and made sure I was satisfied with my purchase. There is so much to choose from!! You can find anything there from modern to classic and royal furniture. It is a place I will definitely recommend and be back to!

This was my worst shopping experience ever.We ordered bedroom set, dining room, accent cabinet and couple stuff for the living room such as coffee table and so on.I had problems with all.My bed frame was broken and there were many scratches on my night stand and dresser, and my dresser was broken.My dining table was covered by scratches.My coffee table is not the one that I ordered.I think they just brought whatever they have in their warehouse and this is also covered by scratches.My accent cabinet again also is not the one that we ordered also they are many scratches on it.We waited more than 3 months and called every single day in order to get our items that we paid in advance.We eventually ended up getting the items after months with the problems, not even new.Don’t waste your money in here. NEVER!!

All the phone number they gave us not in service even the number on their website. Poor customer service. What they all want is to screw up your money.This company is a complete scammer. I made $8000 shopping from Instagram pages, but I did not receive the furniture. The number on their website cannot be reached to anyone out of service, they do not answer anything. If you say you want to order on Instagram, they answer immediately. Forget about reaching them after ordering. If you know the value of your money and do not want to be scammed, do not make any purchases.

I waited for four months to buy the furniture I wanted, but the furniture sent to me is not the model I want, not even the color I want.
