I took my Orick vacuum cleaner into the Oreck store in lone tree. It wasn’t running at all after it just off while running. Not being very savvy when it comes to equipment like this, I had Timothy take a look at it there in the Oreck store. He told me one of the frequent problems with an Oreck like mine is that a wire could come loose in the handle. Timothy took a screwdriver, removed the handle and found a loose wire, reconnected it and my vacuum was running like normal again. I couldn’t believe how personable, knowledgeable, and helpful Timothy was in solving my problem. I would highly recommend this Oreck store and certainly would recommend Timothy as a helpful agent.

I had the best experience ever with Eric at this store. He not only replaced my broken part but replaced a couple of missing screws and cleaned my vacuum out for me. I love supporting local businesses particularly when they give such excellent service.

Late last afternoon, my Miele vacuum cleaner did not work with its carpet device, so I went to the store and Eric told me that having purchased it 2011, it needed cleaning and oiling. Since we purchased it at your location, we never were told that it might need maintenance. It is a bit costly what you have to offer, but down the line I will have you service it. Great service and staff shared information need for my vacuum upkeep

Great Customer Service first time here they took care of my needs and explained in detail what my vacuum needed. After everything said and done they asked to carry out my vacuum to my car. I will be back and tell all my neighbors and friends to come here.

My Riccar vaccum had a clog that I was unaware of, and Jeremie took care of me superbly!! Extremely friendly; showed me how to diagnose and treat the clog for future. A+ service

Very rude manager!

Salesperson (Sally) was very customer service oriented when I dropped machine off. She said that my newer Oreck definitely was not operating correctly and likely would be sent to Oreck for analysis. Then, 2 weeks later I inquired as to status and Denis said he hasn’t gotten to it yet - he would have it done that afternoon. I picked it up, paid for a new brush, asked what problem was and what else was done to fix it, “nothing I know about” was reply from same previously concerned saleslady.. Now new Machine brush is rubbing on a metal bar, it’s louder than before, I can leave it ( and it will be #51 in line...)- no thanks. I need to find a new vacuum store - too bad - I have bought two vacuums here previously but need actual execution of repairs...

The first words that were said to me Lets see if your vaccuum is worth it (it was 3 years old)... I stayed to get quotes .... I paid and came back in 5 min the quote just left me uneasy... especially my initial greeting .We will NEVER go back ... we have bought 3 vacuum cleaners in 5 years from them ... change of ownership is the problem

Super service. The lady there replaced the belt on My 30 year old Oreck while I waited. Cost $8! Pleasant and friendly experience!

My vacuum was making some funny noises so I brought it in to this store. The man at the counter opened up my vacuum, and while doing so, broke a piece of plastic off of a part. He was going to charge me for it (only 4 dollars) but I said you broke it. He also told me that I needed a new fan which would cost $190.00 to replace. I opted not to get the new part as the vacuum is getting old. He then charged me $25.00 for diagnosing it, which he didnt tell me before he opened it up. I brought the vacuum home and my husband opened it up to see if the fan was indeed broken. The fan was working fine, as was the motor. I have always had good service and experiences here, but will not be using this business again.

Horrible customer service. Said I needed a new brush for $50 and can’t tell difference between old and new. Has battery in handle and showed them it’s working intermittently. They saw it but still refused to change $1 battery for me after I paid $92 for a tune up and repair. Tip to owner: better customer service and make sure it works when customer leaves.PS I would send to Oreck next time or go to an Oreck store instead of this “authorized dealer” or just get a Dyson..opps

I had a simple repair to reattach power cord to older vacuum, and rewire a lamp. Repair was extremely fast, reasonably priced, completed in a day, and I am completely satisfied. Nice people too. Thanks!

I never thought that buying a vacuum could be such a pleasurable experience. Chris is willing to go out of his way to make sure that me and my company are taken care of with properly working vacuums. Excellent experience Eric was fabulous took care of all my needs and answered all my questions

We had our Hoovers on/off switch repaired here and the repairs did not last long, even though we were assured that everything was in original working order. It did not take long before the switch would not shut off again. Took it back once, was assured again it is fixed, which fix again did not last long. Not sure their technicians know how to fix Hoover.

Eric helped us and our vacuum is like brand new! We needed a new handle, cord and brush! He fixed it all in under 20 mins and we basically had a new vacuum! Thank you Eric! Great job!

Best vacuum on the market, great replacement parts for my awesome vacuum.

I have a cleaning business & in business for 17 years. My Oreck along with other clients have had their vacuums worked on incorrectly. Today I have lost two clients due to the fact that they did not replace the vacuum bag correctly (the snap)
