Went in to look at getting new mattress, the employee was with someone else, I waited my turn. Another man came in well after me, the employee went to him first, despite the fact I was waiting for over 20 minutes to speak with her about what I was looking for. If Im gonna send $2000 plus dollars, Id appreciate being seen in the order I arrived in the store. I went elsewhere.

After finally deciding to go through with replacing our Full size bed with a King, we made a stop into Mattress Firm to check our options. Meeting with Cody was a great experience, he guided us through the different technologies within each bed and all of the brands offered. When I first stepped into Mattress Firm, Arianna greeted me immediately. She had me try a traditional mattress and then gently interviewed me about my needs and physical considerations. She was friendly and personable, and she guided me to 4 different mattresses that could fit my needs. I lost the feeling of being overwhelmed when I first saw a room full of dozens of beds, and followed her guidance. She could answer every question i asked and she shared her knowledge and personal experience. I didnt purchase that first day but when I returned several weeks later with my husband, in masks, she recognized me. This time she had other customers but I never felt abandoned - she was back and forth. I was happy to get a discount on bedding and pillows because of the price tag on the Dual King Tempur pedic mattresses. She also facilitated a quicker delivery date and has the bedding scheduled to arrive on same as bed.

We purchased our new mattress from Kevin at the South west plaza location. He was very informative and transparent with us. We purchased a mattress in January 2019. It felt very hard and nothing like the one in the showroom. I went back to the store twice to let the salesman know this and to again test the one we had laid on and compare it to the one at home but the salesman said to just give it a chance to break in. Then the COVID hit and we couldn’t go back to the store and the bed still felt like a piece of concrete. We had missed the trial period by this time, and were not willing to pay $100 to exchange it, or go back to the showroom to try to find another suitable mattress due to the pandemic. I left a one star review here, a year later, and the district manager reached out to me immediately. We worked out a solution to get another mattress that I had purchased in 2015, which I loved... a duplicate of this mattress was delivered in a very reasonable amount of time (considering the pandemic) and for a very reasonable price. I couldn’t be a happier or more satisfied and now loyal customer. Thanks Pete and the crew at Mattress Firm!

I was very impressed with the quality of customer service that I received from the moment I walked into this store. I was immediately greeted by TJ and explained my situation. He spend a considerable amount of time finding out what I liked, trying different mattresses, and narrowing it down to the right one. He was very experienced and knowledgeable about mattresses. Great experience at Mattress Firm! We needed to buy two matresses and have them delivered out of town. Haven’t received them yet but we were able to choose a future date with no problem. Selecting a mattress is always difficult but we knew what we wanted and the salesperson Kevin was very knowledgeable and a great help. They also have a great warranty and a try out period in case you don’t like it.I would choose this Company to work with again.

The store was able to give me a better deal on the same mattress and get it to my house in 3 days instead of having to wait 3 weeks for it to be delivered.
