Beautiful store, lots of furniture, bedding and kitchen items. Nicely decorated, super clean and easy to find what your looking for. Sales team are super helpful, I was impressed with the total store.

My mom made a purchase and we realized that we bought the wrong thing. We went back to the store not realizing they closed very soon, the ladies extremely rude to us and acted like they did not want to service us with the exchange, saying “we have to be out by 8:05” when we came in 7 minutes before they close and the exchange only took 2 minutes. They are extremely unprofessional and disrespectful to guest. I do not recommend this store.

Go to Park Meadows. This location the staff is snooty and the inventory is not nearly the caliber of Park Meadows. They lack the genuine, nice, down-to-earth quality that customers prefer.

Love the merchandise, a bit over priced. Had a difficult experience with shipping. The item was grossly broken that I had ordered, called for a replacement, should have been no problem. The lady, then trying to help, cancelled my ordered and suggested I pick up a new one at a store she picked out, which was a 45 minute drive away. So I called this store and asked them the ship this. They were willing, but forgot, so it sat another week, with my credit card information written down. When I called again, they finally shipped it. It was a giant hassle and should not have taken this much effort in my end. Overall, I’ll probably go elsewhere next time I need something, but I did end up getting what I paid for eventually. Possibly they could have offered a discount for the trouble or a gift card?

The employees at this location are very rude. They make you feel as if you’re inconveniencing them if you ask a question or need help. Honestly left the store without buying the item I wanted and took my business elsewhere because of this.

Had a terrible experince at another Pottety Barn, and did not plan to buy at Pottery Barn again. Then we met Doug, a manager, he is great listener and a wonderful designer! He worked with my husband and I to completely redecorate our condo. We showed him pictures of our living space and he gave us some samples to take home and try... they were colors and textures that we would have never chosen on our own, and they were absolutely perfect! Our condo is now done and we love it!

Clean, nice variety and calm atmosphere. I gave 1 star less since no one came to greet us or ask if we needed help and the prices are very high. Note: When we did walk by a gentleman behind a register, he did at least greet us with a smile and ask how we were.

Today I was in search of some specific Halloween glasses. The Littleton store only had 2 in stock, I was in search of 8. Nicole found stock in Tucson, AZ and my order should be on my doorstep by Friday. Nicole went above and beyond to assist me and Holly, yes same name, in Tucson couldnt have been more attentive, even as she politely had me hold momentarily to direct customers within her store.

Normally, I have good luck with finding things at the Aspen Grove location and the employees are helpful. However, a couple of days ago, I called looking for a Christmas wine topper. Dana answered, put me on hold for a number of minutes and then came back on and said they didnt have any wine toppers. From her tone and hurried manner, I decided to go to the store and check myself. I went to the store and purchased 3 wine toppers, exactly what I had been looking for. As an employee of a store like Pottery Barn, Dana is a real disappointment, maybe overworked and underpaid, but still, her attitude with customers needs some work.

The employees including the manager need to be trained in how to provide customer service. They are more concerned about giving excuses than correcting the problem when they had made the mistake. Companies show their true colors when trying to satisfy an upset customer, and the staff at pottery barn have no clue and will make make the situation worse.

Really bad employees at this location. 1/3 was helpful. The other two were clearly working there for the employee discount, as one said finding the dimensions of a bench was a lot of extra work for her and the other was not much more helpful. This was after I called to see if something was in stock- probably one of the two non-helpful employees took my name and number to return my call. I never heard from anyone. GO OUT OF YOUR WAY TO SHOP AT THE PARK MEADOWS LOCATION.

I love the products but I never feel helped or welcome at this location. None of the employees ever greet me or ask if Im finding what I need, in fact, they never speak to me whatsoever. Coming in as a younger single woman, it seems as though the couples and those who are obviously older than myself take precedent. Its unfortunate that a customer should be made to feel ignored entirely. Id rather do my shopping on the Pottery Barn website.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. When my fiancé and I were in the store ready to shop for and order a couch, we were not paid attention to for quite a long time. Finally, when Mirandola, a design studio specialist, walked up to ask if we needed anything, she stopped us before we could answer and asked an older woman if she needed help first. She obviously did not think we were worth her time. When the woman replied that she was already being helped, Mirandola turned back to help us. When we explained what we were looking, for all she would tell us was that it wasnt in the store. But then she said, well I want to sell you a couch here because it will save our store and our jobs. We had to poke and prod for her to tell us what other options were available. It wasnt until she noticed my fiancés engagement ring that she started to treat us better. She obviously did not think we could afford a couch since we look young. She then says, Okay well you guys are obviously going to want the cheapest fabric, correct? We didnt know what to say. So then we continue into looking at quotes and she then asks us how old we are. We tell her that we are both 23. She then says, I dont mean to embarrass you but Im obviously not worried about your age seeing how much you probably spent on that ring. Again, we didnt know what to say.This was absolutely the most uncomfortable, prejudiced and utter disrespectful buying experience I have ever had. Why would we be in the store ready to purchase if we couldnt afford it? We will never purchase from Pottery Barn no matter if it is a store or online. If she was truly supposed to be saving the store then dont you think she wouldnt try to size up her customers? Employees at this location are terrible, unhelpful and disrespectful. Buy your furniture elsewhere.
