Horrible Customer service. Stopped in to ask if they could mount and balance 2 tires for me and was told that they didnt have any time because they had 2 tires they had to repair ahead of me. The individual working the counter told me to come back tomorrow. I came back the next day and was told the exact same thing by the exact same individual and this time he got an attitude after I told him thats what he said the day before. He then told me I needed to make an appointment and it would be days. All I have to say is what a poor excuse for a manager and Firestone. How much money has this location lost because of this individual telling customer after customer the possible same story? I will never spend another penny at any Firestone location or product again because of this experience with the same person at the same location on 2 separate occasions.Good job!

I scheduled an appointment through Firestones online scheduling system and requested that I Wait for my Car. Upon arriving at 8:30am, I was told two of their people called in sick with COVID and that I needed to leave the car. All it would take was for them to call me since they open at 7:00am to alert me to this fact. This way I would have avoided a trip for nothing.I then rescheduled and arrived again for my new appointment and the rep that was on the phone scheduled me for the wrong day. Again, another wasteful trip and my time.Up until now, I was delighted with Firestone, but that was in the Bay Area (California). This particular location needs some additional customer service training.If a customer asked to wait for his/her car, it should be obvious the person cannot leave the car all day. How do you expect the person to get back home and return to get it? Incur more costs?This experience made me angry enough to write this review, which I rarely do. While people will continue to use your service, theres clear improvements that your company need to make.

Always quality work. I bring my car here after my free lifetime oil changes (at the dealership and those people do a terrible job) and they always make sure all is well. Lifetime alignment package is a no-brainer and pays for itself within 2-3 visits.

Had a valve stem that needed to be reseated and set. They were busy but literally took my tire from me and straight back to the machine. Had me in and out in about 15 minutes and didnt charge me anything. I had to almost beg the guy to take $20 cash from me.

Don’t try and make an appointment here. I was actually told “the website has no way of knowing how many employees will call out sick so you no longer have an appointment. Maybe the problem isn’t the website, maybe it’s that you hire employees who feel like it’s ok to just not show up to work.

Took my Tahoe in for some new tires and an alignment. Seth took great care of me and my vehicle. Very professional and honest people at this location. They got everything I asked for done in a reasonable amount of time. Highly recommend for all your auto needs! Im only buying tires from Seth anymore, customer for life!

Seth is the man! I needed a somewhat obscure set of Bridgestone tires for my Alfa Romeo 4C, and he not only had them in stock but offered me a truly excellent price on them! Hes a car guy through-and-through. Much appreciated, highly recommended!!

Took my truck into this shop looking to get an alignment with my lifetime warranty for alignments that I paid $200 for. Took it in there, didn’t do anything to my truck but tell me some parts are seized. They said they aligned it but after checking, nothing changed. No alignment fix. Gonna take it to the dealership next time.

Replaced the radiator in my jeep. Did a good job had some minor issues communicating with them but they were more than willing to compensate for the miss communication. They heard my concerns and took care of them immediately rather than arguing with me. Great shop works recommend.

I had my car into this location about a year ago. They replace the thermostat housing and thermostat due to a leak. I now live three hours away from this location and not near another fire stone location. The part had failed due to the technician at this fire stone over tightening it. They will not warranty the part because I did not bring it to a fire stone location. I would hope you could make an exception as there is no fire stone locations within 100 mile radius of my home. I could not afford to get my car towed that far. You should stand behind your work and be ashamed of yourself. This place also gouge me on the price. I found out this was $100 part they marked up to close to $700. Buyer beware!

They take great care in servicing the vehicles. Very knowledgeable techs and they have all of the equipment to get the job done right. I was in and out within an hour. Make sure to schedule an appointment before heading over.

No real complaint about service or time frame, however the fact that one of their petty little techs decided to take my brand new phone cord and replace it with one that’s clearly been used to death will keep me from ever coming here again. I don’t trust a place that hires petty thieves

Came in to have 2 tires mounted and it took so long plus they lost my wheel cover that said jeep. The good news is they couldnt get it right the first time so I got to go back and be treated as if theyre failure to complete the job right the first time was my fault and guess what... They didnt get it right the second time either... Dont come here!!! Try discount on County line their services are SO much better plus they are professional and care about your familys safety.

Brought in our car with a broken AC. They told us it would be $1500 to fix the compressor. We called our normal mechanic and he told us that was a ridiculous price to fix the compressor. We took it instead to a Honda shop and they are fixing it for $900. Dont trust these fools

I had a last minute emergency and needed to take a vehicle i wasnt planning on taking to a funeral and needed to leave in a very small time frame to make it on time. I called this location to ask if they could get me in and out in under 30 minutes. Not only did they go above and beyond by being willing to do this, they were also very hospitable to me while i was waiting. Their quality of service, products, and customer appreciation went way above and beyond anything i could of expected in my time of need. Highly recommend!

It took these jokers an HOUR and a HALF to complete one simple oil change that was scheduled a week before. Never even gave me a receipt.Absolutely horrendous. One star is too generous for this place.

Had an appointment sceduled today but the guy up front said it never came through and turned me away. You guys lost my business and I will not come back. Had to load my tire into the car and only to get turned away. A simple phone call would of help.

Had all four tires changed to winter tires, and they were so much cheaper than at Discount Tire. Firestone guys are very courteous and dont waste your time trying to sell something. Good place.2019: Very good service. Timely recommendations, and listen to your concerns. Ive had their rotation package for years and glad I invested in it. I stopped by here 6/9/19. I had a flat, along with an issue with a broken locking lugnut key. Seth was absolutely wonderful to work with. Not only did he get the flat fixed up in record time, he got the locking lug nuts off, and remounted my flat.Seth and this Firestone auto have earned my business for the future. Great customer service, and incredible results.Ill definitely be back.

I had my vehicle in for tire repair in mid july. Firestone did a complete 21 pt inspection and advised that my brakes and rotors were great. I drove it for 4k miles and noticed a bad vibration. Took it Ford to find out rotors are warped and brakes were bad as well. When I brought it to the attention of Firestone the Manager Cameron tried to tell me that the rotors warped because of driving it on the highway in the mountains. ANY mechanic worth a grain of salt knows that rotors warp from hard consistent braking which I had done neither of those. I only used the brake pretty much just exiting the highway. My Ford Escape has a Sport Shifter where when its in that mode you can manually up or downshift the transmission and use the engine to slow down your vehicle going down passes and not use the brake at all. I feel like Cameron was trying to sell me a bill of goods because I am a woman. After I advised that I have a Military mechanical background (diesel mechanic) and have plenty of mechanical knowledge and know how brakes and motors work, I called him on his bluff. I demanded to have the Area Managers contact information, advised that I will blow up every review site as possible, call the Firestone Corporate Offices and the BBB to file formal complaints if he doesnt make it right and replace the rotors and brakes on Firestones dime since I was initially told the were great and had the receipt to prove it. Cameron told me there was nothing that he could do. About an hour later I received a phone call saying that Firestone was replacing the brakes and rotors no cost to me and I had to buy new tires that were still under warranty which brought the cost of those to $290 seeing that they only had 24K on them for a 60K tire. When I picked up my car, I asked Cameron what changed his mind about comping the brake and rotor work and he said it was because of the threats made and how if a guest reports a complaint the that particular Branch wont get their bonus. Its too bad that you cant get a corporation to do the right thing on their own without making threats. Since Cameron DID end up doing the right thing, I will not submit a formal complaint, but I still plan on completing reviews on google, Yelp, BBB and Firestones Corporate website. Though service was speedy, the rate I paid for having one bulb changed in a headlight was ridiculous - $96. Yes, $96 for a bulb and less than 10 minutes of labor. The clerk at the counter was not overly friendly. Unfortunately, I was in a pinch and needed this done today. Ive never paid more than $30 for this same service until today, even at another Firestone location, where I had the other headlight bulb replaced about 4 months ago. I think this store screws over people when it can. Will not be back.

Moved from Texas so first time at this location but been with Firestone for 10+ years. Seems like a decent place. Didnt get a call when truck was ready but instead got a call an hour before closing time asking if I was picking up today. Well yeah, I was waiting on a call. Only got an oil change this time but would go back.

The certified mechanics were not working but Colins team still assessed the problem and got me back on the road. Colin went above and beyond by locating the part with much effort. Would give O stars if possible. Firestone will not stand by information printed on website. States will check all essential fluid levels as part of complete oil change. However, this only means window washer and brake fluid to Firestone but they do not tell you that anywhere. Transmission and other fluids are not essential I guess. You have to specially request these to be checked, but they do not tell you that. Total BS from a corporation. Will never use Firestone Products or services again. Their lack of follow through on information printed voided the warranty I had on my transmission since they never checked this fluid level during an oil change 10 days before problems arose in the transmission.

Many shops try to sell you parts you dont need. This Firestone location does not do that. They are straightforward with their customers. The wait time is usually longer here than with other shops, but they do things right the first time, saving time and money in the long run.

This is by far my favorite Firestone to take my car to! I live an hour away and was in really need of an alignment. They squeezed me in when they were already booked up! They always have great customer service and always do a great job on my car!

I have been to this place numerous times with simple requests but every time they have given some excuse as to why they cant help me. Walked in at 5:20pm today(they close at 7pm) for an oil change but was told they couldnt do it. Their bays were not full and nobody was working on anything. Dont waste your time with them.

I would not waste my time with stopping here. Would not sell me just one tire! Why be picky about where or not they match the other tires as long as it is not going to compromise the vehicles safety?

If there were no stars that would be my pick. Did some service on my brakes and changed air filter, left vacuum lines off, brake reservoir missing, brake caliper came loose and missing a bolt. Im just glad I made it home safe after a 4000 mile trip.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. Weve been going to this firestone for years and it used to be wonderful but just recently we had multiple problems occur with all 3 of our cars after being worked on at this firestone. First off, my mothers car went in for an oil change and almost immediately started leaking oil after coming home. She uses her car for business so we couldnt take it in immediately/ financial issues; eventually we took it in to get one of the tires serviced and about 10 minutes after we dropped it off we receive a call from one of the mechanics saying in a ridiculously panicked voice (cmon dude your a mechanic youre looking like a real rookie right now) you gotta get over here your car is smoking like a damn barbecue. Im not kidding you. A full grown man, mechanic, cant even tell us where or why the smoke is occurring. We start panicking thinking the hood is on fire... we get there and its just a little white smoke coming out the exhaust. Seriously dude?? Well, this occurred because oil was burning most likely from the damn oil leak. Long story short it was a very expensive fix because the dealership had to take the whole engine out to fix it. Second off, my dads car goes in for an oil change. Same. Thing. Its leaking oil immediately! My dad checks under the car and the only place leaking oil is coming from the bolt that holds the oil pan and its now even screwed on the slightest bit, you could undo it with your hand. At this point, this shows that firestone is either blatantly tampering with our cars or theyre just that stupid. Lastly! I get a flat and I put on the spare and take it over. Really simple right? Well I get the car back and a couple weeks later Im taking off the wheel because I was going to plastidip the rims and 2 of the wheel bolts snap off into the lugs on the same tire. Now Im getting real upset with this place and with no other options I go there to get my wheel bolts replaced. Now these were aftermarket lugs but I go to pick up the car and I ask the guy if the lugs are bad/ why did this happen. Absolutely no explanation, no advice, just a simple shrug. After thinking about it a second he says well, who put them on last? And I think back to when I got my flat tire and reply almost smirking, well, you guys did.. that shut him up real quick and I paid the $130. Absolutely terrible.. by the work done on my cars its like damn monkeys did it. Dunno who theyre hiring but beware cause its like throwing money away.
