I accidentally broke the screen of my laptop and figured I was doomed. I’m a student and use my laptop everyday. I figured the cost and time it’ll take to repair will be expensive and timely. I reached out to PC answers requesting a quote and within 5 minutes I got a response. I spoke with Michael. I have to say, Michael was responsive, attentive, helpful, kind, and understanding of my situation. He gave me ideas on ways I could still study while I wait for my laptop to be fixed. I can’t recommend PC answers enough. I am absolutely blown away at the customer service. Not only that but I got my laptop fixed within HOURS of brining it in. Highly recommend - When to several shops including big box store. They were able to help fix issues with slow laptop that I want to keep. Turning time amazing 24 hours to fix instead of waiting close to week as big box said. Did not try to over sale me. Completely recommend! My 2 1/2 year old Thinkpad laptop was giving me the blue error screen and wouldn’t boot into windows. I brought it in and Michael helped me right away, figured out what the problem was, answered all my questions and even let me download a couple of folders that I needed onto a flash drive. They had it fixed the next morning, with all my data transferred and a new RAM and it is working perfectly now! Excellent service!

I first went to them 6 months ago only because their reviews were amazing !! I drove 40 minutes from my house just to get there and it was well worth the trip !!!!! They were super reasonably prized and were very professional. They transferred everything from my desk top to my new laptop. The laptop we bought was super slow cause it didn’t have a solid state hard drive and Dell didn’t have one in stock. I called PC Answers yesterday, dropped off laptop at 5pm and they were able to get everything I needed and I picked up the next day . They installed the solid state hard drive, Increased storage from 8 to 16 gigs, installed Microsoft Office 365 and Malware Anti Virus software. The laptop runs so much faster! I’ve brought my son’s gaming computer in to get it fixed twice and both times they’ve been great. The diagnose the issue and are quick to communicate with me via text about the issues. They seem very reasonably priced and I’ve only had to pay the diagnostic fee both times.

I went to a big box store and they wanted to sell me on a big service charge to even look at it. After some internet searches, I found PC Answers. They diagnosed my old laptop pretty quickly and in two days got it back. It now runs like new. My display drivers were bad. If you need something fixed, take my word and see this company.

My razor gaming laptop was not working. It wouldn’t turn on and when, I got it to turn on the sound would not come through. I went to geek squad and they could not do anything about my PC. Turning 75 is not such a great joy in life. Especially considering the increased challenges one must face --- including those of working with computers. Mike and his co workers have enormously assisted me resolving those I have experienced and resolved all quickly and very expertly. And, being a veteran, is difficult to initially trust complex issues -- computers-- and one is apprehensive as to where to go for service. Veterans --be assured that PC Answers is the place to go. You will not be disappointed with their expertise and knowledge. And, they will explain what one can do on ones own if desired. I find it is better to let an expert resolve these issues.

Unfortunately, sometimes the price you pay isnt deserving of the service you get. This isnt one of those times! In fact, quite the opposite. Id taken my laptop into GeekSquad 3 times, my laptop gone for days at a time each instance, and a repair was never made. My machine interior was only dusted, and yet I was told it was fixed. Meanwhile, I brought my laptop into PC Answers just once, and theyd diagnosed and ordered new parts within a mere thirty minutes! Michael and Zay have worked on two of my tower PCs and both times they have done a great job. One involved tracking down what-ever it was which was causing my machine to run slow. My husband and I recently moved into a new home and CenturyLink come out and reconnect our service with them but the plus side was that they offer fiber optic installation. My poor old computer did not work with this wi-fi modem. We could not figure out why we could not connect with the Wi-Fi modem we called PC answers company and took it to them to figure out what was wrong. PC answers found out the poor old thing was never wired to be used with Wi-Fi. Michael gave us an inexpensive solution of a Wi-Fi adapter. He also went out of his way to clean up malware that was found on the computer! That was above Im beyond what we came in for and also he did not charge us for doing that! His service was fast efficient, knowledgeable and honest and I would recommend anyone to seek him out if you are having computer issues!

These guys were great. Diagnosed my laptop issue within an hour or two. Gave me an estimate that was right on the money. Gave me a timeframe for repair that they met. Did a great job repairing my laptop. Cant recommend them highly enough!

I was very disappointed when I was Charged a fee after the employee told me twice they would call me if It would cost anything! I dropped off my computer on a Monday morning. I described the problem. I asked him twice what the fee would be to look at it. He said they would call me first with any fees or repair cost. He said he had never seen that issue before and did not know the cost and someone else needed to look at it. Also, the form I filled out to leave with my computers did not have any information about a diagnosis fee. That’s why I asked him twice to clarify. I received a phone call just a few hours later from a different associate telling me to fix my computer it would cost more than the computer. He knew what the problem was right away. When I picked up the computers I learned about the payment due. I explained to the owner My conversation with his employees. He was very apologetic about his associate not telling me the right information. His explanation was “I have new employees.” But he still charged me the fee!!! What?!? I feel like I was blindsided and lied to. I will not take my computers there in the future. They did not gain a customer. You should not charge people money when they straight up ask you what the fee is in the beginning. If you have a flat diagnosis fee I suggest you start letting your customers know upfront. Having it in writing would be ideal. Also, when you agree with your customer then you should definitely not charge them a fee.

I own a store with 5 computers. PC Answers has been coming to my place of business to provide IT support for a few years now. They are knowledgeable, responsible, and fairly priced. Michael, the owner, recently worked on one of my new computers that turned out to have a latent, circuit board defect. He arranged for a warranty exchange and transferred all of my computer info to the new computer for a very fair price. I wouldnt let my friends use anyone but PC Answers for their computer support!

I bought a laptop at a big chain a few years ago. It had become incredibly slow so I checked to see if there was any benefit to me taking it there for service and there wasnt, so I checked around for local small businesses. After seeing the positive reviews I called and asked a few questions. I took my laptop in that day. I got a call the day before they said they would to let me know what theyd found on the scan and what the total would be if they went ahead with the repair. All in all the service was friendly, quick, (less than a week turnaround) and comparable to prices Ive looked at elsewhere for similar work. He also let me know work they could do in the future to give me more life to my laptop instead of spending the money to get a new one. There was no hard sales pressure, just recommendations, which I appreciated. I am not one to always be buying the newest version of things. I like to use my gadgets until Ive run them into the ground. Ill be calling PC Answers first for any work I may need done in the future.

PC Answers is AWESOME! I bought a BAD pre-built gaming computer from cyberpower. It had this weird issue that it was super hard to find out what was wrong with it. I talked with cyberpower, and they couldnt fix it. I replaced almost every part I could think of, and still, my computer wouldnt work. I took it to BestBuy/GeekSquad, and they couldnt fix it. I talked through drivers/software fixes with a technician and couldnt fix it.I was about to give up and buy a new computer, but I decided to go to PC Answers. PC Answers listened to me and the issues. They didnt just mindlessly run it through some standard corporate protocol computer check like BestBuy (which didnt help or fix the problem). They went above and beyond and manually tested it themselves (stress testing and running twitch/video games). They were able to fix it!!!I was waiting to write this review to ensure my computer didnt revert to the old glitchy broken form. It has been about two weeks now, and it runs perfectly!!! Thank you guys so much for making this process so easy and saving me about $1,000 not having to buy a new gaming computer :)

This place is great! I’ve taken my computer to PC answers twice over the last few years and they always do an excellent job. Thought my power supply went bad but turns out the motherboard died. They helped find a replacement board and CPU that was faster and cheaper than replacing with the original parts. I’m not very computer literate and they always do a great job of explaining the issues to me. Appreciate the help with getting my comp back up and running!

My Lenovo laptop crashed, I could not get it to boot into Windows at all. It is my only computer, everything on it, much of it not backed up! My son who is a techie tried everything, no luck. Was lucky enough to acquire a 3080 RTX, but my system is water cooled and I didnt feel confident installing it myself. Also problematic, during COVID my gaming PC also serves as my workstation and I cant let it sit on a bench during the week.Michael worked with me to set up a Saturday morning drop off and stayed after normal hours to finish installation on the same day.Very glad that I found this place. I had a custom PC, built by someone else, that wouldnt boot. Michael knew what the issue was had it resolved almost immediately. He did a thorough check of the other components and found that the hard drives brought over from my old PC were not being recognized. He tested the drives and confirmed both were dead.
