Will not be returning be returning to this Sephora. Promotional offers were not available. Also very rude while shopping, felt like I was being babysat.

Kristina, Jade, and Lara are the MOST helpful people I have ever encountered at any makeup store. They are so nice and so helpful and do not hesitate to give you any samples or answer any questions. I’ve been to a lot of Sephora’s and this one is by far my favorite. Its close and the girls are just amazing! Not to mention they REALLY know their stuff about makeup and skincare! My number one lunch break destination :)

The gals here were kind, fun, and knew their stuff! They taught my friend and I how to do a smokey eye! Thanks you for the great service!

I went in here today looking for a new foundation and powder. There was only one girl there to help with makeup and she was busy so I waited until she was done with her client. She was completely rude the whole time she was ‘helping’ me. She wasn’t listening to what I was asking and had an attitude everytime I said something. She asked if I wanted a makeup remover pad and I said yes, then she walked away and started doing something else. I had to ask someone else where they were at. I wouldn’t recommended coming in here if you are looking for suggestions and guidance on what kind of makeup to use.

I love Sephora but this location was a huge disappointment. The staff was quick and friendly and these gals are doing the best they can. Unfortunately, these beautiful girls had makeup on that made me wonder if anyone had ever spent any time teaching them the ins and outs of makeup. Management should really give them some fun, pampering time helping them to get better at their job. Upon checkout, my item was put in a plain, plastic grocery sack, like the kind you receive at the grocery store. It was not the great little Sephora touch that my items are usually packed in that makes me feel a little better about the price I pay. Ill skip the convenience that its close and will be going to another location.

Agree they are out of a lot of items, but they did take time to see if they had any stored away. I am glad they are in JC Penneys although they never have any new items. The staff are always nice to give you any samples you ask for.

Kristina is always so helpful, she gives amazing customer service and always helping me find the right products!

Worst customer service ever.

Employees were helpful, but the location was not good. They were out of a lot of items and a lot of their testers were broken and badly beeten up. Not a good location at all.
