This pharmacy is hands down the best pharmacy Ive ever used. Trevor is amazing and has saved my life by noticing interactions before. Robyn taught me how to use a medicine Id been taking the wrong way for many years. They really look out for their patients. There are some new techs and I dont remember their names, but they are very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Brie has always been quick to resolve problems and answer questions. Angie has stepped in to advocate for me with the insurance company which I really appreciate. Stephanie truly knows what she is doing and takes care to make sure that I understand everything before I leave and she has an amazing attitude. My insurance changed at the beginning of the year and I decided that if my new insurance wanted me to go to another pharmacy, Id use Good RX and pay out of pocket so I could continue to go here, theyve taken amazing care of me. They also were kind and caring towards my late grandmother, and Ill never forget that. Thanks to all of you for making such a great impact on the lives in your hands!

They often have new prescriptions filled shortly after I leave the doctors office. The mobile app and online interface work well to reorder prescriptions. Theres occasionally a short wait when picking up prescriptions, but thats to be expected. Staff is usually pretty helpful.

Hes always helpful, has a great attitude & a pleasure to do business with.5 stars to the wonderful staff also, a SPECIAL shout out to Brie, Kay, Robin & Stephanie, who makes everything happen as smoothly as possible while making it look easy for everything they do day in and day out with a great attitude & a wonderful sense of humor to boot. I appreciate it very much. Everyone has gone above & beyond with being safe with the whole covid-19. Ive been coming here for 5 yrs bc of the service & fun personalities that make this process so much easier.:-)

Very rude. One of the feminist that works in this good ole girls network raised her voice at me. They dont care if there is a huge line. They take their sweet fat time.
Everyone at this pharmacy is very helpful, I’d like to especially shout out the lead technician Carolyn, for helping me out with all my insurance inconveniences and making sure I know what’s going on with my medication and insurance. She’s so nice, and I really appreciate her time and effort within the Walmart pharmacy!

My husband called the pharmacy for help and advice because he was concerned about his medication he had taken. He has asthma and took two treatments too close together. So he wanted to know is if he was in danger and should he call the doctor. The person he spoke to was so unkind to him, giving short and unhelpful answers. This happened 1-27-18 around 6pm. He asked her what should he do and she responded youve already done it That didnt help at all and left him confused. I called back because I had heard how she treated him as she was on speaker phone, and told her she had responded unkind to him was rude and disrespectful. I asked for the supervisor and I believe she was the same person. I demanded from her what should he be concerned about and she finally said well he hasnt overdosed. I told her I would seek legal counsel for future reference about her responsibilities. The head of Wal-Mart needs to know that harm from her treatment of their customers could cause financial loss. It seems they have a problem with their staff in general. There is one lady there that is quite a gem and saving grace for that location. We go because she is there and always makes us smile. I havent mentioned names because this is a public forum. Dont allow this staff to get away with this conduct. Your health is involved. I will contact legal counsel and report this up the chain of command. I hope others will do the same.
Cant tell you how many times I was handed the wrong order. Or had them order something and a week later no where to be found or oops we forgot.
Order was smooth, no problems. Pharmacist was very helpful. The line is slow.
Absolute worst customer service. I dropped off my medication and told them I would wait around for it to be filled. When I went to pick it up they were closing 2 minutes early for lunch and told me they were closed and to come back after their lunch break. Thanks for the heads up, bang up job...
Ok pharmacy. Employees are normal wal-mart staff. You get what you pay for.
