This company has the best selection for Ice cream cakes! My daughter loved the kind she had for her birthday, for a great price per person ratio! Thank you for the quick birthday message in her favorite color!

I ordered the Yule Log cake and what I ordered and what I got were 2 different cakes. The one with the white on top is what it showed on their website and what I got was the chocolate one (see pics). For $30.00 I wouldnt order it again, the cake was just ok.

Baskin-Robbins is my all time favorite ice cream store. They have a huge selection of choices and the flavors are on intense and delicious. The stores are clean and the staff are friendly and courteous. Bask in-Robbins is an excellent choice.

They keep closing before 10pm even though it’s listed on their hours that they are open until 10pm. I took this picture at 9:13pm. This is the second time this month this has happened. Just annoying when you’re craving their ice cream. If the hours are different please change them so they reflect the correct hours of operation.

This Baskin Robbins has the worst service. They dont answer the phone ever. They always mess up my Door Dash orders. They close early whenever they want to. I have tried to speak to a manager regarding these issues but again they never answer the phone. Go somewhere else for ice cream.

A big line for shakes etc. A great variety of hand packed ice cream ready to go.I couldnt decide, so we all got cones, and I got a hand packed to go. Even as an adult I cant kick pink bubblegum love.Honestly it was much better than some trendy shops weve tried around town.Yum! Well be back, but remember to turn that OPEN sign on! As a dairy free person this place is not fun to go to. They only sorbet they have is called “ice” as a chain I feel like strawberry or peach is very doable. My son loves the chocolate though and the staff is always friendly!

They do not have all the vegan flavors advertised. When I asked if they had the new vegan flavors the clerks did not know what I was talking about. When I said dairy free they only had one of the new flavors, the cookie dough, and some ice flavor. I asked if they were going to get the new chocolate vegan flavor and the girl said probably not. So still not much for dairy free or vegans. I was disappointed.

Its a flashback to my childhood. I love going with my nephews and family. The only thing that is not great is that they never seem to have enough staff members during peak hours and the line can get long and you have to wait for a while. The employees are nice and friendly and do the best they can.

Normally really good but the last time I was there the worker skipped me and went to the person behind me in line. Then they screwed up my order and made probably the worst milkshake Ive had. The other 99% of the time it has been good. Could use a better cleaning too.

I have been going to Baskin Robbins since I was a little girl. If you are looking to build new memories with your family and friends and kids best place to do so. I hope they are going to be around for a long time and are fewer than when I was a kid.

The scoops of ice cream were very small. You could see the associate struggle to scoop it so she just went with what she could instead of serving a full scoop. Same associate attempted to try and nickel and dime us for whip cream and cinnamon. Even though they are included in the recipe of the product. Way too expensive of ice cream to receive this quality of product and service.

Usually, the service is excellent, but this location doesnt always look or smell clean.

My husband used to work at a Baskins so he’s probably a but hard as a reviewer but this location has some work to do. The staff are friendly enough but they don’t seem to know the simplest things like prices for cakes and in my experience they don’t fulfill orders correctly. We love baskins ice cream so I imagine we’ll be back but it’s unfortunate that the staff don’t seem to be trained or something. And sometimes the store smells like the smoke shop next door...

I ordered two double scoop ice creams. Ryan was rude, argued with me, and wouldn’t honor a buy one cone, get one free coupon. He would only discount for one scoop. I’ve used a similar coupon before many times and it was honored.

Im so disappointed. I ordered a cake for my husbands birthday and asked about cost when I ordered. When I went to pick it up the cake $10 more than I was quoted with NO explanation. Nothing special except his name on the cake. I love the cake but being overcharged, I wont be back. The competitin may not have variety but transparency goes a long way.

Very expensive as far as I e cream goes, but if you want cheaper stuff theres a King Soopers 50ft away. Friendly workers, clean, and always has a somehow very nostalgic feel and smell.
