Hunter is great. She really knows her stuff. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I would highly recommend her to help with any furniture sale from beginning to end.

The cashiers take forever, will see you waiting in line and continue to have a drawn on conversation despite waiting for 5+ minutes.

We wandered in at a request of a family member and found a couple of chill things to buy. Afterwards the cashier was very adamant that we return today and spend $40 or more and provided us with a coupon to give us up to 33% off. Afterwards we returned to make a purchase as described. Saved $10. Coolio!

They usually carry most basic items at a affordable price. The employees are always pleasant and knowledgeable. I get a discount as a veteran and pass it onto their charity drives.

Wife loves Big Lots and wants to stop if shes 10 miles from it! I got a couple of really nice recliners there for a great price and I still love them so I dont mind stopping either.

Most part good, items we wanted says in stick but then wasnt. Told to go online, went online but supposed to have free shipping, ended up being a charge, called store, told shipment may come in Monday or tuesday..ugh...shoukd have waited if we knew, could have saved 149.00 delivery fee :(

This location has much more than others :) Just left there!! Location at Crestline and Wadsworth in Littleton.Reason for 1 star is NO ONE in store to help you and big lots charges $40 extra to help you get something to your car (boxed furniture). So... you just lost my business.

Excellent customer service, had what I wanted in stock

I ordered a recliner online and did a curbside pickup. The website was easy to use. The cashier showed me where to park and had my order brought out from the warehouse within 5 minutes from then I parked. They were very respectful of social distance and I was in and out under ten minutes with friendly service. I would absolutely do curbside pickup here again.

What can I say? Its big lots. Its clean.

I bought a sofa and after I loaded, unloaded and assembled it, it was missing 2 side panel cushions. Instead of finding an easy fix the manager and an employee named Matt want me to reload, unload, return and repurchase from a different store, load, unload and assemble a whole new sofa. Matt refused to give me his managers name or the name of his general manager. Not happy, poor customer service. Calling corporate!

Sorry the cashiers there have no clue. They are there to do a job not strike up a conversation and learn about peoples life and family history. Stood in line for close to 20 mins and there was like 5 people ahead of me. Come on we are red level, do your job and move the customer along.

Awesome staff Michelle Tate stood out as being particularly friendly and was very patient as I had to make some shopping adjustments at checkout she was also awsome with helping me friend a product I was looking for. Note to managment that Michelle deserves a shout out for being an awesome customer service representitive I will definitely be making another trip back to see you great folks

Floor plan is opened up, much better than last year. Quality of some products is improved. Staff today was great! The gentleman in furniture was alot of fun.Christmas 2019We were able to get some great deals on a few good quality items. Ceramic pan set, handled non skid bowls with pour spouts and towels!

So much nicer since the remodel. The aisles are always clean and the check out area is organized and efficient. Its a great place to grab odds and ends at a very reasonable price.

Store is great, staff is nice, store is clean. Furniture - We heard a rumor that they have good deals on quality furniture and couches. We stopped by one day and they happened to have an additional markdown on top of sale items. We bought a large sofa and a huge chair for a great price. When we got home is when we realized it was probably a bad decision. The couch had a big tear and grease smudge on the arm. Once we were able to look them over it was obvious how cheaply made they are, very low quality. Spend a little more and go for quality. I do not recommend.

This store was in Castle Rock and very clean and organized. Nothing really there I needed, so I probably wont go back.

Clean store with a good layout. So.much better than the older locations Ive been to in the past. Items are merchandised with easy to read pricing and items are ot in a big ball of a mess. I always love how they have unusual and brands of items Ive never seen before, especially food items.

This use to be my to go place to get cleaning supplies and misc things because they were cheaper. Thats not the case anymore. Walmart is now cheaper. They redid the store and its nice but they have jacked up prices on everything. I was disappointed.

Ive been going to this store for years since they opened. For years they have people that worked there were so nice. Well not anymore! There is one lady there that should in my opinion be fired! when I went there to return something you get interrogated! Why, whats wrong with it? and not in a nice way in a very snippy aggressive way and on and on.... Like your a criminal. My husband just had a to return some lights and she waited on him and said whats wrong with them ? didnt you read the box? He said does it matter? they dont work, we are getting different ones. She said rudely he said then she said Well we have had al lot of returns today. So what! horrible customer service and rudeness to there customers from this lady name is Patrica. Im also calling the manager. Never have I been talked to with such rudeness and treated this way returning items to a store with a receipt. To have someone treat customers this way, she needs to be held accountable to the management of the stores district manger.We own a business and i have had a business in the past, Never would I treat one of our customers this way, ever!

I forgot about BL.... like I thought they shutdown or something. Went in with my husband, was surprised by what they sell. Cant say all things are an actual deal...you just have to know your prices between stores. Lady accidently didnt give my husband the sale price so she told him to grab another of equal value instead of returning .70.

I love Big Lots, but the only employee I ever see is the cashier and she looks so grumpy and miserable. Not the first or last thing a customer wants to see (Shes actually pretty friendly once you talk to her, she just looks upset.) Otherwise, the store is always tidy and well-stocked.

The store has a very strict rerun policy which requires you to return items within 30 days and have BOTH the original packaging and the receipt. These strict requirements apply even when the merchandise is of poor quality and unfortunately discovered upon opening and or building. You as the customer are left with a poor quality item and may be why they intentionally hold you to this strict policy.

I like this place. Very reasonable prices on the same items you see at Target and Walmart as well as other places. And the merchandise is in new condition.
