Spark Garage Doors scheduling was fast and very easy and they were able to work me into their schedule quickly. I was very impressed with the thorough overview and explanations Mark gave of my door and opener system and the scope of work that they anticipated. When he finished (in under an hour!), he briefed me on what he found and done, and Mark raised and lowered the door so that I could hear it, since one of my concerns had been how loud it had become. It was super-quiet after the service. The description of the service was also itemized on the bill, which was great. Mark gave me tips on how to lubricate the screw drive myself in the interim before the next major service and provided me with a packet of the proper grease (and warned me OFF of the spray white lithium lubricant I had; no other service specialist had warned me of the problems the spray can cause with my opener system!) He was meticulous down to asking me where I wanted their contact sticker placed! The crew was masked and observant of social distancing. Excellent and efficient service!

Finally we got our garage door replaced! It was ordered few weeks ago by A Spark Garage Doors and it was install on 12/16/2020. Excellent experience it was worth the wait to have it install by A Spark Garage Door in Littleton.They definitely know what theyre doing. Our garage door was about 17 years old and needed to be replaced however the garage opener was fine. When Mark from A Spark Garage Doors showed up for diagnostic and estimate he gave us the total price before he started the work. So incredibly grateful that we found Spark Garage Doors... Our garage door had an unfortunate collision with some boxes as it was opening, which caused some damage involving the cables. The door itself became a crooked hot mess. At 9 months pregnant, and in the middle of a pandemic, this was not on my list of things I wanted to have to deal with on a Saturday afternoon. After calling around to a few places, I decided to have Spark Garage Doors send someone out to come take a look and give us an estimate. Their response time was quick! They came within an hour of my call and the repair work was done in less than an hour! I was looking for someone who can come to open my garage door on Sunday. I called 2 other companies before and none of them could come over. Then i called Spark Garage Doors and the guy over the phone told me a can send someone within 20 min. I was quite surprised but i told him to send him over. The tech was very nice and very professional. He told me the price before i started to work and i agreed. He opened my garage in 5 min and then fixed a small issue with the garage door sensors.
