Had them come out to the course to do a service call on a Carryall 300. The technician did a quick look, wasnt very well informed or trained, then said hed be back in a couple days. That was 2 years ago. No one answers when I call service, no one returns calls from left messages. I would highly recommend an E-Z-GO or Yamaha cart if you want service support that shows up and actually knows what theyre doing. I can only imagine what kind of service a regular owner gets when they wont respond to a course that owns a fleet.It would be nice if I could give zero stars.

On May 13, 2021 Tyler Gillette came cold calling at my government office. He came into an employee only area outside in the back of our building, chatted with some employees without a face mask on trying to get a name of someone he could speak with. He then came to the front office vestibule, (we clearly have signs on the front door stating that we are closed to the public and have our doors locked to enter in). I spoke with him with the door cracked because he could not figure out how to use the intercom speaker. He was VERY rude and raised his voice at me because I was telling him that we do not give name/cards out to salespeople and that if he gave me his info that I would get it to where it needed to go. He then was demanding that I go and get an employee (he knew her by name) and I refused telling him that we do not see anyone without an appointment and that the front entrance window made that very clear. First impressions are everything..... he blew any type of chance of us ever wanting to do business with this company.

I bought my Golf Cart about 2 years ago & have been trying to get service ever since. The guy that I paid over $ 8,000 to would not return my calls after I told him I was having problems with.Bought in July never received until late September.The cart rattled very badly. Took a year for them to come out. The young fellow fixed it the best he could he said.The lights & horn are not working.My cover doesn’t fit & has several areas cold air leaks.Asked the kid that came out to check my water levels etc. Didn’t.Now, the cart will not hold a charge so can’t use it againYes, they sold me a lemon but gave me a 5 year warranty.Guess they can see a Woman. ComingDefinitely, Do not recommend!
