Yes yes . Popped in to get something .. had no idea really what I should get. The staff was amazing.. knowledgeable. No pressure and they dont work on commission so you know your getting good advice . Def should go here if your in need of some affordable supplements . For stress, diet, wellness, weight. .mind .. absolutely need to go here .

Truly love this NG: has to be management. Always friendly staff, food on shelves, good sales and clean! Bought my turkey for TG and it was amazing!! Fresh food and healthy.

Store is clean, well stocked and the dude working is super friendly and willing to answer my questions/make suggestions without me feeling like Im getting the typical salesman pressure.

Very helpful knowledgeable staff. Their In House products are really good too. They wont try and sell you anything you dont want or ask for. (I kinda tested that out) they dont make commission.

Everyone is nice until theyre not nice. The store manager- an elder lady with a little blonde hair has been friendly only when shes in a good mood.Ive been a loyal customer with VS for years and spent a ton of money on supplements and have issues that this very store didnt resolve and other stores did and I was very happy with how other stores and store managers really cared. I have decided to boycott her store and here are some of the reasons:1. She told me several times when I was moving containers to read their labels of some supplements on the shelves to not move them because she had to re-stack them with front-facing properly and she doesnt want to do that she said theyre all the same.2. Shes the only person in this store that rejects my dog and says no we have no dogs policy across all our stores and in reality, I could read from the eyes and the body language of her staff that shes just a bit difficult to deal with and acts this way most of the time. She didnt even ask me if my dog was a service animal or not which is a violation of my rights. The ADA clearly stated that service animals are not pets, yet she didnt even bother asking that question or the least, she didnt even say something along the lines of your dog is welcome this visit, but we may need to enforce the policy next time, anything that is nice and shows that she actually cares at all.3. One time I returned sealed supplements within a couple of days or so from their purchase date (mind you, I almost never return anything, ever), she was very much interrogating me and asking me a ton of questions and seemed VERY ANGRY that her store is getting a return and wasnt very thrilled about it (try to at least hide it). As a customer, I expect the least amount of respect, if I spend a ton of money on your products, I need to feel comfortable returning UNOPENED within a couple of days supplements with my receipts and without getting harassed by her nonsensical and privacy invading questions..4. When she kicked my dog out she was already arguing with another lady about a return, I cant image how that deal went.5. This person doesnt seem to care about customers sincerely, she just seems to care about increasing her greedy income by maximizing her sales rate,and thus, her profit, while also minimizing her returns so that she can get some more money, or at least thats what seems to be the case from my perspective.6. Shes hardly ever in the mood of helping people she just tries to sell you the most expensive things in her store, especially when youre ignorant of her strategy and the supplement world, while other VS stores actually help and spend a TON of time with customers to recommend whats best for them.7. Finally, she doesnt seem to be the most knowledgeable person when comparing her to other stores and store members.My reviews are normally five stars for most entities, and organizations, for this store, I would give it zero stars if I could, shes probably taking this whole store downhill and perhaps its a matter of time before the customers give up on this place or all VS stores and shut down this branch.Final Note, I went on VS site and searched everything I could about dog policy and couldnt find anything that says dogs or service animals or pets arent welcome except from her. I asked her if that policy across all stores or just hers and she responded by saying its across all stores (I doubt it). How could you sell supplements for pets and not accept them in your store and be extremely rude to your customers like that, how dare you?Needless to say, Im a bit disappointed and I will cancel my auto-delivery products and lower my spending on VS after these negative experiences caused by one person-- the elder store manager lady. She is really difficult to deal with as customer, I cant imagine how she deals with her staff members.
