The people that work here are fantastic! Even the Front Desk/Receptionists really care! Whenever Ive called & had to leave a message, someone has always called me back, & in a timely manner. If your call accidentally gets dropped while youre on hold, they will call you back & apologize for it! (How many other Drs offices do that?) I always feel very cared for & about, by everyone here.

Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. Its such a relief to finally have answers to all of my questions and to go to a doctors office where everyone genuinely cares about your health. Absolutely blown away by my experience.

This practice does not understand even the basics of customer service. The time with the doc was good, and appreciated, but everything else was substandard. I get better service at McDonalds. As an alternative, try Integrated ENT across from Skyridge. Its a very well run practice with people who care.

I am a professional with a full-time job. When I schedule an appointment weeks in advance, I expect to actually be seen, hence the word appointment. I showed up early and waited 50 minutes without being seen. Wasted my lunch, didnt get to eat and I was not a new patient. Absolutely unacceptable and I highly recommend no one use this facility. All I was told was sorry, he is running a couple of minutes late. Would you like to reschedule? My response was 50 minutes is not a couple of minutes and absolutely I dont want to reschedule. Shred my file and remove me from your patient portal. Why would I reschedule an appointment if making an appointment doesnt mean anything. This was early enough in the day, there really was no reason to be an hour behind.

My worst doctors’ office visit since moving to Colorado. Called on a Friday to make an appointment with Dr. Chain for the following Monday. Appointment made with Stephanie. Drove almost an hour to get there and was told by the front receptionist I had no appointment. After checking with Stephanie, apparently I was not put in the computer. But have a seat. An hour of waiting I left. So I can’t leave a review about Dr. Chain. But I can tell you that his office staff is horrible and couldn’t care less about his patients. No apologies or anything. And they are the same staff for other doctors at Comprehensive ENT, Head and Neck Surgery Center in Littleton. Save yourself time and headache and find another ENT doctor facility!

I visited Comprehensive for sinus issues I had been having for over a year. I have used almost every over the counter medication as well as prescribed antibiotics. My primary referred me here, and because all of their referrals have been great I didnt question making this my ENT.I will start by saying I was late for my early morning appointment, I work 6 days a week and had to leave work to be able to get this appointment slot, but it meant I would finally get some relief from my symptoms. The front desk nurse was obviously irritated I was slightly late, which is completely understandable I work in a medical office where the same happens pretty often, but I also know when customer service is required whether or not you are perturbed about a patient being late.I was told I could still be seen and the nurse came out to the waiting room and said blatantly out loud The records your PC sent me do nothing for me. I was confused by what she had said and also confused at the fact she was starting a conversation about my medical history/records where there was no privacy. She continued to tell me that my medical record of my previous prescriptions and doctors visits for this same issue did not help her in anyway. Again I was confused being they had everything to do with the reason I wanted to be seen by an ENT.Seeing the doctor took all of about 5 minutes. There was no testing or culture done, and she prescribed me a nose spray and told me to pick it up unless another over the counter nose spray was cheaper.I came to see a professional so that I could get something to actually help my issue, not to be told to just keep using over the counter medication that I had been using with no success.I walked out incredibly unhappy I had spent $50 (thank god for my insurance, and not having to completely pay out of pocket) and wasted my time coming here. Like I had said before maybe my tardiness was the reason for it all, either way I would not recommend, or come here again.

I work in healthcare myself so I know what to look for and observe. The staff was pleasant as well as the doctor, but would like to recognize Mary who deals with the billing, she was very kind and went out of her way to help!

My daughter has been coming here for many years because of her sinus and allergy problems. She had received allergy treatments and is susceptible to nasal polyps. We are always treated well and the doctors always give her the best treatment to make her life easier.

Poorly run office. Impossible to reach the front desk, long wait times while there. After two (expensive) visits to the doctor, my daughter is no healthier than when we began three months ago.

Took 50 minutes to see the doctor for something that took 5 minutes. Simply asked if my appointment was at 12pm once I was finally brought into a room, and nurse proceeded to leave the room and talk poorly about me... I can hear you!!! Terrible experience.

Dr. Carol J. Langdoc is the most UNPROFESSIONAL and UNRESPONSIVE Dr. I have ever met!!!!!My first experience ever visiting with this practice, my PCP referred me to Dr. Carol J. Langdoc in regards to having a tonsillectomy due to how many tonsillitis cases I have per year. The Dr. first told me that a tonsillectomy should not be performed just on a whim but wanted me to do a sleep study to diagnose whether I have sleep apnea. The first problem I encountered was trying to even pick up the sleep test as I had scheduled to pick it up before office hours due to my work schedule and the medical assistant never showed up.Fast forward to after the sleep test was finally done, I was told by the Dr. that I would have to have surgery on a deviated septum and the tonsillectomy due to how severe my sleep apnea is. I had been told that the Dr. would like me to see a pain management specialist prior to surgery, but this soon changed into a requirement. However, both myself as well as the Dr. could not find a pain management specialist and I was told she would cancel the surgery because of it. When trying to call for a referral to a pain management specialist, the Dr. did not call me back until a week later, ever after multiple voicemails I left.I was told by the Dr. herself that I was unable to be put on CPAP without having this surgery as CPAP would not work due to the deviated septum. This Dr. found every excuse she could to avoid doing the surgey even after she is the one who said I had to have the surgey done and I even told her that pain management was MY choice, not hers.

I love everyone at Comprehensive ENT. The people at the front counter are so sweet and always friendly. I went in with chronic tonsillitis and sleep issues.I saw Dr. Taylor because I was referred to him from Peak Family Medicine. Im so so so happy they referred him to me!! They got me in very quick and treated me like family.Dr. Taylor and his assistant took their time to explain everything that I had been experiencing. I was very nervous but they made me feel so comfortable and safe.It turned out that surgery was probably going to be the best route for me. However I didnt want to jump to that first hand. So Dr. Taylor recommended I try some nasal sprays first and come back in a month. I did and there was almost no improvement and I was still having issues. At that point I knew I had to have Dr. Taylor perform the surgery on me.My mom came with me to that second appointment and Dr. Taylor and his assistant were so very patient with my mom and me due to the fact that my mom and I had so many questions about the surgery. He explained the tonsillectomy, the removal of the adenoids and fixing my septum. It turned out I had a deviated septum and almost size 4 tonsils. No wonder I was having so many issues and never feeling good!I couldnt have the surgery done for another almost 2 months after that appointment. Everyone at the office was so patient with answering my questions, addressing my concerns and explaining possible payment plans. However we did have to reschedule my surgery because I was not thorough with reading the packets (Dr. Taylor made it clear to me and my mom that was need to read the packets so it was my fault) READ.THE.PACKETS.THOROUGHLY. AND. READ. THEM. TWICE. !! I was so embarrassed but Dr. Taylor and his assistant said it wasnt worth the risk of my life performing the surgery at the original time. So instead we rescheduled for one week later. They are so genuine!I was very nervous the day of my surgery. Everyone at the surgery center and Dr. Taylors team made me feel so comfortable. I barely remember anything from that day! I just remember feeling safe, comfortable and knowing I was in the safest hands ever. (my best friend had almost the exact identical surgery performed from Dr. Taylor and only had good things to say so that helped even more!)Apparently I was an enthusiastic talker after my surgery and Dr. Taylor and his team said it was a blast! I cant even imagine what I was like but they took very good of me and talked with my family about recovery and was very thorough about going over details to keep me safe. That first week of recovery was manageable. I was very excited and eager to see Dr. Taylor that following Friday to get the tissue pulled out of my nose. That day off I was feeling very miserable. But seeing him and his team cheered me up and he was able to get me feeling better. He was patient with me when pulling the tissues out. ( I was being a pretty big baby about it HAHA) But everything I was feeling and experiencing was stuff that Dr. Taylor explained to me prior to the surgery. So there were NO surprises. He hit it right on the head.He said that second week would be the most miserable and BOY WAS HE RIGHT! But he gave me recommendations to help me feel more comfortable and at ease. He was there by my side through the entire pre op, surgery and post op. He such a great guy! And his team is just absolutely the best!Comprehensive Ent and Dr. Taylor changed my life. Who knew such a common procedure could change me! But I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY doubt that if I had this procedure done by anyone else it would not have been successful and life changing! My depression as eased off, I am sleeping so much better and so far no illness! I owe Dr. Taylor and his team so much. This was the best thing I could have done and Im so happy I went to Dr. Taylor. If you are unsure about anything just go see him. Just do it. You will not regret it.THANK YOU SO MUCH DR. TAYLOR AND EVERYONE AT COMPREHENSIVE ENT!!!!!!!!!Love,Crystal Marie Burns
