If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Awful communication, no privacy with HR or the GM, extremely disorganized. GM shows no respect and does not value employees time outside of work. Constantly belittling former employees in front of current employees and always makes comments about his plans being cancelled due to work issues, so you should cancel yours too (Misery loves company). Thermon bought out CCI and totally burned it and the stafff to the ground. Do NOT work here!
