I’m a house plant hobbyist and Grow it big is my go-to for anything plant related. The “build a soil” has been great for my houseplants and I love that it’s organic and locally sourced! The employees are kind and helpful and don’t try to upsell you on things you don’t need.

Went to buy some soil as they used to sell a decent selection only to find they stopped selling anything I would know and only carry generic soil that you have to modify for it to be useful. To top it off the kid at the counter was staring at his phone the whole time and never gave any useful information on their new generic soil. He seemed bothered that someone would even walk in. Well dont worry, never again. Plenty of other shops I can go to...

Absolute fake hydro store. Its like a front for tax purposes. They have nothing on the shelves. If they do, its like 4times the price. Totally waste of time.

Very neat lil shop. Was in visiting a local from Oklahoma.Came in to grab some soil n accessories.The guy helping us was very courteous and supportive.Gave a great recipe for our friends lil start up grow.Appreciate the advice and courtesy.We will be back.

This place is awesome. I’ve been going here for a while now and every time I go I get great service and a lot of good information. They also have a great selection of products, I highly recommend.

Excellent service, very knowledgeable, and very competitive prices. I had put together an Amazon order for hydroponic supplies to get started doing this as a hobby. I had some questions that couldn’t be answered by Amazon. I googled hydronic suppliers near me and it turns out that Grow It Big was 3 miles from my house. I stopped in the store to get answers to my questions. I met Josh, the owner, who introduced me to Derek his employee. Between them they answered every question I had and gave me some very helpful suggestions. By the time I left the store I had spent $140.00 which was cheaper than Amazon’s price. I went home, got started and realized I needed additional items. Back to the store I went and bought more.I was able to bring home my supplies immediately, saved money vs Amazon and received excellent advice on how to get started in a new hobby.I now have new friends in the same hobby who are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly, I am supporting a locally owned business.

This is a hydro shop you can count on. Nick and serge provide great customer service at competitive prices. They have helped me many times with all sorts of questions across the spectrum. They are very knowledgeable and dont mind taking the time to help you. The is location is easy to get to and there is always parking.

Overpriced, I would either order online or go to an other hydro stores they are wayy cheaper.but this located is ridiculous with their price what they charge 60+ dollars here other stores charge like 20. That is not exaggerated either, they wanted around 60 plus for some nutrients, the EXACT same products on amazon was 25 and it was 20 at another hydro store. same with ph up/down, light clips here are like 15 or 30, while same brand is 5 dollars at other stores. I wanted to buy some hand trimmers and the kid working there was way more interested in his phone. He didnt know the prices and acted like I was bothering him. I would never go back or recommend.

They charge x2-x4 times for consumer products and many times they have to order them. I can order them for a fraction of the price and they will come to my door step.Unless you want to buy stuff anonymously or have questions you need answered they do not offer much other then over priced consumer grow equipment.

Serge, Cheyne, and Nick have helped me so many times and I have never been let down. They have great prices and even match prices from around town if you bring in a receipt. Plus they are the only grow store near the south side of town. They have so many different options and even if what you need is not in stock they can get it within a few days. You will regret not stopping by
