Terrible choices, terrible customer service, and the owners are not for the community. All they care about is money. Dont ever shop at this liquor store. There are far more better liquor stores with better customer service than this place.

Fun if you like being exposed to covid never going back, making customers remove their masks is unacceptable.Not only that the owner doesnt know how to wear a mask properly it covers your nose,and keeps pulling it down but yet you expect me to remove my mask after I handed you my I.D. with out you asking for it. Again dont go there if youre worried about Covid 19 owner dosent care.

For the last three years I’ve been going to a liquor store near my home. Decided to try something different and came into this establishment. First time I was there everything went great, super clean, great atmosphere, very friendly employees. Purchased a bottle of wine and when I got home noticed the top of the cork was moist with a red tint on top and once I opened the bottle the wine smelled pretty funky. I called and got the general manager Dan and he said he was so sorry and definitely bring it back and he would give me a refund or exchange for the same wine. Great customer service! He said to come in the following night and he would be there and take care of me. I came back around 7:30 PM that following night and the gentleman (not Dan) behind the register was very rude, combative and said he was going to call the police on me. I’m sure this young man has something going on in his mind but to treat a customer that way Is extremely rude and inappropriate. That young gentleman needs customer service training or perhaps he was just having a bad evening but it created a really bad taste in my mouth. Not sure if I will go back to this establishment.

Wont come here again. The guy working today had some sour attitude. Overall boring over-priced selection anyway.

Went there today had My motorcycle helmet on and old guy refused to serve me until I took it off. I have been there so many time this is ridiculous. Almost every one there knows my name. Not happy. Might go somewhere else.

Great prices and selection. Everyone is always friendly and courteous when Im there. Dustin is especially helpful and very knowledgeable about beers. He gave us some great recommendations and am looking forward to going back.

Beware of this place. The guy that works during the day is rude and wants you in and out and doesn’t want to be bothered. He needs to go work at a place where people are not involved. He told a customer today, you’ve already been here this week, you can’t come back till next week! What kind of business is this??? I’ll go out of my way to go somewhere else from now on.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Not sure if its the manager or the owner, but he will walk around with you answering questions and will make great suggestions based on your preferences/tastes. This is the only liquor store I go to in this area because of the staff. Prices are competitive to other liquor stores.

One of the best liquor stores I have ever been to,owners Elvedin and Pual give great customer service answering any questions you may have. the store has free weekly tastings on all kinds of their products, they have a point system too! every dollar you spend adds to a point system, after you reach 500 point you get a 20$ credit! come on man why would you not want to go there! super friendly, great prices and credit points. tell them the sandman sent you, highly recommend

This is the cleanest, friendliest neighborhood liquor store Ive ever been to. I will never go anyplace else. The staff is knowledgeable and eager to help. I drive past three stores to spend my hard earned money at Village West Liquors.

Paul gives the best customer service EVER and hes just a nice guy! Otherwise I only go there because its convenient.

These guys are awesome. Great selection and constantly bringing new stuff to try out as well. This is the best liquor store in the area by far in my opinion. If you are in this area you should stop in, if you are into good whiskey? You simple HAVE To. THe entire crew are fantastic, as is the owner, and they really know how to recommend good new stuff to try as well. Elvedin (probably spelled that wrong) and Paul are really knowledgeable and always quick to point out different things to try, and havent steered me wrong yet. 5/5.

The staff act like true beer masters with helpful suggestions on beer, wine and liquor decisions. Theyve also been nothing but respectful, patient and incredibly awesome. Also, Im a bit of a beer snob and their constantly updating selections keep me a happy beer snob.

Very poor customer service. After perusing the craft beers when on the phone (for no more than 10 minutes), I was approached by an employee asking if I was going to buy something or just keep snooping. Not sure on the rush to get me to buy, its not the restaurant business where my table is preventing others from buying meals. Needless to say they lost my business and any in the future.
