I got my RS5 back today after having the mid muffler and resonator removed then replaced with an X-pipe. It sounds absolutely amazing and makes the car that much more enjoyable to drive. Great work!

I couldnt be happier! Hank and his team built a custom muffler and 3 stainless steel exhaust for our 2016 VW Beetle Dune. There are no production exhaust kits for this car in 3 and no production mufflers that fit properly. They fabricated everything for it in house and it sounds amazing! Hank and company are very easy to work with and produce great results!

Order catback for my 968 at first everything seemed OK. Nice email quick response then nothing. Canceled order no response oh well

Prices are high but you are definitely paying for quality over quantity. Hank and his team do really good work and have been very friendly every time I’ve stopped by. They’re very fast and make sure you are satisfied with the end result. I wouldn’t have exhaust work done anywhere else.

Does not return phone calls or emails. Placed order 10 weeks ago and no response.

Spent 3500 for exhaust work that should have cost 1/3 of that. He did poor work and damaged other parts on the car during installation. The worst part is I have a huge exhaust leak and Hank lacks the character to call me back to fix the issue.

I purchased a roll cage to be fabricated from Hanksville. I have called, left messages, sent emails with none returned. The cage is way overdue with no return calls or emails. Now, only left to dispute the charge to my credit card company. Do not send this guy any money unless you got the product in hand.

Hank the owner works the phones so you’ll likely talk to him directly. Hank is very nice and easy to work with, very good with follow up on questions and also with appointment times/confirmation. I got exhaust work done on my Cayenne Turbo S, he explained exactly what was being done and how they were made. They made the parts in-house using a mandrel bending machine and welds are gorgeous!Great professional custom shop. Even better if you’re local!! Quality and professionalism are what you will find here!

Placed an order for a floor pan in early November. I talked with them a week later when they said they had a problem with a CNC machine that would be fixed right away. Its now been 10 weeks since Ive heard anything. They wont answer their phone; wont return phone messages; refuse to return emails and are ignoring mediation attempts through PayPal. Come on, guys. Youre better than this....or maybe youre not?EDIT: After a second escalation through PayPal, my purchase was refunded. But still, never an email or any communication from the company. Youll never see my business again with poor communication like that.

Does anyone know how to get a hold of this guy? Calls, emails, and linkedin all to no avail. No response to my order, will have to dispute with credit card.

I was charged 1500 bucks to bend 2 bars and reweld them. He had my car three weeks for a six hour job. I asked him to find me headers for my vehicle assuming that he has more knowledge than I did when fitting headers to a vehicle .... he then proceeded to have me order a pair of headers just to tell me that I needed four thousand dollars worth of modifications on the headers. Waste of my time and money. If you’re a rich man, this shop is for you.

After checking with 3 other Custom exhaust builders I chose Hanks shop. His website was full of pictures of custom exhausts with a tight fit and well done. Hank talked about the Mandrel he would use to bend the pipes and make a nice fit. My exhaust system built by Hank was a substandard mess. The turbo down pipe flange was warped and leaking exhaust. I could slide a feeler gauge between the turbo flange and through the center of the exhaust pipe. Two of the turbo down pipe fastener nuts were tighted on top of the exhaust flange weld beads. The midpipe fit was sloppy under the frame, hanging an inch and half lower than it should have. Finally, the rear axle would hit the exhaust pipe during full travel.There were too many fabrication blunders to allow Hank to correct them. After interviewing several Custom exhaust builders again, I found a shop in Colorado Springs. They had to gut this mess of an exhaust system from Hanksville Hot Rods and rebuild. Their system is a high quality build, tucked tight under the car. The down pipe from the turbo, professionally built, no leaks and fastener nuts torqued flat against the mounting flange. Now the over the rear axle exhaust pipe clears the moving suspension by two more inches and cant even touch it. The total bill was $1,100 dollars less than Hank charged.When I found the fabrication problems, I asked Hank where the one (only) fabrication employee was that I thought would build my exhaust. Hank said he was no longer working at his shop. This left Hank and an assistant employee to build my exhaust. When my car was at Hanksville Hot Rods there were no costom fabricators working at his business and it shows. Its clear that Hank himself it not qualified or capable to build costom exhaust systems. His business must have to rely on hired talent to fabricate the products he sells. If the talent isnt working for him, watch out and buyer beware.

If you need it, they got it. And they actually know their stuff.

Tripled his bid after 3 weeks. We had to pu car and take elsewhere. Manipulator and slow. Went racing and let our car sit for 2 weeks.
