I was impressed by the staffs knowledge. I had gotten a prescription for shoes from my podiatrist. When I went in I was pleasantly surprised as the associate helping me explained the benefits of the shoe prescribed which then made sense why my doc wanted me in them. She scanned my feet and also watched me walk around the store to make sure they fit properly. I felt taken care of! It was definitely a cool experience. Plus the shoes have been comfy and I feel better in them!

I will continue to shop at New Balance for my athletic shoes. I love the fact they are USA made. I can always find a good fit. Nick waited on me and knows how to fit shoes. Erin Brouillette at Aspen Grove was the person who took care of me. She was very professional, pleasant, and delightful to work with in selecting a new pair of walking shoes for me. Also, she showed patience during sizing and fitting since I had inserts to accommodate and was using a cane. I enjoyed chatting with her about one of our, in common, passions and that is travel. Overall, my experience was great!

I had a great experience earlier today with an employee named Davis. He was able to answer all sorts of questions I had about my unique situation regarding injuries to my feet in the past. I didnt walk out of there any shoes because Im still shopping but he was very attentive to my questions and provided overall excellent service.

Tried to return something I purchased at another new balance store, but this one is way closer. Even though new balance return policy states “orders may be returned at any New Balance store or New Balance Factory store within 45 days of the date your purchase was made”, but for some reason this store doesn’t count. Shouldn’t even show up on google if the store doesn’t have full new balance store capabilities.

I walked in hoping to get the same style of shoes I had previously purchased. They had them, in my size, and I was quickly out the door with those shoes on my feet. They were very knowledgeable and easily answered a few questions I had then sent me in my way with a bottle of water in hand. Easiest shopping experience ever!

The sales staff at New Balance always take time for each customer to understand individual needs. They are polite, helpful and courteous every time I shop at the Aspen Grove store.

Great service and product knowledge. This store may be 10 miles from my home, but its well worth it.

Ordered and paid online. Specifically ordered from the local store rather than the corporate website to support the local store. Still encountered a significant wait when I went to pick up the shoes. I understand that the staff pays attention to existing customers first, but this care generally seems to take ~20 minutes per customer. I suggest that paid pick-up orders be put on the shelf behind the counter with the name taped to the top so that the staff can quickly address those pick-up orders without unduly interrupting the active ones in the store. At this point I am likely to just order from the corporate website, since I know what I want to buy, and going into that store always involves and enormous amount of time waiting for service.

The store was clean and our salesperson Davis was very kind and knowledgeable. He took the time to consider all of my shoe concerns and was very helpful in selecting the right shoe and fit. I will definitely return and ask for Daviss help again.

Went to New Balance in Aspen Grove and Erin assisted me in trying on shoes. She was knowledgeable and encouraged me to wear one style on one foot and another style on my other foot to assist me in determining my comfort zone. The ordeal of buying new tennis shoes became a fun experience.

Friendly, helpful, efficient, clean. They were busy but were still very helpful, very positive. I tell all my friends to go to this location because of the well trained, helpful, courteous staff. They bend over backwards to help, they dont pressure me into buying extras or items I dont need. I love this store and the people working there are awesome.

Long wait, inadequate selection and the customer service with our sales person was subpar. But the store was clean and the employees wore their masks and had sanitizer avaliable.

The store is located at Aspen Grove Shopping Center and offers plenty of free parking and a great selection of stores. The NB staff are friendly, very knowledgeable and provide a full product selection with hands on advice and fitting. Great experience.

My salesman (Littleton, CO) was polite but he was VERY green. Better training needed. Store did not have my size in stock--I bought a size with less width and will probably swap them out when the wider ones come in from Tulsa in 7-10 days. I wanted to purchase them 7/6/2021 so my purchase helped with your USO donation as its an organization near to my heart. I have a son in active duty Army service now, and I had an aunt who toured with Jack Benny and the USO in the Pacific Theatre during WWII. Not only did my salesman not know of the 4th of July 2021 weekend New Balance donation of 5% of sales to the USO, he did not know what the USO even was.

I havent had this type of service since the early 1970s... Nic took the time to explain to us the type of shoes that we were interested in. He also took a scan of my feet to show me the differences and was very knowledgeable & helpful.We ended up ordering a pair and I had the pleasure of having him help me again when I came in to pick them up.Great service & Nic is an exemplary representative for New Balance!

It seems that New Balance is our go-to store for shoes to fit my husband;s unique foot issues. He wears an AFO and finding shoes that fit comfortably is difficult. NB has the shoes he needs. And, with three visits in the past few months (2 were purchases and1 was browsing) all your staff are kind, considerate and take the time to find a shoe that works. That is such a treat!I do wish NB Corporate would make mens dress shoes - or something at least a bit more dressy than the sneaker sort of shoe.

This store is totally a fail or totally a hit depending on the attitude of the day. The mantis a fail every day the the help reflects that attitude if the manager.Yesterday my wife and I went in fir 2 pair of shoes each...... they sent out an anniversary Sale email ! When asking the sales gal about the sale she questioned us 4 ways from Sunday explaining she had no idea ........ as I show her the email she replies “oh you dud say that email “They are out of stock on everything!We will buy in Scottsdale at the store there .Good riddance aspen grove store!!

Sales clerk was knowledgeable and helpful. A bad taste was left after I walked through the door without my mask and was asked if I had one. The sign outside clearly said masks were recommended (which implied not required) An awkward conversation ensued over mask wearing which was unnessisary in my view. I am happy to comply, but would recommend to management that they clarify their signage to be clear that there desire is not to leave mask wearing up to their clients judgement.

I have only shopped at the New Balance store a few times but each time it was well worth the long drive (for me.) This most recent time, I was helped by an extremely knowledge young woman who treated me and my problem feet with great sensitivity and care with an emphasis on finding shoes that not only fit but made my feet feel good. They looked nice too. I left the store with two happy feet.

This was my first time visiting this store. I felt welcomed and the staff was ready to give me their undivided attention. The choices were limited for my very wide, small foot; however, effort was taken to locate my size from another store. Hopefully something will be found.

I went to the store to purchase some shorts. I was welcomed by Ann, one of the sales people. She was very polite and helpful. I had received a $25 gift card which I had tried to use on-line. I kept finding the message that this was an invalid number. Ann informed me that the card had been issued by this store and it could be only used at this store. I suggest that in the future when such a card is issued that a note to the receiver indicate that this card must be used at the store that issued it. This could save a lot of frustration.

The store is clean and well kept. The staff on duty was awesome and very helpful. The selection was great although I knew exactly what I wanted, and no they are not the BBQ dad specials in classic white lol 😆. This store is a gem and I cant say enough how helpful and friendly the staff was.

I had a wonderful experience at New Balance Littleton. I met with Nic Shelton who was very knowledgeable and helpful. I started exercising about 9 months ago and still have a lot of weight to lose. My doctor recommended I adding some light running to my routine. I was a bit apprehensive thinking that an NB store would be full of super athletes and that I would stand out being the fat one in the store. Nic made me feel very welcome and encouraged me on my journey. I am glad I went in rather than ordering online. My feet were measured on a 3-D scanning device and the stress on my feet was evaluated while I walked over a recording pad. After seeing the results, Nic recommended 3 different pairs of shoes. He was very patient and had me try on and walk around in each pair. I then chose the pair that felt best for me. I havent had this kind of customer service in years! I was met by a very respectful and competent young man who helped me find what I needed. He explained what he suggested at each step thoroughly. I was very pleased.

The person who helped me was very knowledgeable about feet and about New Balance products to help people like me who have foot problems. He scanned my feet and used the results to explain how my feet have changed and what to do about it. I bought new shoes and supports. Within just a few minutes my foot pain was gone. Since then I have worn my new shoes with EXCELLENT results. Soon, I plan to return to the store with my wife so she can undergo the same scan and find the correct shoes and support for her situation. Ryan is the man who helped me and I recommend him highly to any customer!

I was having horrible difficulty finding shoes that didn’t hurt my feet because of a bunion. Nick was so knowledgeable and patient. He answered my question thoroughly and found a pair of shoes that didn’t hurt my feet!

I needed to get a new pair of shoes and this store did a phenomenal job. Their associate Kaitlyn did a great job helping me pick out shoes. She was super knowledgeable, and friendly. The cashier (whos name I forgot to ask for) was also friendly and quick. Most importantly, the shoes are super comfortable and fit perfect.

Went to this store three times just to buy a pair of shoes...and then return them. Erin was so great and accommodating in helping me find shoes that since New Balance stopped making my favorite shoes. However, they didn’t have the shoes I wanted in my size, so Erin said they’d order them. The following day I got a call saying my shoes were in. “Great!” I went to pick them up and realized they were the wrong size. Instead of just fixing the problem and admitting a simple mistake, I was told twice “Well that’s the size that was written on the order card”. Ok...well it’s not the size I ordered. So then I ordered the correct size and had them shipped to my house (from another store) to avoid a third trip to the store. I got the shoes 2 days later and after wearing them in my house for a few minutes, realized they were certainly NOT a low heel-toe drop shoe. Upon returning them to the store, the gentleman said “we can give you store credit for these since they’re worn”. Jesus Christ. They were never worn outside by me and I also noticed the soles were dirty when I first took them out of the box. Luckily, I got my money back, and due to the poor customer service, I will never be returning. Went to Runner’s Roost where the staff is actually knowledgeable about shoes and got a great pair.

We went in to purchase our daughter some shoes for her new orthotics and AFOs and ended up purchasing shoes for all 3 of us. Our associate Erin was so helpful and knowledgeable and we ended up with shoes that will be supportive and comfortable for all of us!

It was so easy. I wanted the same kind of shoe I had before. Turns out New Balance still makes them. The salesperson got my size, preferred color, and came back with the shoes. I tried them on, walked around a little, they fit fine and looked great. So I kept wearing them, he packed up my old shoes, we paid and were done. In and out in about 7 minutes.

The young man who waited on me was patient, courteous, and knowledgeable. I came away with shoes and orthotics that are very comfortable.

My husband and I had a great experience at the store yesterday. We have been wearing New Balances for 15 years and recently moved to Colorado. The service in the store was excellent and we were able to find the best shoes for our feet/walking style. Even if you have a model you love and wear all the time, it’s helpful to try new things and get great recommendations by the staff.

Amazing experience! My husband and I just purchased a few pairs of shoes here. Rob G was amazing in educating us about how the right shoe and the right fit as well as the right insole helps with the healing and preventing of injuries. He took the time to find each of us the right shoe and right insoles. We never felt rush even though there were other people who were waiting... Expensive mesh-sided walkers failed in 3 months due to bunions. NB replaced them with a wider shoe that they reinforced for me. Excellent sales person. Very knowledgeable about foot deformities that need to be accommodated. I’m very pleased.

They were so helpful in having me try on different styles that each offered different cushioning. We even changed my shoe size to see which seemed to fit better even after measuring my foot to begin with. I highly recommend this New Balance store.

I love the NB store for 2 reasons. 1 - The selection of shoes. Especially the selection for non standard sizes. I take a very wide shoe, and I can always find a shoe to fit there. 2 - The staff go out of their way to ask questions and lead you to the shoe that is correct for you overall. Great selection.
