I own a newer Alpha Romeo that needs servicing, so when I called my local dealership for service in Livermore, I get literally NOTHING. Just last week, I called multiple times during a 2 day period. Nobody ever answers the phone, at all. I left multiple voicemail/messages with the service department and not a single call back.I then filled out the online contact request. Still nothing. How is this business still operating? So whos to blame? The owner of the dealership needs to clean house and hire a staff that will provide Alpha owners with the service they deserve. If youre planning on purchasing an Alpha Romeo from these guys, think twice. You wont get the treatment youre expecting from owning an expensive car. Ultimately, youll need to drive an hour away to a reputable dealership for repairs, which is very dissatisfying to say the least.
Just the... Worst... I mean Worst service... Unbelievably bad. No one answers the phone, no one calls you back. You will not get your car back on time.. I dont mean its late by a hour or two. I mean days! The car will stay at the dealership and you will have a extremely difficult time getting your car back. They tell you the car is ready, you show up, its not ready.. finally had to get them to deliver the car the next day...To make it worse, you get the car back after almost 10days at the dealership for something that should at most take 2-3 days, and it still has the same issues you dropped off the car for...Considering its a Luxury brand, the best they can offer is 30$ a day rental car...Seriously, avoid this place like the plague. Its bad. like really bad..
Great experience with Livermore Alfa Romeo! They both took great care of myself and my Family and ensure we got everythig we needed before we left. Thank you Livermore Alfa Romeo. We will be back!
If your looking for the worst service possible make sure you visit this place it never seems to fail me. From the moment you park your car youll feel neglected. Youll have bunch of employees walk by you but theyll all avoid eye contact to try to avoid helping you. After you grab someones attention after a while theyll finally notice you are there and assist you. Getting your car back is a whole nother challenge btw. Good luck seeing your car anytime soon. If you want to test your patience make sure you visit this place
I purchased a 2020 Stelvio from that dealership in June, the customer service was mediocre at best. It was late and i did not do a great walk around. Next day I noticed the paint peeling off the wheels, this took about three months to resolve after reporting to the regional manager. About three weeks ago while inspecting the engine compartment I noticed the engine cover is missing, i called Alpha Romeo to see about getting a replacement. I was told that Livermore will get in touch with me about that. I called Alpha customer service today since I havent heard from Livermore to find out my claim was rejected. There was supposedly an inspection done that showed all parts were installed, the same vehicle that had four wheels with paint peeling and unpainted surfaces. I regret giving them any business.
Highly recommended, we bought a Giulia Sport just when the new dealership was getting started (Jan. 2019). Ryan and Pat helped us find the right version of the Giulia for us, they were very enthusiastic about Alfa Romeo, and easy to deal with. Basically we were just browsing for a car, my very old Saab was about to give up; driving the Giulia convinced us and we went for it. Many people ask about the car, it feels fast and agile, but sophisticated at the same time.Later when a small problem occurred (only a failed LED, no big concern), Ryan helped us take care of it efficiently through the new service department.
Great experience took in my Giulia for a few repairs and warranty work tony took care of my car and got it done it took alittle long but with the pandemic going on even i experience delays in my line of work got it back and it’s all dialed in sunroof working new infotainment screen spark plugs great experience. Defitnely coming back when I’m ready to trade in my Giulia and get a stelvio. Keep up the good work tony and everyone at Livermore Maserati Alfa Romeo. 👍🏼
I got an Alfa Romeo Guilia on 22nd Feb and Ryan helped me get the car as per my needs like the color, interior, caliper color etc.. It was very quick and he is really good. I had to go multiple times as there was issues with the paperwork but they compensated it with the miles. He needs support from the other departments in the showroom or Alfa Romeo should work on their inventory of parts. The negative side is that they donot have parts and I am still waiting for my All weather Alfa Romeo Guilia mats and Cargo net. Been more than a month. Thats surprising. Didnt expect this. The Cilajet is just a flavor and eye wash. For ex: It looked really nice and my car looked at its best initially but with one grizzle, rain marks/water still remains. Which was not what was told to me.
Just leased a 2019 Alfa Romeo Guilia Sport RWD today. The service was awesome -- Ryan and Cameron were a pleasure to work with. I got a great deal on a fantastic car. The paperwork went smoothly and quickly. Could not have gone better. Great experience. I would strongly recommend them.
My first and probably last visit to this dealership was handled rather poorly.I had made arrangements with one of the inventory specialists, named Daniel who assured me via email and text that he would be available to test drive an Alfa Stelvio, then went ahead and made an appointment with a time and date.Upon my arrival (mind you, I just had turned in my previous lease so I had a friend drive me there from San Jose out of his time) the specialist said there were no Stelvios to be test driven, or pretty much any Alfa.He came up with some made up excuse that they were probably all sold out (which I find hard to believe) but what I do not understand is why did he waste my time, and that of my friend for a car which clearly did not exist or was no longer available?Again, before I showed up there was some email/text exchange to make an appointment a few days prior for that day to ensure the car I was interested was still available.I was not being picky -- I even asked him if ANY Stelvio could be test driven.Needless to say i went ahead and purchased another brand somewhere else.
The worst customer service ever......I called in at 10am on Sunday to make sure that they would have the 2019 Maserati Ghibli in stock and I was told that it was in stock. My wife and I drive for an hour and half to Livermore just to let us know that the car was trade (apparently). First, they tell us oh, all the Maserati workers called in sick today then we cannot show you the car because we got locked out of the dealership and then i can show you another car that drives the same. We were ready to purchase the car but they messed up.
Roger was great and even with a 90k service I was done by 10:45am. Livermore Ford has always done a great job taking care of my vehicle servicing.
Great hands off experience. They let us come drive a AR Stelvio with no sales pressure tactics. Answered questions and let us have the experience with the vehicle we wanted.
Great experience with their service department.
Too bad I cant put one zero, terrible service, I had to run from them. Great service in Alfa Romeo Berkeley.
This place fixed my Alfa when Walnut Creek Alfa didnt seem to want to solve the problem. Great customer service.
Bobby took care of an issue with my car at no time.
