Stopped to grab a few essentials after a visit to the bay for fleet week and the blue Angels. Easily found what I wanted in stock, for the most part. Was rather disappointed when I went to grab a half gallon of milk and the expiry dates ranged from today, to upwards of five days back (date of visit 10/10, and there were many half gallons dated best by 10/06)Went and notified customer service and truly hope they take care of the issue, and that people check their best by dates carefully.

I shop here all the time; it is clean and as well-stocked as can be during this problematic time. Staff members have always been pleasant and polite.

I went to Target today to get myself a whole new blanket set that I adore! Upon checking out I seen a cashier being absolutely disrespected by a customer and this girl handled it like a champ. Wendy took a deep breath helped the customer and turned to me after with a smile like nothing happened. She is an absolute professional! People in service and retail too often get disrespected by customers and the way this girl handled it was awesome. She deserves a high five, a raise, and an extra thank you. Wendy is such a ray of sunshine and I just wanted tobgive her the shout out that she deserves!

Everyone in the store is complete and utterly rude. No one was helpful, I was accused of trying to steal something by a management member all because I put my purse in the cart. When I explained what was going on and employee tried to say that she watched me steal something. When I asked him to pull cameras they refused. It was overall a horrible experience.

Did not have a good experience the security guard stood by the entrance with a scowl on his face eyeing every person that entered. He did not say good morning or welcome instead looked like a police officer trying to find crooks. I was so put off by his mean demeanor that I only purchased the one item I needed and went to Walmart for my remaining items. Even while I was at self checkout he was staring at me making me uncomfortable and completely unprofessional. I have no doubt he will have some type of confrontation with a customer today he looked very mean.

I found my ice maker there I had been looking for a frigidaire ice maker got last one also great towels and matching bathroom rug set and a wonderful chenille top comforter for my bed prices great! Got veggies and fruit too fresh and great produce! Oh the cutest retro sheik furniture I have to go back and get!

They encourage you to use the drive up but make it very difficult to access on line. We have ordered many times on line for pickup but cannot figure out a way to order for drive up. Tried to call the store to ask for assistance in doing this and no one answers their customer service line. Called twice, rang for two and a half minutes, then they disconnect you. Very frustrating. And the car pick-up service is not pleasant, they DO NOT take the time to notify the application that they do not have the product, it was in Livermore Ca. & they didn’t notify me until the next day it was out of stock.

Target has most of the items I need at reasonable prices. Name brands and their own brands, which are of equal quality to the name brands. They carry most of the groceries I need on a regular basis, and generally at better prices than Safeway. My particular target store has also been very diligent about sanitizing the carts and checkout stands during the pandemic. Its always clean and the aisles and display racks are well spaced so you can maneuver through the store, well.I shop at Target probably 3 or so times a week and I always have a good experience. I also use my red card and save 5% on every trip. I highly recommend shopping at Target.

First you had everything I needed and it was so neat in the store it made shopping pleasurable! And my most favorite reason is my gal at the cash register....she was outstanding! She was so pleasant and helpful. I had purchased a lot of the same items for my gift giving. Many times (at any store) cashiers get mixed up and I end up paying for more or feeling guilty for being under charged. She was so perfect. She took her time and was aware of my concern and took extra care. Kudos to her and your management team for training and hiring such a gem.

I love this Target location - and right now in the pandemic, its the only place I really feel comfortable shopping. Its super clean and everyone is efficient. It takes no time to get in, get what I need, and get out.

Out of ice, out of milk, open boxes of Kind bars, no towels in restroom. $80 billion in revenue and they cant keep a store clean, stocked, and organized. For shame.

I really like Target, but this location and on a single trip has me disappointed. I was charged twice for an item (cheese slices $3.99). I also bought a swifter wet jet. It was supposed to come with an extra set of swifter pads...those were missing. Not happy that I’ve paid for things that I didn’t get and because I’m limiting outside exposure have decided not to argue about it.

Cashiers are rude and slow. They look like they hate working here.

This location often rings up items at a different price than advertised on the shelf. Though they gladly make a price correction when you point it out, what a hassle. Pay attention at the register. Happened again today a week after this review. I don’t think I will shop this location anymore.

This store is SO POORLY MANAGED. There is consistently expired food and diary products on the shelf, and they are regularly out of stock of staples like milk, bread and eggs.

This is the best target I have been to!! Sales are on point! Tagging for sale prices are actually correct and everything is in its correct place so that I can actually know the price of something without having to go track down a red shirt or a price check station... Oh and here theres always a red shirt employee easy to find and all are very helpful and nice. High energy and I will most definitely be going here again! The lines do get long here since it is target but they move fast since the cashiers know what they are doing and know the sale items etc. :) plus my daughter loves this target only because they are nice to her other targets not so friendly... Will be going here instead of Safeway plus its cheaper here too

One of the most racist weird target locations Ive ever experienced as a vender. Ive been in this location multiple times as a customer and as a vendor they have gone as far as racially profiling me as a customer calling for all security cameras to watch me as I shop around. They are disrespectful and rude to most of their vendors

I love this target but let’s just say I would rather pee myself in one of their isles then use their bathrooms. They’re so unsanitary.

Waiting 20 minutes for my order and finally had to give them a call, after the call I waited another 15 minutes for them to come out finally. In total waiting 35 minutes when they said they were coming out. I would have came inside but had two sleeping babies in the car.

Worst customer service, I was harassed and followed by one of you staff members and made me feel unwelcome. The cashier behavior was rude and it seems more of your staff are a bunch of racist children.

This target is open late and generally clean and well organized. It has a starbucks inside so I can get my fix and stay awake while shopping. Also I feel very secure with the row of huge red concrete balls protecting the front of the store from...i dunno...terrorists?

Lack of customer service!!!! Every single time I go to target customer service is a huge problem. From having to listen to the customer service person whine about having to do his job the entire time he slowly does his job for me being overcharged on 5 different items in 1 trip to today where for the 3rd time a new big movie releases and is in your add but no one bothers to stock the shelves or puts the movie out!!! DONT ADVERTISE IT IF YOU ARENT GOING TO BOTHER PUTTING IT OUT TO BUY!!!!!

Clean store, good inventory, friendly staff. I also stop many times in the early morning to get a Starbucks before work. The ladies at Starbucks are always very nice and friendly.

Big store, varied merch, clothes to furniture to office, and cooking, has groceries.

We love Target. Great shopping experience and groceries too. Special shout out to Mike at the Pharmacy; the team there does a great job! Grab a frapuccino and a shopping cart and enjoy.

This Target is clean, bright, and staffed with friendly, great people.

Good customer service, clean store, friendly staff. The shelves are always nicely stocked and not picked apart like some of the other neighboring Targets in the Tri-Valley. The parking at Livermore Target is never an issue either.

Its a Target. Floor staff is very helpful and friendly. Upper/middle management can be a little too power trippy. They need to treat regular team members better, like human people with human people needs, for example.

Friendly staff here but always seems like they need to have more people running checkout. Thats a problem if buying a lot of stuff but can be avoided, somewhat, if small number of items and able to use the self checkout.The store is nice and clean and easy to maneuver with the normal large Target selection.

The service I received from Sabrina was nothing short of amazing! What is a lost art today when it comes to customer service, its refreshing to know that there are people like Sabrina that are keeping customer service alive.

This time, I needed a restroom!

Over the Labor Day weekend while in Livermore I dropped by the local Target on first street to pick up a few things for a pool party I was attending. While shopping inside I was clearly being followed by their “undercover” security team which by the way was so obvious by the way they were following me around. Mind you I’m in a pair of swim shorts and a tank which and the temperature in Livermore was in the 90’s. Doing absolutely nothing out of the ordinary other than shopping around. I was with a friend of mine since she needed to pick up a few things too for her kids. Once we found everything that we needed, we both headed to the cash registers to pay for our items. My friend pays for her items first since she only has a few things and I had a bunch of stuff. This kid in a military boonie hat approaches the kid ringing us up and tells him that he is replacing him which the kids reaction was baffling after he’s done ringing up my friend. As soon as the kid finishes ringing up my friend which by the way the other kid was standing there watching us the whole time as my friend for her receipt. At that point my friend and I are both looking at each other baffled but she politely replied she already paid for her stuff did you not see us? You see standing there watching us the whole time. The kid couldn’t give us a straight face to reply on why he asked for her receipt. Once that was done he started to ring up my items and placed each item on top of the counter instead of placing them in my shopping cart so that the camera could see each and every item I had in my shopping cart as if I was trying to shop lift. He asked for my ID which I’ve already anticipated him asking since I had alcohol but the way he was acting was totally unprofessional. I know by experience as a person that works in the security field and has Loss prevention experience. Once he finished ringing up my items placed my stuff back in the shopping cart since I didn’t purchase any bags and he tells us if you have time fill out this survey on the receipt. As we walked out of the store I spotted security in uniform waiting outside. My friend and I both filled out the survey online and told them what happen. They finally got back to me via email yesterday two day after the incident. I tried contacting them by phone but none of the departments seem to like to answer their phones. So from now on I will not be shipping at the Target in Livermore and will boycott them until they correct this. This is 2019 and California mind you. This kind of racial profiling needs to stop. I would not recommend anyone to shop at this Target

This is a well kept store, with a large parking lot. The customer service is spotty; sometimes you get an amazing team member that really spends the time with you, many other times they are just doing the minimum.

One of the female supervisor of the cashiers has racial discrimination to her customer.On Thursday, December 13th 2018 around 12:15pm-12:30pm, me, my mother, my mother in law and my 3 months old child have experienced racial discrimination inside the Target store.Our family is having a 3 months international trip with my 3months old child with us. After calculation, I figured that my baby will need 16 boxes of formula powder during this trip (since he is being feeding formula only). So today we were all there in the Target Livermore store trying to buy formula we need for this trip.When we tried to buy 16 boxes of formula, I was asking the cashier whether we can enjoy 15%off because that is what I saw online as the promotion of that brand. Since the system didnt pop out the discount, so the cashier called her manager to come and help.Here are the sentences this female manager keep saying to us after she came to us:1, We CANNOT let you guys buy 16 boxes of formula. Because we are family store, we CANNOT let you WIPE OUT (this is the exact word she used) our inventory so that other families cannot buy it.2,Why do you need this much formula? Are you guys trying to resale them?Any parent reading this review now may already got what I was feeling at that moment from these words came out from her mouth. We were there with my 3 months old child in the stroller with us. And I dont know why that female manager can say something like that to us.We need all those formula because we are having a 3 months international trip to where we cannot buy formula of this brand. This is the only reason we need that many of the product. And with my child in the stroller there, I feel so not respected when she questioned us that whether we are trying to resale the formula. Isnt it so obvious that my child in the stroller is THE ONE who needs those formula?!Plus, when did Target start to limit the number of items a customer can buy? I dont even need to explain to her that we are having an international trip (which I DID explain to her), I can buy any amount of product without being questioning as a normal customer, right?We may have some misunderstanding about the discount. But should a normal staff try to explain and help the customer to understand the correct information and help the customer to do a successful transaction? While this staff in Target Livermore, only tried to reject the transaction and reject to sale the items to us.In the end, she said you can talk to our manager. And she let us wait at the customer service line and walked away without a word.After my child was born, I purchased all supplies like ready to use formula, toys, strollers and powder formula at Target store.BUT FROM NOW ON, I WILL NOT BUY ANY CHILDRENS SUPPLY FROM TARGET BECAUSE BOTH ME, MY FAMILY AND MY 3 MONTHS OLD CHILD HAVE EXPERIENCED RACIAL DISCRIMINATION AT TARGET STORE. MANAGEMENT TEAM AT TARGET, YOU SHOULD TALK SERIOUSLY TO THIS STAFF!

It took way to long for me to me attended by a customer service rep. I was there at 8:15am and I had to wait outside in the cold and wasn’t assisted till 8:30am. My items were already purchased and I just needed to have my barcode scanned and be handed my items.
