Rave to Mattress Firm Livermore and Kenya who has taken such good care of us. We bought our bed 1/2 years ago from him. The bed is a top of the line Intellibed and was very expensive, but we felt the investment was an important one. First I want to start of with a recommendation to speak to Kenya. He is the store manager and extremely kind, funny, but most importantly he knows the product in and out. I’ve had 2 hip replacements and 2 lower spinal surgeries all under 3.5 years. I have chronic pain and really do hate waking up. I went in with no expectations and Kenya navigated me through the process of picking out the best mattress for me. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised because after sharing all my medical issues he was able to rule out some products right away knowing they would not be good for me and that was not dependent on price which I really did appreciate. He’s there to help. He is not going to recommend something just because it’s expensive and I really appreciated the honesty. He was very patient as it took me about 7 hours to pick out the one I wanted. I was even annoyed with myself at how long it was taking, but he was awesome the whole time. I brought my 18 year old son with me and Kenya even included him which just made the whole experience wonderful. I picked the Jennings Black Hybrid and I have to say that it is making me change my mind about how I feel when I wake up. I’ve noticed a reduced pain level upon waking. The mattress and adjustable base was an excellent choice and I am grateful for Kenya’s help with everything. I highly recommend Kenya and Mattress Firm!

We purchased a mattress several months ago from this location. I have to be honest, when my husband said the name of the place he visited, I thought it was some random mattress company and was quite wary.However, to my surprise, Mattress Firm was formerly SleepTrain! I was much more comfortable and relieved after knowing that. I actually complained about the name change in my phone review. The store itself has nothing to do with that, but rather than thinking this was a company with decades in the industry, I thought it was a fly-by-night. They shouldve kept the name.Anyway, we had a Simmons Beauty Rest from 2006, and we were looking to replace it. Each representative at this location was very knowledgeable and helpful, regardless of their position. They were also attentive and though sometimes had to juggle between customers, we never felt forgotten about. We spent a lot of time with the beds and returned several times before ultimately making a decision. It was explained to us the construction of the mattresses and how well we would/should feel supported. Kenya had asked us whether we were back-sleepers, side-sleepers, or if we slept on our stomachs, as those facts would help determine which style mattress would work best for us.I think the customer is really valued there, and we felt like we had a great experience in-store. We decided on getting a mattress very similar to the one we replaced - a Simmons (couldnt tell you the name). The bed was and is very comfortable. Kenya did explain that there would be a break-in period and to expect some minor discomfort, and it was quite minimal, to be honest with you.I also really like their sheets - quite soft and comfy. We have multiple sets of sheets, but we often wash and dry those and put them right back on the bed because theyre so soft.I definitely recommend this for your next purchase! They really put in the effort for the customer to try and learn their need(s), and we appreciated that! I learned so much about mattresses and highly recommend this establishment! Yes, get the mattress cover. We actually have two!Unfortunately, I had to remove a star for some hassle with the delivery, but we got that resolved, and I appreciated Mattress Firms help with that. All in all, I would definitely buy from there again. In fact, I forgot that we did return soon thereafter and bought a new bed for our son! Easy sale - one of the reduced priced beds. He said that its very comfortable.
