Was hesitant to go Walmart for a great tire deal and found a similar deal at Big O which is locally owned, which is important to me. Very happy that I was walked through options, and provided many options and discussed pros and cons. In the end I was able to get next day installation. DROP OFF and PICK UP service was so valuable to be able to get the work done during my work day. Thanks for the great service and value.

They had reasonably priced tires for my car, but it needed alignment for another $100, but its good they caught it when they did.

Got 4 tires installed, oil change and air filter replaced. My bad luck that the internet went down, so they couldn’t process my credit card for payment. They really should have been more accommodating and worked with each customer instead of being able to hold your car hostage. I didn’t know how safe my car would be overnight so I had to be taken to an atm to pay my bill in cash.

I’ve been using this shop for a few years now. Nobody looks forward to getting an oil change or new tires, but my experience here has always been good.They act like they want your business and know you have other options. The guy at the counter is courteous, helpful, and knows what he’s doing. The waiting area is clean and comfortable.I was disappointed that my new company car has free Toyota oil changes and tire rotation because I prefer this place to Livermore Toyota.

I had a nail in my tire and made it to the store right before closing time. I was greeted and immediately helped. My car was quickly and efficiently taken care of and I was on my way again. I would recommend Big O Tires to everyone. They are eager to help and they do not try to upsell you on unnecessary items. 10/10. I will definitely be back again.

Once again I experienced 5 Star service during at this establishment. As always I was explained the service prior to them starting on changing my oil and rotation of my tires. Then after the vehicle was inspected, they explained any items found and explained any cost associated to rectify any issues. This is how business should be done. Love this store!

The people at the Livermore Big O have always been friendly and courteous, but in this case, I dont think they are fully informed about electric vehicles. I dont think I was given the correct tires for my vehicle, a 2017 Chevy Bolt EV: immediately after the 4 new tires were installed, my mileage dropped by 15%! I can no longer make trips that I could make previously without running out of charge. I need the tires to be replaced with proper ones.

Very dishonest business. If you don’t know anything about tires they will try to get all the money they can by “recommending” unnecessary stuff and overcharge you. Stoped by for a emergency tire repair. Guy in the front right away after checking the ONLY tire that had a nail in “recommended” to buy all four tires which the price for all four tires are way more higher than competitors. After going back and forth about how I didn’t had time to do all that he said he couldn’t fix it. Since i am not from livermore and was just a emergency stop i had to do whatever i had to do to fix it. So the only way to “fix it” to them was to buy a new tire. The new tire was overpriced compared to other places that I’ve purchased tires from. And to add on into all that hassle after i picked up my car my engine light was on which it was NOT on when i dropped it off. When i went inside to let them know what was going on they denied it and said “oh i dont know we only changed one tire” and where trying to charge me $110 for a diagnostic. First and LAST time I visit big o tire.

They did an alignment on my 1 ton pick up truck. They were very professional and completed the job quickly. I thought receiving 2 carnations when I picked up my truck was a nice touch. I would definitely come back.

Your guys are so used to recommending unnecessary alignments, that they didn’t even bother to look in the computer to see that I just had an alignment done at your location only 5k miles previous. The guy with three holes in his lip said to me over the phone that my tires were worn unevenly and that it was a clear sign I needed an alignment. I went back to the store and demanded that he show me the tires. They were brand new big O tires with only 5k miles. I was bringing it in for my first rotation to make sure my tires wear evenly. If they saw uneven tires, it should have been warranty and fixed for free. The problem is, the tires were perfect. The guy was obviously being dishonest and I caught him red handed. Greg defended the guy but apologized for him, but had to comp me over $100 of work to keep me from being irate in front of other customers. I have already told 10 people about how Big O livermore is dishonest. I am so disappointed to have been lied to my face by a Big O whom I trusted

I was able to just stop in and get the best deal on tires that I could find. Not even Walmart could beet the price. Greg was super friendly and helpful. I couldn’t be happier!

I love this big o tires! I have been taking my Honda civic si here just for oil changes and tires for a few years now. They are always very informative and let me know if something is broken on my car but are never pushy or demand more money. Not to mention you get a flower when you check out.My last experience I was blown away. I knew already I have a coolant leak I just couldnt figure out where it was coming from. I took it to the Honda dealership and they charged me 80 dollars to call back and say they need to do a full diagnostic for another 120 dollars!! I thought thats what I paid the 80 for? They had my car for 2 days. So I told them to forget it and I had to pay 80 dollars to still not know what was wrong.I took my car to big o just for an oil change and I said nothing about the coolant leak! They called me and said I had one and they could find out where it was coming from for under 80!!! I think it was 75 dollars..... they called me back and told me exactly where it was within 2 hours. They offered to fix it at a decent price but my boyfriend can fix it.Overall I have always been impressed with this big o but now I strongly recommend to take your car here for oil changes or whatever you might need they have always taken care of my car and they have excellent customer service as well!!

Joel Lasker and his team set a high standard for customer service. They replaced 4 tires and completed a 4 wheel alignment check in less than an hour, much faster than promised. The waiting area is comfortable and clean, and the staff helped me back to my car through the pouring rain with an umbrella.

Prices are fare for both the shop and the consumer.The place is clean and the have a really nice waiting area with a big TV and great coffee.

I got my land cruiser serviced here for an oil change. They offered free WiFi, coffee and candy in the waiting room. After service was complete, they found a few things that needed attention. I appreciated the notice and went else where for the strut service, or was just cheaper someplace else. Other than that, they had nice customers service and a very clean facility.

I had a low tire and pulled up to the Livermore Store. I did not know they closed at 5:30! The guys took my car in and fixed my tire after the closing hour! I took my vehicle back shortly after this visit for a new set of tires after the crew notified me the tread was low on my tires. Noise from belt that replaced the end of the Sept came again. Re-adjust the tension more tied for free in 11/14/19, no more noise. Good warranty service.

Ive been taking our cars to Big-O for years. I never had a problem with their service. If something was wrong after a visit, they fixed it immediately and made sure it was done right.

They did not offer me the 3 things listed above...were they supposed to? a free alignment check would have been nice.I didnt have an appointment but they were very quick changing my oil.

I came wanting an oil change and brake light issue that I knew what part needed to get fixed, yet they wanted to charge $140 for an hour of labor to first “diagnose” what the problem is even though I told them what to replace. I needed the lights fixed promptly so I decided to go for it even if it’s overpriced. 2 and a half hours go by and I get a call saying my car is ready but my lights aren’t fixed. So I go back in person and say “so it wasn’t the brake light switch?” And the man gives me a short one word answer “No”. However I will give one star since he didn’t charge me for not fixing the issue. However I knew it was the switch so I found the time and did It myself and it fixed the issue. Yet Big O tire just blew me off and LIED to me about testing the brake light switch And proceed to tell me my light sockets are shorting. Very unprofessional and I will never come back and will make sure my peers know to stay weary of Big O tire in Livermore.

I took my car in for an alignment without a prior appointment and my car was finished quicker than I thought. I could not believe how fast and efficient this team is. They are very professional in the sphere of customer service. I have never had to go back for a rework or had any complaint with work performed.

Greg and his crew are incredible! We completely lost a brake pad coming down 580 on our way to Roaring Camp and consequently had no break on one of our tired. We were leaking breaking fluid and were in trouble. Greg saved us! We rolled into Big O an hour before he closed on Saturday of a holiday weekend. Greg called all over for parts, one of his guys drove out to get them and he and his crew stayed late to finish the work and get us on the road again! So so incredible! Thanks guys!!!

Ive been going here for a long time. They are always friendly and remember my wife and I. They do good work but have taken a shortcut here and there. When Ive pointed it out they are quick to resolve it.

Found problem, fixed same, no appointment, just an early Monday morning drop in. Safety check found another couple of issues, resolved, car was available again in 5 hours. Great service, been using them for 20 plus years. Will continue same.
