Staff was friendly to enquire our choice n explain varieties...We saw offer of gift bag for buy 2 get 1 free & buy 3 get 2 free. It was in assortment based on mixed, dark, caramel separately which was helpful to choose as per our likings

Luis, a very knowledgeable and helpful employee at this shop was astounding. He showed us several different types of amazing Ghirardelli chocolates (made at this very factory) and promotions available. The selection was extremely varied and the price was right, and all without having to travel to the factory in San Francisco! :p Luis told us some of the intriguing history of Ghirardelli/Lindt and regretfully informed us there are no tours available despite having many requests. :( I do hope they consider starting tours at this location with Luis at the tour guide! I would love to know more about how Ghirardelli chocolate is made today and the history of how it came to be.

Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and Im sure I bought more coffee than I needed to, but Im sure Ill drink it. Pretty cool rewards program as well, spend $10 once and get one truffle/chocolate from the case free each month.

The store is well stocked and the people working there are awesome. The lady held a few jars of chocolate sauce for my wife and when we arrived was the one who helped us. Can’t wait to go back and try some other flavors.

A young boy asked for sample in polite mannerd but sales girl gave a snobbish response to the young boy. Poor service. I will not spend a dime in this shop ever.

At seven oclock in the evening, the clerk should be tired. I dont want to care about people and dont give the chocolate a taste. I have to take the initiative to ask everything~ Maybe I am tired for a day.

The service staff are kind and courteous in the must-visit places in San Francisco.
