May 30, 2021, ~4PM Pacific. We stopped at DKNY store on our way back from a hike and one of the store reps (probably Indian) kept pointing to us to sale and clearance sections of the store, checking a lot of details on if it was our first shop and when did we start our shopping, and also kept suggesting us to go eat pretzels and have some lemonade. I mean, sure! But she was clearly judging the customers by their hiking clothes and didnt let us look around the store, kept interrupting for the most part. Such a pathetic experience, and I hope they learn from this review to not judge customers by their outfits or no shopping bags in hand. I have been a great fan of DKNY and own a bunch of clothes, and never had this kind of immature and judgemental experience before.

I was so disappointed because of the store manager declined to find my lost receipt. She said she can not find The lost receipt even i was providing her same exact card which i had used to purchase also all tags which came with the that jean. Also providing the date of the purchased. Without putting effort she was just denying that she cant return without receipt. are your serious ? These days every store Can find the receipt by using same card. Or store like outlet they do it easily. But she was being so cheap and declined without putting effort to help if any other way She can help. I NEVER HAD THIS KIND OF EXPERIENCE WITH ANY OTHER STORE ALSO ANY OTHER DKNY STORE.

Im not real big on buying big name brands, but DKNY is great. Once I walked in I was nicely greeted and felt at home. Great customer service from everyone, and I love the jeans

Cant find much options in any of DKNY store. I find Macys better even for brands like dkny

This shop in Outlet San Francisco was more merchandise than any other outlet, and the prices were cheap and excellent.
