Andy is the best! As Assistant Manager he helps keep this a clean, well run and well-stocked store. Andy has gone out of his way on two different occasions to give me excellent customer service! He answered my questions, gave me time to think about the purchase with no pressure and even kept the store open late one time (maybe thats not a good thing) to finish my transaction. He is helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. I highly recommend shopping here.

I had a great experience on 1/15/20. As soon as I arrived, one sales persons greeted me enthusiastically. He asked what I was looking for and promptly assisted me in finding it. He also gave me a 20% off coupon which saved me more money on the 2 pairs of pants and jacket I bought. The two sales staff really had a great attitude and made the experience so much better.

I just visited for the first time and was blown away by the service. I don’t expect an outlet store to have amazing customer support (not sure why?) but my visit has changed all that. Andy was patient and suggested several different items to help me stay warm. I ended up buying several of his suggestions. He went above and beyond, providing assistance to both me and my boyfriend. The prices were amazing and the quality was also exceptional. My new down vest is so warm and comfy that I wore it out of the store. I am a (new) loyal customer. Thank you Marmot!!

I just called the Marmot Outlet Store to ask some questions about some of their merchandise and an employee named Angelo was extremely helpful. He basically stayed on the phone with me to answer all of my questions for 15 minutes. Half of that time he spent looking all over the store and in the stock room for various items. Even though he couldn’t find the items I was looking for, I must applaud him for his effort. Honestly, if I were his boss, I’d want multiple employees like him who provides such excellent customer service.

Love this store! Angelo was amazing and helped me out with my purchase of a minimalist jacket. I was very impressed with the jacket and even more impressed by the great service!
