I bought my Caldera Geneva spa from Sensible Spas in 2011. We were able to shop the different models at the store and we good very good advice and also a good price. The installation on our property was not easy (access) and Bill did a great job getting everything in and set up. The few times the spa needed maintenance or repair, Bill came by quickly and fixed the issues for a fair price. Highly recommended.

Great product knowledge and service, a very relaxed and no pressure experience. On our first visit to the showroom, there was not a model that fit our needs. They took our number and said they would contact us when they received additional models. We received calls/texts two consecutive weeks when they received new deliveries and we found a unit that fit our need in size and features. The price was very reasonable and we made our purchase in the afternoon. The spa was delivered, set up and filled the next morning, and we were enjoying it that evening. Bill and Debbie were very pleasant and genuinely concerned we were happy with our purchase. I would highly recommend Sensible Spas.

Loved doing business with Sensible Spas. We had an old spa that we wanted removed from our house. From the point of first contact to the job completion was a perfect experience for us. I was asked to send pictures of the hot tub I wanted removed when I called them to enquire about the job. Very shortly after, I got a very quick and reasonable quote from with possible dates to complete the job. They called a day in advance of the agreed date to inform me that they had an opening to complete the job sooner. Crew arrived on time. They were very polite and professional. They did all the prep work and completed the job very efficiently in just about an hour. No messy debris left behind. No damages to the property either.Overall very happy with their service! Great experience buying a spa from Sensible Spas! We tried three other businesses and did not get much help and were about to give up. Fortunately, we found Sensible Spas. They have a good inventory and were knowledgeable about the products. Our spa was installed within a week of purchase and they spent time with us going over everything we needed to know to maintain the spa. We have been enjoying our spa ever since.

Im writing this review in September 2021. Because of covid spas are on backorder and its a sellers market. My husband and I were looking for a small hot tub. We went to a couple stores but were surprised to learn it was a 45 week wait to receive the hot tub. The second place we went the sales lady could tell we werent happy about the wait time. She gave me the phone number for sensible spas and said you didnt get this from me but call Debbie.These folks actually have spas in stock ready to go, unlike all of their competitors. Supposedly what theyre selling are scratch and dent models from Costco, home Depot, sams club etc. All her inventory looks brand new. They also have everything from very low end $2500 to 15k models.........in stock! The tub I got was 500 bucks more then what it sells for on the Sams club website, but they dont have any to sell, so its irrelevant.Talking to Debbie, I got a good feeling like she was trustworthy and knows her stuff. Theyre not the most convenient place as theyre only by appointment. Shes kind of a no BS, this is what we offer take it or leave it type. She wasnt trying to upsell me or get me to buy more then I wanted to. Wound up buying a small 110 plug in play spa. Its a perfect fit (add a glass of wine) for our needs. Id definitely buy from her again.

I’ve have had my spa now for about six months. I stopped by their facility with a specific price point and size in mind. While they didn’t have it on that day, Sean felt confident that he’d likely get something in that fit the bill. About a month and a half later, Sean reached out to me with just the right match. Excellent delivery and set up. Pandemic has never been more comfortable.

A few months ago I bought a Spa from Bill for a ski cabin that I rent out. He took the time when purchasing to guide me to the spa that made the most sense for my cabins price point. I greatly appreciated that. only a few months after buying the spa it had pump issues. He responded quickly to me assuring me that he would take care of it. Well after not being able to find a local who could quickly fix my spa and understanding the importance of the spa to my rental.... Really great experience purchasing a hot tub. They list a few hot tubs on Craigslist but when you visit their location they have a lot more available. Another unique thing for them you can see the hot tub and sit in it before you buy it. Other stores dont have floor models of the cheaper hot tubs. Really helps you make an informed purchase.

We got a swim spa from Sensible Spas about 6 years ago, and I used it almost every day. As a handicapped person, it is 90% of my exercise, so it is very important to me. Bill was terrific to work with. I had called at least 6 or 7 different companies to research spas, but Bill was more prepared to answer questions than anybody else I talked to. Great prices and service and worth the drive!We went to check out the good deals on the returned/scratch and dent tubs and saved a lot. They matched the Costco sale price on the tub we wanted and although Costco has free delivery, they won’t put it where you want it or do the set up. Plus our tub comes with the full guarantee. Why pay more?

These guys are great all around. I drove more than an hour out of my way to purchase my tub from them after shopping numerous local shops. Theyve got knowlagble low pressure sales, fair prices, excellent selection and personalized service. They even placed me in touch with a good quality reasonably priced electrician. The new tub was delivered and running in less than a week.

We recently purchased our second hot tub from Sensible Spas. They gave us great service on the first one, so we had to go back for another. The first one was around 13 years old, and we simply wore it out. They made it easy to pick the tub and installed it professionally. I would not buy a tub from anyone else.

Excellent costumer service. Bill and Jack were very flexible with the delivery of our hot tub. They had to come back a second time after the city of Hayward was a no show to unlock the gate to get to the back of our property.Picking out the tub was a breeze since Bill was very knowledgable and helpful.

I want to say that Bill and Debbie know what they are talking about. I went to buy a spa, however did not want to spend a lot of money as well. When I was there, I saw a spa in my budget and it was okay. I did see other spas there that were a more expensive. The more expensive ones were much nicer. However they both recommended that I buy the more expensive spa. At first I thought they just are trying to up sell me. BUT I did go WITH THEIR RECOMMENDATION and I am so happy that I did. Because I went back to pick up my chemicals and saw the spa I was going to buy and was SO THANKFUL I did not. Bill and Debbie know what they are talking about when they make their recommendations. If you have an idea of what you want and they recommend something a more expensive - go with it. You will thank them, like I did.Also when we were getting the wiring done and there was a problem, Bill showed up within minutes to fix it. We started the spa right then and there. We purchased a Caldera spa from Bill in December of 2014. We have been extremely happy with the spa and the service he provided for us. Recently, the circulation motor went out. Bill came out right away and replaced within a few days. The motor was under warranty and didnt cost us anything not even labor.

I was referred to Sensible Spas and Bill & Debbie some good friends who were very pleased with their spa purchased and installed by Bill in Morgan Hill. They felt that Bill offered a nice range of spas at very reasonable prices. I must say that my experience mirrored theirs. Bill was very easy going and easy to work with. He also was very timely in scheduling the delivery and installation and showed up right on time. Bill took the time to explain exactly what I needed to do to maintain the spa myself. After the installation, when I had a small leak from the drain hose, Bill was extremely responsive and fixed the issue quickly. I highly recommend Sensible Spas and feel fortunate that Bill was willing to deliver to the Gilroy area given that they are based in Livermore.
