I wouldnt recommend Johnson Controls to anyone. I am a general contractor, and weve unfortunately had to use JCI many times over the years. They are extremely unresponsive, overpriced, and hard to work with. Luckily, they dont actually perform any work besides providing and hooking up fire alarm devices to wiring completed by others for them.

Very disappointed with Erik. I Manage a large building and have had Simplex Grinnel then bought up by Johnson controls service the buildings fire system for over 15 years. A few months ago I was told we needed a new smoke detector installed which I approved. Aparently the smoke detector was supposed to be programed to work with the syatem . The system started showing errors. Erik w Johnson controls said we needed a specialist to come and program it and it would cost more money. I agreed. When the specialist showed up (from ADT) he said the system is fried. Now Johnson controls will not return my emails or calls so Im leaving this review to get someones attention over there. They need to make this right or I need to contact one of my Attorneys.

Driver was tailgating me over 152 with his brights on. He kept swirving into on coming traffic. I was not even the lead car so not that he could have gone any faster.

I almost got into an accident after being tailgated and shoved off my lane by this companys employee during a heavy downpour of rain at southbound 680. I hope your driver realizes that his reckless behavior has a big impact on the company hes representing. Nov 16, 2017 at 6;30am
