The staff here are amazing. I was assisted by 3 people but Harmant was great. I did not feel any pressure when deciding on a smart watch, they assisted me on finding the right watch and not the most expensive one. They also have awesome sales going on here and the warranty is really good.

Bad service. The store is eager to sell watches but I needed battery change and they took 30 mins for that. I would think twice next time about fossil when I want to buy watch. Very poor experience.

The watches are beautiful, and the staff at the outlet store are the best. Downside is they dont have the latest ones (it is an outlet, after all), so -1 star for that, but theyve still got a huge selection of beautiful timepieces.

Worst customer service ever! The guy on the pic particularly, very very rude! Go to another fossil store not this one if that guy is there. He is all the time in his phone, he doesnt care about customers, about stores presentation, about anything. Talks to you like if you are interrupting him while on the phone! Dude, get to work! Mediocre! Terrible! Por eso estas cómo estás todo jodido!
