Korean gentleman is very knowledgeable and helped me get a great deal on a large hardcover suitcaseWent back to get a carry on bag and was advised on certain suitcases that would fit my criteriaI was advised incorrect information and the suitcases I was shown were all too large by a few inches.Would have been nice if the staff member could have been honest and said he did not know which suitcases to recommend to me

I purchased 3 pieces of the Journey spinner Luggage for an up coming trip to Spain, spent over $800. I took one of the pieces on a business trip, I noticed the seams coming apart once I got to my hotel. As I was packing up to return home the zipper broke. The luggage was not even near full capacity. This set is supposed to be dent and scratch free. The very first time I used it, the seams started coming apart, the zipper broke and there were scratches and a small dent. I took it back only to be told the store policy clearly states they do not take back used luggage. Then was told they could send it out to be repaired! Again this was the very FIRST time I used the luggage. After me getting upset and the sales associate calling his manager twice, they ended up giving me a refund reminding me this is not the normal store policy. Do not purchase luggage from these outlet stores. This policy is unfair and ridiculous. The majority of the customers seem to be tourists who most likely won’t return the product. Any other store that stands by their products would have no such policy.
