David Yoshida was our sales consultant and he was great to work with. David is very knowledgeable and was very patient/helpful throughout the sales process. The day that we visited was super busy, but David was sure to provide the attention to make us feel like his only customer.

I live across the country and bought a used Energica from CalMoto, based on the photos and info they provided (I didnt go see it). Ive purchased vehicles like this before, and have had mixed results, but the experience with CalMoto was great. They setup the shipping and the Bike arrived with no surprises. It looked great, just as it was represented.I would definitely recommend CalMoto to others, and would not hesitate to work with them again.

I took my 2014 RTP in for a clutch and Pat in the service department helped me out. Im a certified mechanic, but didnt have the time or facilities to cut this bike in half to change the clutch and learn all the pitfalls of what can go wrong.Pat is knowledgeable and was very communicative through the process. He let me know about everything else they found and gave me an opportunity in advance to tell him what I would and would not like to have fixed. I liked that and he was very helpful with providing info to me even on the items I asked him not to repair. It was expensive, but good work often is. I am a happy customer and can vouch for Pat and his team doing a good job and making sure I got my moneys worth out of what I paid them

I just purchased a 2021 BMW F900R from CalMoto Livermore BMW. I would like to thank Arlie for making my purchase experience a memorable one. Today, 3/18/2021 was my third visit to CalMoto and I finally made the decision of getting the motorcycle. Arlie was very knowledgeable, any question I asked he had an answer for. I would also like to thank Anya (don’t know if it’s spelled correctly), for giving explanations during the whole finalization. Thank you again CalMoto. You made me and my family feel very welcome.

Lets start by saying thank you so much Rene. He is very professional and very very knowledgeable. He is an experienced rider and really helped me to find the right bike. I bought a new ktm duke even though I came for a bmw and after riding both I fell in love with the duke. Rene made the whole process super easy. Bill is the manager and he also was professional and like Rene passionate riding and both gave me many good tips as Im not very experienced. I highly recommend calmoto whether its for purchasing a new motorcycle or parts and accessories and also service. Highly recommended. Glad I chose calmoto. Thank you again Rene and Bill.

Let me start off by saying Ive purchased many of toys and motorcycles, and have had allot of interesting experiences. The guys at Calmoto are litterally NUMBER ONE- they are friendly, accommodating, and very happy people to deal with. Ken was my sales man, and was a comple zero pressure sales, He was very nice to talk with and answered any questions I had. Bill who did my paper work was also very nice and friendly. These guys are willing to do any thing to make the deal right and I highly recommend them. Thanks Calmoto!!!

First off I am very impressed with Calmoto, they were incredibly professional. I called to set up a test ride and was received by Ken S. After a few days i decided to buy the bike, and once again Ken was absolutely wonderful (great conversations). I felt there was no pressure, and the paperwork only took about 15 to 20 minutes. Come buy a bike here and talk to Ken!*** Highly recommended ***

I have mixed feelings about this shop. The people that work here are great, great selection of bikes and gear but my recent service visit was not very satisfying. I had my bike here for a diagnostic check, it had been randomly shutting down. I have had too many things going on so I figured Id pay to have the problem identified then do the work myself. When I dropped off the bike I told them what I suspected the problem was. A week later, having never once gotten a call from them, I went and picked up the bike. Every other day I would call them and they said they were working on it but had not found anything. My initial assumption that they could quickly identify the problem was wrong and so was the cost of this diagnostic service since it went so long. To be fair, it looks like they have way more bikes in for repairs than they do mechanics to work on them. The service manager (he gave me a substantial discount on the original cost he gave me) and the mechanics are very nice people but maybe they need more people working over there. I opened up the bike at home and immediately saw the problem, took me 15 minutes to set up, get the bolts out of the case and see the damaged part. I might go back here for service but I would be very specific about what I want done, thats what I should have done in the first place.

Friendly and knowledgeable sales staff, service and parts. Reasonable pricing and turn around time on shipping etc. This is my new favorite moto shop. Will do business again. After searching the Bay Area for a good dealer and failing often, the drive to Livermore was worth it. I was also impressed with the fast and open communication Ken provided. Cheers

Ian, the acting service manager, needs a lesson in customer service. With him, it was like customer no service. He should learn from Pat, which by the way is a very nice guy. If I had dealt with Pat, I would have given 5 stars.

Wow. Of all the years this is the WORST/Rudest sales person and general manager and experience. I was there to co-sign for a friend on a bike. The sales man got very mean and rude and started to foam at the mouth. So unprofessional. The other KTM stores in Concord and Petaluma have much better people and best prices.

Just went 2 ck out the 1600s. They had a lot of bikes there n the 1600 all tour is an awesome looking bike. Salesman was there n he left us alone till we asked him some questions. Good approach on his part 2 let us look n talked amongst urselves. When we asked 4 some questions; he answered but showed us that he was not familiar w/the bikes. He knew the basics of the bike differences but had 2 search 4 answers. I guess he figured that we were just looking.

Extremely rude salesman. I went to Calmoto and was interested in a motorcycle. Mid conversation I got a call from my kid who needed a ride and I had to make quick arrangements with my wife to have our child picked up. The sales man was extremely offended by this act and proceeded to walk away in a fit of rage like a child. He even came back and made a very snide comment about how the bike I was interested in was a piece of SH** and the previous owner had not cared for it at all...3 minutes ago he was praising the bike. You have to understand that life happens. I interruptions are part of conversations and particularly if you are in sales you need to have a lot more patience than this gentleman.

Brought back a bike I had bought less than a year earlier for a simple clutch job. Took over 10 weeks and cost over $2700 (also replaced rear brakes). Got all the way home to find a steady oil drip from the shaft and later total rear brake failure! Tri-Valley re-did the clutch job at no charge, but I took the bike to Modesto for the brakes. If you are misguided enough to do business here, dont leave your phone number or youll get annoying recorded sales pitches periodically from this place.

I went there last week and wanted to buy a S1000RR. the sales guys just ignored me. One of them was busy with a customer and just pretended I wasnt there. the other one, approached me while eating some snack, he got comfortable on a chair, and after 2 min he said I will be back and never did. I was ready to buy the bike right there, but they ignored me. When I told the other sales guy I wanted to buy it that same day, he said I dont think its going to happen, give me your phone number and we will call you back and big surprise they never did. Extremely bad service!!! I drove to Ducati Ace in Concord and got a panigale V4. I strongly recommend Matt at ACE motorsport. Avoid going to CalMoto

No wonder these guys have good ratings. I didnt even check the reviews prior to the visit and already felt that the service quality is above and beyond from the phone conversation.Arlie contacted me right next day after the initial quote request online and the numbers was given straightforward without any unnecessary waste of time negotiation.I applied finance online and was approved before I visit the next day and the whole process from the paperwork to drive off the lot was AMAZING!The dealership owner gave me info on many programs that this particular dealership was offering for their customers and handed me gifts that was useful.Finance lady was the owners spouse and she was very nice and not pushy with any additional offers. In general, everyone worked here seemed to be known each other for a long time and very knowledgeable at the same time being kind and respectable to their customer. If I ever shop for another BMW or KTM motorcycle in the future, I wouldnt even bother to check any other dealership.I purchased 2022 S1000RR M Package and its awesome as the staff here. =)
