If I could give less than one star, I would. My husband and I are loyal to the Benjamin Moore brand. We just purchased a new home and painted our whole home with paint from this store, we needed to touch up one wall so we purchased a gallon of the same paint we had used everywhere else in our home. We even brought an empty can to have them match the formula and exact paint type. Once we painted we realized the color was every so slightly off and did not match the rest of our home. We returned to the store the next day and explained and we were told that there was nothing that could be done to help us and that they cant account for the paint not matching! Are you kidding me?! Now we have a gallon of wasted paint and will have to go to another store to try to resolve it. I will not return to this store as their mentality towards customers is severely lacking!

Well we were told that each store was different and may not have the exact color match..so we would have to go to San Jose to get the same match..i thought all stores were uniformed with the same paint mixture!..Wont use these guys again..terrible !!
