Was concerned about one of my tires. Brought it in to have the pressure in my tires checked, kevin was amazing! Didn’t charge me or anything told me that the pressure was fine and all four tires. Very honest and has integrity. :-) Definitely go here before you head into the park

A-1 has long been more than a muffler shop and unfortunately what used to be a somewhat open secret has been common knowledge for a while now. The guys at A-1 are great, they do good work at fair prices. Unfortunately this means that you now are likely looking at a minimum two week wait to get your vehicle in, often more like three. This would not be worth a critical review, except it means that as they try to get vehicles in and out on schedule they will miss things. In particular if you bring a car in with two or three issues they will never address anything other than the first item you describe. This means rescheduling, and if your car should not be driven in the meantime it means a month to a month and a half (or even longer) between when you scheduled the first visit and when it is finally operational again. I appreciate that they are in this situation because of good service, but unfortunately their efforts to maintain turnover has eroded that quality.

Had an issue with my Jeep continually throwing the serpentine belt around Christmas time. They were all booked up but allowed me to drop the Jeep off and that theyd took a look as soon as they could. Got it back after having a pulley replaced. Unfortunately the new pulley wasnt sufficient to keep the belt on and actually showed that the tensioner was bad as well. Brought it back after about 3 days and they said theyd squeeze me in right away and I was back out the door in 3 days. Over all, very pleased with the service I received. Everyone was friendly and as expedient as they could be given the circumstances. Will be going back if/when I need more work.

I was traveling on my motorhome through Livingston Mt on a pretty tight schedule. My tow vehicle developed an electrical problem and everywhere I called said they couldnt even look at it for several days to a week. I had the good fortune to have been told to contact A 1. Kevin told me to bring it in after lunch and they would squeeze me in. I was just hoping to get a diagnosis, but they found a coil problem and had it repaired by closing time. Reasonable price and great service to boot. Highly recommend them.

We were traveling from Idaho to Wyoming. Tried to park to have breakfast in Livingston, Mt and one of the shifter bolts had sheared off. We still had another 5 hours of driving to our destination and was very concerned it would have stranded us. We called A1 Muffler and Auto and they had us come right down. Their tech assessed and repaired the issue almost immediate. Best experience ever!! 20 minutes later we are headed down the road.
