More Than Tires 🚙💨I had to get the alternator replaced on a vehicle with 90k+ on the odometer.When I called, someone picked up the phone promptly.When I had questions, they were answered.I brought the vehicle in on a Tuesday, after 1:30PM.The vehicle was repaired and ready for pick-up Wednesday before noon.It’s possible I might’ve gotten the vehicle back the same day if I brought it in earlier.The folks at the shop had a lot of ongoing projects, yet they still managed to be available for my concerns - and they handled it all promptly and professionally.I called around to compare quotes before bringing the vehicle in; Livingston Tire’s quote for the job was also very fair - no surprises there either!If I were a wealthy socialite, I’d invite everyone on staff to a dinner banquet.If Livingston Tire were a publicly traded company, I might buy a couple calls.Overall, I’m very satisfied with the quality of service.If you ever need your vehicle serviced, give them a call and find out for yourself.

We got a flat tire on the way back home to Pittsburgh and the folks at Livingston tire worked really promptly and efficiently to get us back on the road within an hour. They were kind, courteous, and understanding and we would recommend them to anyone who asked!

Livingston Tire provides prompt, professional service. They took my car in and provided same day service for an oil change, tire rotation, and exhaust work. Very reasonably priced. And they followed up to make sure we were pleased with the work. You cant get much better than that!

Screw in our brand new tire on Memorial Day weekend. Having been to Livingston Tire before I tried calling, but they were closed till Tuesday. I took a chance and went to Gogel instead where they said their patch attempt failed and I would need a new tire ($300+). Something seemed off - against their recommendations, I took the car home and let it sit till Tuesday. Tuesday morning I went to Livingston tire where they said Gogel had tried the wrong type of patch. They were able to quickly apply the correct patch and $35 and a short wait later had me on my way. Thank you for being honest and experts!

Very helpful and fixed my tire very quickly

We go to Livingston Tire for more than just tires! All oil changes, service appointments, weird noises and they are excellent diagnosticians of problems. This time a manual front seat got locked in the far back position. We couldnt budge it. We brought it in and they took it apart and found coins got stuck in the seat track. 1, 2, 3 fixed and works fine. No need to find the dealer, this was a great fix! We also get our cars inspected there. No need to wait or travel an hour away to get inspections! We also believe in shop local! The staff is excellent and professional.

I was referred here by Continental Tires USA. Mike was very pleasant and helped me out with a situation I had with my tires and in the end, Everything worked out great. George and Eli did an amazing job putting on the wheels and tires with no scratches or scuffs wirh their no touch all rubber tire machine. George explained to me, why my tires were worn out too early. The TOE was bad in the rears and he did the alignment and everything was on dead point. Moving forward once a year wheel alignment. Mike was very helpfull with the warranty exhange program and made it happen. The 255 runs amzing. Thanks!!!

Its hard to give more than 5 starts- so consider this as doing so. Al and Mike have helper me and my two daughters with several cars over many years. Honest advice, friendly, and professional. They have been very helpful re after hours drop off and pick up. One improvement: good decaf coffee!! (just kidding)

Mike and his staff always go above and beyond in treating his customers fairly. They went ahead and found the recall notice for our Honda so we wouldnt have to pay the full repair cost. Weve been loyal customers for years.

Ive been going to Livingston Tires off and on for 25 years. They do excellent work at a fair price. Other places including dealers can probably do the same. The big difference and reason for the 5 stars is that I know from the old owner Mike to Al and Mike the new owners is that they can be trusted to only do the necessary work. The most current proof is I came to them after being away for almost 10 years telling them the Honda dealer said I needed breaks and it would be dangerous to wait. They told me my breaks did not need to be changed. I just had my second oil change and 14000 miles later they still tell me my breaks are fine.

Mike and Team were right on as usual. I had to replace all 4 tires on my Audi A5 and was told they needed to order the tires and would have the next day. I was also told it would take an hour or two and guess what the tires did arrive on Monday and I was out of there in less than an hour and a half. Mike has always treated me like a customer he truly cared about and always follows up the next day to make sure all went well. In today’s times this service is unheard of and the reason my son sent me to them in first place. I Highly recommend Livingston Tire for all your service needs as well as you tire needs as they are competitive in price with Honest service that can’t be beat. I had a nail in my run flat tire and they took me in right away. They didn’t have my tire in stock but went out of their way to expedite an order so they were still able to repair it the very same day. Also, in the past, I had a warranty issue with a tire and they worked with the manufacturer to get me a replacement tire. Friendly staff and great service. Would highly recommend!

I have always had a great experience at Livingston Tire Co. They are honest and straightforward. Currently, during this pandemic, my car battery kept dying and I had to jump start my car each time I needed to go somewhere. They were able to replace my car battery quickly with no contact. I dropped my car off, payed over the phone, and picked it up when it was done within just a couple hours. Great service. Would highly recommend.

Mike, Al and the rest of the team are simply amazing!! I went in last week because my car was making a terrible noise and I was sure I’d need a new car (or at least spend about $2K trying to fix mine). It turned out to be a small pebble between my break and break pad. Livingston tire took care of everything for me free of charge!! AND...they even put air in my tire! :). Really appreciate you guys. I’ve dealt with terrible mechanics in the past...including large dealership mechanics such as Nissan...and I have never been this satisfied with the service. Several months ago I went to get a routine oil change/service. I asked the team to check my brakes. They told me honestly that they were low but not to the point they needed to be replaced. They recommended I come back in a few months which is what I did. I now have brand new brakes! The team communicates effectively and does what it promised. I’ve always had a great experience with Mike and Al at Livingston Tire. They are professional and most of all honest. I recently had a problem with my rear tire and being a short distance from the dealership, I brought my car there. They gave me an estimate, but said they were too busy to get to it that day. I then drove to Livingston Tire. Mike told me that while they were very busy, he would fit me in the schedule. Not only did they fix the problem, but the cost was much lower than at the dealership.

Emergency car battery replacement needed. They were ridiculously busy but not only found the right battery but they squeezed me into their schedule and got me in and out in under an hour. Was expecting to spend entire afternoon there given the amount of cars requiring work. Been here 3 times and they have always taken care of me promptly. Quality, friendly service.

Prompt, friendly, and a job well done. Mike and his team set me up with a new tire after I clipped a curb a few days earlier. They let me know what everything would cost and how long the job would take via email. They had me in and out in less than an hour---in the time I waited his team did not stop moving. Mike is an AWESOME person and he willing to work it out with a reasonable cost. Today, I made mistake for the appointment, I made other SHOP but Mike took me(very kind). Initially, My wifes SUV needed an alignment and Mike also saw not only need an alignment, her SUV also need to replace the front disk plates and pads. IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Go there for them to change out my tire in the front that had a flat with my spare they close at 5:30 pm I get there at 4:15 pm or so the person behind the counter tells me sorry but we cant help you we usually dont take anyone after 4 pm You can Come back tomorrow but we can put some air in for now, the time it took the person to put in the air in the tires would of been the same time for him to change the tire .Mind you I got my new spare tire from them !

We’ve been coming to Livingston Tire for many years. They have serviced all of our cars and we are never disappointed. I had a problem with my brakes so I stopped in to see Mike. He listened to my concerns and gave me an appointment the next day. DJ took great care of the car as usual and I left knowing my car was safe. As an aside, being female you’re always hesitant when it comes to car repair and I can honestly say that I have never had that concern here. They’re honest and hard-working and excellent at what they do. Trust them.

I’ve been using Livingston Tire Company for over ten years and have been so impressed with their honest and reliable customer service. Whenever I’ve had a problem, they have accommodated me even at their busiest with a minimal wait time, which is very rare. If my car needs routine maintenance, I make an appointment and my car is serviced promptly and with care. I trust the employees here to do whatever is necessary to keep my car running as well as it has. This is the first car I’ve owned that has never had any problems other than a nail in my tire. Had tires replaced for a car and an SUV and both times the services were performed promptly. We used the convenient overnight dropbox on Friday night and the cars were ready the next morning.These guys look out for the customer, dont upsell and their prices are very competitive. Feel free to shop around, but they are right on line with Tirerack, etc.We are also Costco members and could have used them, but we like to support local businesses, and Livingston Tire is the right place for us.
