I had a great experience going to the Temper- Pedic store in Livingston. I was shopping for a pillow. I went in the store and I was greeted by Dil, I told him I was looking for a pillow he asked me some questions, then he set up two different pillow so I could test them out. It was great way to see which pillow I prefer.I then started to ask him about the adjustable bed frames, he was so knowledgeable and made it so easy to talk to him and ask question. Long story short I returned home and the very next day I called him back and purchased a new adjustable bed frame for my 8 year old mattress. BUYER BEWARE!!DO NOT give a positive google review to Dil Kadir until your full Tempur Pedic order is fully delivered and you are satisfied. On May 26, 2021, I purchased 2 Tempur Pedic beds (LuxeAdapt Firm -Queen & Adapt Medium Hybrid -Queen) and 2 Tempur Pedic bases (Ergo Extend with SLEEP-TRACKER- Queen & Ergo 2.0) along with 2 Queen mattress protectors. A price tag upward of $8900.00. My delivery was scheduled for 06/04/21 and all items were delivered but my Ergo Extend with SLEEP-TRACKER base that would not clear my second floor landing to make it in the home. I had the delivery drivers take Ergo-Extend back with them. I called Dil Kadir on 06/04/21 right after the found out my base would need to be exchanged but he was not in the office. His colleague Badia took my concerns and assured me I would hear back from Dil on Monday, 06/07/21. Dil called me on 06/07/21 and advised my base exchange was put in the system and that delivery should be quick because the holiday had now passed. He also advised I would receive a refund of $600 plus tax ( the difference between the price of Ergo-Extend & Ergo 2.0 with SLEEP-TRACKER). He would make a follow up call to confirm if I would be receiving a check or if the refund would be deposited directly to my bank account. 06/07/21 was the last time I heard from Dil Kadir. No follow up to see if my delivery was complete and I was satisfied and no follow up to confirm I received my refund. By the way I did not receive my refund until 07/9/21 and not for the amount Dil advised me I would receive. Dil Kadir is an excellent salesman but that is it. He is not concerned with your satisfaction. He is not concerned passed the sale. Badia on the other hand who was NOT my sales person was always professional and courtesy and followed up to ensure my base was delivered. She cares past your transaction. So if you use Livingston NJ Tempur Pedic, request Badia, you will not be disappointed!

We loved the experience. We had no intentions of buying a bed, we went in for pillows and maybe a mattress topper. After speaking with Belinda and John we decided that the right decision for us was a mattress and not a topper. They were great at explaining to us all the benefits we would get from their mattress. Neither of us has any experience with memory foam mattresses, so we scheduled a private appointment at their flagship store in Livingston, NJ.When we arrived, we met with Ms. Badia Brown. We were both impressed by her industry knowledge as well as her professional courtesy. Ms. Brown explained the store’s updated safety protocols to us, and then we were on our way to trying the different mattresses in the store. I very much appreciated how she listened to us both – what we each needed, how each of us sleep, and what each of our personal preferences are. After trying six different mattresses in the store, we kept coming back to the first two that she started us on. It was close, but we decided on a firm mattress with cooling technology. Once we were satisfied with our mattress selection, we moved on to the base options: stationary, adjustable, split adjustable. My wife and I decided to splurge a little here since we never had an adjustable bed (outside the hospital, anyway). When she showed us how it would help monitor our sleep, provide sleep analytics, and even automatically adjust when snoring is detected, we were sold. After that, she walked us through the 90-day trial period, the warranty, and finally the current specials and offers available to us: store credit, discounts on accessories, etc.This experience exceeded our expectations. We learned a lot about beds and how far the technology has progressed since we last shopped twelve years ago. There was no pressure to buy on any of it, and Ms. Brown, with her expertise, was able to quickly assess what would be comfortable for us – both physically and financially.If you are looking for a new mattress, I recommend giving Tempur-Pedic a try. I had a very positive experience at Tempur-Pedic in Livingston. I received great customer service from Badia Brown. She was friendly, patient, helpful and knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions and spent as much time with me as I needed to make an informed decision about the mattress, adjustable frame and accessories that best fit my needs. I would also like to comment on the customer service that I received from John and Dil. They were both very friendly, patient, helpful and knowledgeable.I felt comfortable shopping at this location in person during Covid because everyone was wearing a mask and they have practices put in place that are intended to keep their customers safe.I would recommend this location and the associates mentioned above to friends and family.

I was unsure if I’d want to make the investment but I’m glad I came in. Badia was kind, patient and very helpful. She gave thorough explanations of each bed and made suggestions based on my description of what I was looking for. They have gloves, sanitizer, masks of course and sanitize each bed after use. I was also happy to hear that TempurPedic treated their employees well during the initial shutdown in the spring and kept people employed. Very important to me and I’d gladly keep purchasing from a company that values and respects its employees. If you’re nearby and able to make the financial investment, I’d definitely recommend coming in store and giving them a try.

I came into the Tempur-pedic flagship in Livingston, NJ to purchase a mattress for my new apartment. I was assisted by a young gentleman named Dil and he went above and beyond to guide me through my decision. He was very patient, and he listened to each of my questions and concerns before advising. I was super impressed by how knowledgeable he was of the different kinds of mattresses and which would be best for me. I ultimately decided to go with the ProAdapt medium and the Ergo base because it was exceptionally comfortable, the perfect level of firmness, and I felt instant relief in my lower back when Dil adjusted the settings to zero gravity. Moving has been extremely stressful, as I have also started a new job. Finding a mattress I knew would give quality rest was such a big decision that I didn’t want to rush, and it was very important for me to purchase from somewhere that would take time and care in assisting me with my decision. We went in to the Tempur-Pedic Flagship Store on Thursday night knowing we were going to purchase a mattress. What we didn’t know was how helpful and knowledgeable or salesman Dil was going to be. You can only learn so much investigating a purchase like this online. At the end of the day you really need to lay on and be educated about each mattress, because you’re probably like me (and my wife, 5 month old daughter, and my pug) you don’t just sleep on this thing. It’s also where we escape to read, or watch tv, or soothe the baby back to sleep. Dil really took the time to figure out what we needed not only in a mattress, but in an adjustable frame. He was attentive, but not pushy. He was upfront about pricing while showing us features and comparing models. This did not feel like you’re typical sales push. We were not upsold only to be hit with a large number once we made our decision. Dil was able to address some of my concerns about setup and delivery, even offering to speak with the company if I had any questions during delivery. This was our first purchase with Tempur-Pedic, but it won’t be our last, and we look forward to shopping with Dil again when it’s time for our daughters big girl bed

I’ve been a Tempur Pedic customer for years but boy has the product line diversified. I was so thankful for Badia Brown’s knowledge and assistance. She made my shopping experience a pleasurable one.

I ordered a Tempur- Pedic topper for my pull out couch which had an uncomfortable mattress. I needed it quickly for a guest. Badia helped me with the order, expedited it, and I also got a discount. She was extremely nice and helpful! I would recommend the store and especially Badia. Very nice experience!

Badia was excellent in her explanation of the features and benefits of the Tempur-Pedic mattress selections. She was patient and encouraged me to try different mattress and pillow combinations. The store was immaculate and sample mattresses were sanitized before and after I sampled them. I highly recommend Badia and this Tempur-Pedic location.
