They are simple slow at everything. The medications are never ready on time. The times Ive tried to call, they never answer the phone and the automated system tells me to try later; this is irrespective of the time of day.
Called Monday, said prescription was on order for Thursday. I called back on Thursday and confirmed with the pharmacy tech that the prescription would be ready for pickup that night. I arrived Friday morning and was told the prescription was never filled or even ordered. Tech, who I spoke with on the phone, claimed to not know anything. I drove out of the way 15 miles because this CVS pharmacy said they had the medicine. Lies and deceptive practice. When questioned, Pharmacist lady couldnt care less.
Sons prescription was out of stock and they had no information as to when theyll receive. Asked to have RX transfered to another pharmacy. Gave me the run around saying they could not do anything but would have to have me do the work. Found out this is not true but feel they are just being lazy.
The workers here are rude and lazy. I contacted corporate. They never even followed up..
Staff have no interest in helping, prices are crazy high, and wish there were more options
Do everything your power to not come here to the pharmacy. Had an appointment for a vaccine and waited 45 mins for them to take everyone else who came for walk in first and then when I was the last person they said they didn’t have my forms processed. The most unorganized I have ever seen a pharmacy ever
As a former worker, this is what I typed to the boss.. Hi yves, sorry but I do not think I can work for you anymore under the current situation. Besides the fact that i chose to go back to school since I did not see a future from day 1 above your management (worked extremely hard for the test), your work force does not provide myself any room to grow and develop as a person due to the dishonesty, lack of communication, and sense of responsibility as a manager to address the work at hand and the requirements to get the job done. Some issues that I saw restrict my work performance and emotional wellbeing, and therefore attitude on the job, was blatant narcissism. Whether it is with Dominique or (forgot his name honestly), how others make you feel is your issue with a psychiatrist or a psychologist when it doesnt come to getting the job done efficiently and effectively. From the start, this was my goal at all times. However, I will continue to be who I am, which is someone who learns from their mistakes and takes notes for the next job. I had the best experience there, the staff was friendly, they care about you, they treat you very well. Some of the people that live in this area have no patience and are rude; They always want to blame the staff. I recently observed how one rude customer was talking to a staff member ; the way the staff handle it was very professional.That’s a place i will always go and enjoy.
Recently I had the worst experience when picking up prescribed medications from the pharmacy department. A pharmacy staff member who interacted with me was inappropriately inpatient, rude and irritable. She made me feel like not coming back to this store anymore. I wish all the staff in the store receives consistent training in how to provide a great customer service.
Not so helpful reps at the pharmacy. Every time you call at least 10 min hold time.
Store at this location is a normal CVS retail with a MinuteClinic. So last week I bought a bottle of CVS aspirin for $19.49. But on getting home I found my misplaced bottle of aspirin - I take one daily for my heart. So today I went to return the bottle for which refund was promptly given... but since my purchase receipt had only ONE item, the manager, Yves, decided to keep my original receipt. When I objected, pointing out that each receipt was a different transaction -- one for a purchase/charge for $19.49 and the other one for a refund/return for $19.49. The manager refused to budge and threatened to call the police and have me arrested if I didnt leave the issue alone. I explained to him ( am a merchant and dealer too) and for each transaction I am entitled to a paper record. Eventually Yves the manager did return my receipt, but he needs a lesson on credit cards and Bookkeeping . I later called the CVS corporate office and they agreed with me and even alluded to a federal law that each transaction is a separate contract and I was owed the paperwork. Not impressed with the managers education and manners.
Never had a problem here and always enjoyed the friendly service. They literally have everything you might need for any pain or illness. Well stocked and clean

Place is dirty and never has what I need. Dairy products are rarely in stock, soda is a lot more expensive than other places (like Walgreens), and they didn’t have over the counter allergy products available that I could get without the pharmacy being open. Also have had issues with other items like baby products or coffees being out of stock.For some reason I always forget how bad this place is, and end up going because it’s so close. After this most recent visit, I went to Walgreens and will remember to keep doing so in the future.
I find CVS to be expensive but I tend to find myself there often since I live across the street...this review is for the staff of the Livingston Ave location....nicest workers ever. Friendly and personable.
Everytime I need to pick up a prescription, it is never ready. I have shown up to pick up a prescription only to be told they do not have it in stock. A phone call would have been nice to let me know. I am sitting here at tjis very moment, I called last night to refill an RX. They asked what time I would like to pick it up and I told them tomorrow night at eight, a full 24 hours. So here I am and they tell me they are processing, wait ten to 25 minutes. This is the last time I am using this pharmacy. Not sure what changed here butNorthfield Pharmacy, here I come.

Generally good service, sometimes you have to wait a bit longer in the pharmacy and get useless coupons, but overall is good.
Went in today to pick up antibiotics that were called in last night by my doctor. Nope, they dont have it, go over and see the Drop Off person. She checks and says nope they dont have it and all the messages have been picked up already. Did not offer to call my doctor, did not offer any help at all. Just, no, we dont have it. When I asked her to call my doctor, she said, I dont know where he is. That was all. When I got home and called the pharmacist, she said, oh yes, it was on voicemail we just didnt pick it up. Really? Its the middle of the day. And how about bothering to check while I am at the store and in pain? Well, not only am I pulling my prescriptions out of that store, but I will not be sending my patients to this store either. Perhaps after some intensive customer service retraining. Shame on you.
Horrible! No customer service! Pharmacy closes at 5pm on Sunday. Better not be sick on a Sunday because they cant help you here!
Let me start by saying not all CVS stores are horrible, just this one. This is the most terrible store ever. Once I went in to buy some personal products and i tried ordering online because there was a promotion, buy one get one 50% off. So i went in to get the promotional deal. The lady told me she cant match it even after i showed her the promotion on my phone. I called customer service and they told me there are two different departments so they cant match the price. So i understood. Still doesnt make sense, but whatever its their policy. Then recently i went in to print out some photos and the machine was still broken. I dont think the machine has ever been working. since 2009. Finally i tried them one last time. I edited all my photos online and sent them to be printed. I had about 345 photos and online it said it would take an hour. So i waited two hours to go and see if they were ready. i get to the store stood in line and waited for 10 mins. Once i got to the register the lady informed me that they still werent done, and they had to change the paper, which they had not done because the line was too long. Mind you i was the last person in line. Why would i wait two hours go to the store and then still wait in line for you not to change the paper while im in line. You should treat me like a customer who was buying products in the store and changed the paper. So this store will never be used again in the future. They should also retrain staff to be more friendly and not have such an attitude while working. You dont like your job, quit. Simple.
