For my birthday, my brother-in-law sent an edible arrangements bouquet with chocolate strawberries to me however what I got was horrific. The flowers were dead and actually two heads fell off the very same day, didnt even make it to the vase. The flowers actually are all wilted. The strawberries were soft and leaking inside. I would have never written this review if I had the opportunity to speak to the owner directly. I called several times and requested I get to speak to the owner Rod directly however he didnt feel it was necessary to speak to me. I left my number and asked him to call me back but that went on deaf ears. I simply didnt want others to get a gift basket like I did. My family spent a lot of money to do something really nice for me however what I got was just beyond words awful. If you are planning to do an arrangement from this location... run the other way. You will get horrible service and an arrangement that looks like it was 2 weeks old. The only thing that was actually nice was the delivery person called and made sure someone was home to get the arrangement. Everything else... I would have given a ZERO stars review if I could.

I put in an order today to have a birthday bundle sent out TODAY and they did it perfectly (made it on time and delivered it at the perfect time)! The recipient not only had never gotten an edible arrangements before, but they absolutely LOVED it! I want to thank the staff of this Edible Arrangements so much for helping me make the recipient feel extra loved and extra special on their special day! You guys killed it!

Just Such a disappointment. Holiday arrangements should have been filled and delivered on time. Ordered close to 2000 on gifts, have some missing. Reaching out to this particular location and there is no one to get a hold off. System says delivered but its no where to be found. Tried calling the driver - the number they called from - with no response. Called their main numbers and was told i have to wait for 24 hours for response.. just BAD BUSiness. Probably will not order ever again from them. Not reliable .

I’d like to thank the team at this location! Yesterday my fiancé received some really great news that will elevate her career drastically. Considering I work in NYC, 12-14 hours days I immediately thought of ideas to celebrate and acknowledge her accomplishment in a more tangible way. It was either flowers or edible arrangements. So I hit the phones..... I called every location nearest her area (East Orange) and each representative I spoke with either said it was too late for same day delivery or there were issues with the drivers. My last call was to the Livingston location. I knew this would be a stretch considering the distance but remained hopefully. I don’t know the young ladies name but from the moment she answered I knew this would work out. Longer story short, the mission was accomplished. I’m in the staffing business and the level of customer service provided by this team is exactly what I look for in candidates. THANK YOU!!! Please share this with the person who took my order over the phone and the delivery driver who I’d still like to tip!

My order for sympathy from a flower shop was cancelled because of change in delivery address. I was able to get in to this store and get my order right away as a last minute replacement. Such a life saver!! The customer service are very helpful and even gave me a $10 discount. I will definitely recommend this store! I will definitely order again.

I love chocolate covered strawberries. I order from here at least once a month. It’s a great gift or something to show up to for a bbq. I ordered the cookies for Mother’s Day and my MiL loved the white chocolate strawberry macadamia nut cookies. It’s something different instead of the traditional arrangement.

So today, 3/3/2020, is my wifes birthday. I sent her an arrangement to her work place, which was clearly marked, BUSINESS, as required. My wife comes home empty handed, just after I receive an email that it was delivered. I blow up three surprise and ask where the arrangement is and she says WHAT ARRANGEMENT? I call and get the manager who tells me he has to call me back, but never does! I return the call and he says the delivery is going out now, 7:00 pm! I made the order at around 7:30 am. I said shes not at work! He says its a residence, I correct him and he starts arguing with me. I said deliver the arrangement tomorrow and credit me the full price for screwing up my wifes surprise, and here starts yelling at me, so I hang up! Ill NEVER USE THIS STORE AGAIN!

Ive ordered chocolate bouquets on several occasions from this location. Customer service and the manager are always very helpful and friendly. The fruit is fresh and deliveries are made really fast!

Edible Arrangements is amazing! I love the fruits especially the chocolate ones! Everything is made right on time and everything is freshly made!

I ordered last minute and they were able to create a beautiful fruit bouquet. Smoothies are fresh and delicious too.

This location is the best. My wife can tell if I get something from another location. They have the juiciest fruit.

The fruits are amazing and my favorite is the berry chocolate bouquet with the bananas! So yummy!

Ordered here for the office. Pickup was timely and came out great.

Worst customer service I had a business delivery scheduled that never happened and when I called multiple times to make sure it would arrive the attendant had a horrible attitude definitely avoid these people
