Just bought this amazing barrel aged dark balsamic from the Copper Moose. (See photo) Kim, the owner suggested it when i asked for recommendations on seasoning steamed broccoli. OMG...it was amazing! It has a sweet taste which i love since I dont like the vinegary taste of most balsamics. I added a little caramelized garlic olive oil, as well (a staple in our house. ) it was perfect. Thanks, Kim!!!

Kim was so helpful. We tasted a number of different oils and balsamics and she helped us choose which ones would work best with our dinner plans. We picked up some other food goodies as well. Look for the drink mixes and be sure to try some infused balsamic vinegar in prosecco! Will be back soon. Plus she ships via online shop!

We were just passing through town, and I’m so glad we found this place! Great customer service and I was able to sample many oils and vinegars before deciding which to purchase. My only regret is that they don’t have any stores back in Nebraska, but at least I can order online.

My go-to for great olive oils and excellent vinegars. Also they have rubs, mixed seasonings, sauces, pastas, etc. Also they carry some local pottery and artwork. They have great service and a point system to earn a free bottle of oil or vinegar.
