Only 1 female working and shut down the store in the middle of the day for their lunch break. Avoid coming to this location as it will be a waste of time between their customer service and availability.

Stopped in for a gift for my daughter friend

Went in the store to buy a hat there was one female working in the store she was on her cellphone with no mask on I walked in with no mask on an she told me I have to put a mask on . when I asked her why I had to wear one and she didnt she responded ITS NONE OF MY BUISNESS ..When I questioned her she used a racial slur towards me and told me if I dont like the rules dont shop there. Needless to say I will never shop there again. Very Rude uneducated disrespectful associates working there. I have bought many hats there over the years I WILL NEVER shop there again an I will be contacting there corporate office .

According to website, Saturdays close at 9.30, it was already closed at 7 pm...

Walked in the store and only one female worker to busy talking to security. I tried to ask a question and was ignored guess Lids isnt worried about sales anymore

No good deals really and prices have went up on fitteds. Selection isnt that great either.

Went into the store and was not greeted or looked at by the employee texting on his phone. Then proceeded to look at a hat and asked for assistance, employee looked up at me from phone and just walked over to get the hat, without saying a word seemingly annoyed that he couldn’t finish texting. Very rude and unprofessional. An experience that resulted in me not purchasing the two hats as well as never shopping at this location in the future. Another reason to just order online from Amazon.
