A high quality maintained fro-yo store.My first time to this location.Due to Covid times, there are NO TASTINGS available and there is no access ⛔️ to the RESTROOMS.The store is very clean and all the safety measures were seen at every step of the store.The staff is very friendly and happy to bear with any age customers with a smile.Right from the door all social distance instructions are very clearly mentioned.Highly satisfied with the ambiance and seating space outside.Will be back soon!!!!!!!!Happy us😊

I had the Tahitian vanilla it was so good

A little on the expensive side, but otherwise an awesome place. They even have a couple dairy-free options now. All of the flavors are delicious and unique and the toppings are plentiful. The whole place is kept clean and is well maintained.

Im from a small midwest suburb. While i like a lot of things of new jersey, i do miss the strong sense of community that i grew up with.16 handles brings a little bit of that to my family.I know i know its a chain. But this one and the lady that runs it reminds me of the local sweet shop when i was a kid. She remembers my 5 year old. And theres just a sense of supporting and cheering each other on in life.The ice cream is good too. I mean 6$ for icecream is ridiculous too me but im old and its just inflation. My family loves it here. Every time my son achieves something he asks if we can go here. And everytime my answer will be yes!

Love the selection of flavors and now with more dairy free options my whole family can enjoy the treat. This is also a nice little shopping spot to sit and enjoy.

Yay for vegan froyo!! The staff was very friendly and the store was well kept. Got the mango sorbet and Oatly vanilla soft serve and it was a vegan dream come true :)

Great customer service! My daughter loves the Birthday Cake flavor. They have seasonal flavors too. They are takeout-only right now, but there are a number of benches and places to sit outdoors very close by.

Some of the 16 handles did not work left without buying anything.

This place is great as always. During these Covid times it would be nice if there was some extra precaution for the handles that everyone touches though. Other similar places have switched to the staff serving the ice cream to avoid this.

I dont usually like fro-yo but this place had a tella peanut butter that was GOOD. Spots are always $$

Ugh, I really wanted to give this place 5 stars but the prices are just WAY too high for me to do so. Everything else is GREAT though. As the name suggests they have 16 different types and flavors on tap. They even have a few low fat and sorbet type options. Also plentiful is the topping bar. It has everything I can think of and more! The yogurt quality is great and new flavors are rotated in regularly! Now we get to the scale as you pay by the weight of what yougurt(s) (you can mix as many types together as you wish) and toppings you choose. At the scale is where they definitely falter as a business. You pay by the ounce and boy oh boy do you pay! On average for me and my wife to get what would amount to 2 medium sized portions at an ice cream parlor, we average about $12 & up EASILY. Its good and all but were talking Atlantic City/NYC prices here (& fittingly its located in expensive Livingston N.J). So choice and quality are great but price is horrible. Still the best I had in awhile and still a place Ill go as often as I can afford it.

Great spot for vegans. They had 5 vegan options on tap when we stopped by and they were all delicious. Fruit and cashew based, vegan toppings as well.

3 stars because the front entrance into the store had several overflowing trash cans and the trash spilled on to the grounds. The store wasn’t busy so an employee could’ve came out to clean it up. But the staff was friendly

The employees are friendly and helpful. Great samples are available. Just ask for a sample cup to try before you buy. The yogurt is fresh and creamy and the toppings are varied.

So glad open again. Went there today to celebrate summer and end of school with William.

16 handles of high priced deceptively advertised frozen yogurt. Most customers are misguided that no fat equates with low calorie.

Help yourself but be careful - you pay by weight! :)

Clean and courteous for fair price

They advertised having a non-dairy cashew-milk option and when we arrived, they did not have it. The worst part is that we drove 30 minutes to get there.
