Terrible customer service. Store was a mess. Couldnt fulfill a basic print order, nor issue a refund. Instead, routed me to corporate, who then had a different branch in another city call me solely to say they couldnt help me. That makes no sense and is reflective of a corporation so big that their only solution is to pass the buck until someone goes away. Unprofessional, sloppy, not how a business should be run. Will not use UPS again by choice.

UPS Livingston, MT is really great! The owner Tim and the staff are always at there best, and very helpful for any shipping or office needs such as Fax or email printing.

I recently had to submit a claim on an item I had shipped through UPS that was broken upon delivery. UPS was extremely efficient about getting the claim processed and providing me with the refund. Thank you to the Livingston UPS for helping me through this process!

Makes dealing with Amazon and eBay so much easier. Customer service is top notch and the place is always clean and inviting. So glad that we have a UPS store in this small town.

Beware of shipping from the Livingston, MT UPS store. Despite paying big $$ for insurance for an expensive item and months of calls, they refuse to process your claim when the item arrived damaged and cracked, citing you had to read the fine print. There are 15 other claims like ours being put on hold for months now. WHAT A JOKE. Perhaps a class action is in order.

Great service. They bagged up my backpack and sent it back to Minnesota for me, worked out great, I didnt have to schlep it around and worry about it. Really great service, I will definitely use them again on my next trip!

I sent my spectrum equipment back from this store. I THOUGHT. NOW they are billing me because it didnt GET sent back. SO WHERE IS THAT EQUIPMENT?? Im beyond mad. Im not paying for something that isnt in my possession. It must be sitting in that MESS of a UPS store. IM NOT HAPPY. And I cant even get anybody on the phone. Im going to call the head office and lodge a complaint!

These guys do an OUTSTANDING job with shipping some of my most fragile items that I have had shippedIn a long time! They are very professional and seem to really care about customer service! I will use their services for packing and shipping whenever I have the opportunity.

I have been in this store twice to fax something. Both times the staff had know idea of what they were doing. If this store cant even fax something I certainly wouldnt trust it with my shipping. I would not recommend this store to anyone.
